“Overall very good with products, shipping times, prices and all of that. Only issue is that twice I've had a double payment on my bank account which did resolve on its own but only after about 3 or 4 days. They said it was my bank but I've never had this issue with any other retailer. If my account was near empty it could have been a bigger issue.”

“ET as a seller and distributor is great with fast shipping. The only issues I've had is with the Phix products. 50% of the time I am throwing away pods that do not work or having to buy a new device. This is how it helps people quit smoking I guess, because I am sick of getting ripped off.”

“The service was fast and I was even sent a coupon with free shipping. The pods are hard to find in my local area so this was perfect for me. The only drawback was sending my license but they verified my identity within the hour to my surprise. I got my order before the week was up. I had tried every vape avaialable to quit smoking and Leap is the only one i have liked. (Carolina tobacco flavor) I would definitely recommend the item and this conpany for fast and convenient service :)”
