“I placed my order early on a Monday morning and immediately received a confirmation email. 24+ hours later I had still not received a shipping email. I checked my order history and it showed as being dispated less than an hour after the order was placed but did not show a tracking ID. I contacted support who then emailed the tracking ID. Because my orders are shipped to a PO box I use only occasionally I need to track my orders to know when they will be delivered. This was my first order so I hope for my future orders I don’t have to continually contact support to get the tracking ID.”

“The buy 3 get one free phix pods is a great deal. So I received 4-4 packages of the pods and many of the pods were burned and leaking and don’t work at all period. This brand and company has been great to me but after this I am considering different brands to stay off actual cigarettes.”

“I ordered 10 bottles of juice and was very happy with prompt fast delivery. Unfortunately one of the bottles leaked. I sent them an email with proof of what happened. They promptly notified me back and immediately they had a replacement within 3 days to my house. They seem very committed to customer satisfaction and delivery! I will be doing future business!!”

“Purchased the Orion x DNA and this is some piece of equipment . They say the pod will last 7-14 days , n I find frequent use makes it last 3-6 days . The juice reviews were helpful in selecting what flavor I was looking for . 1 out of 2 juices was amazing . Overall fast shipping good website structure.”

“Phix Vape pods are MUCH cheaper than purchasing in a Vape store. Delivery is quick with next day delivery. One problem I’ve had... some of the pods purchased for my vape pen have not worked, causing me to have to throw them away. I would give an overall 3.5 stars.”
