“In a nutshell, Electric Tobacconist is reasonably cheap as they have pretty regular discounts and low cost shipping. Search works reasonably well, the selection is good, and so far It Just Works.”

“Being new to vaping, I have nothing to compare it to tho I did do extensive research looking for "best of" and why. I love your why. I will say I love the shape and size, it fits very nicely in my bra, there I said it. They are nice to look at too and love they come in a variety of colors. Is it true for all vape devices that you have to change the cartridge every 5 refills? That's disappointing, that's not much... tho I get it. I've purchased 3 whole units and noticed that only the first one had a firm seal between the cartridge and the device... meaning the other 2 have a "hiss" and if I want a solid draw I have to wrap my fingers around them both to seal it.”

“I am happy with the service the company provides for what I have bought here I have no complaints. Things I would like to see are more products. The site does offer some nice things but I think the market is so big it's missing on a lot of it. Another thing is loyal customers maybe get a shipping fee waived seeing they will be the backbone of what keeps the company going strong. Lastly maybe updates of products a customer usually orders alerting that it is running low on stock and a restock date. Other then that I really enjoy shopping with this company. If it had experienced representative to help inexperienced or New people that would be extremely useful because like me trying to get off cigarettes but not having a person to ask questions is a downside because you have to go off reviews and sometimes ends up in spending on something you didn't want.”

“Great selection, only problem I could come up with would be I went to type in my social security for age verification and it made me send in my ID anyway. It wasn’t a huge issue though, my identity was verified early the next morning. I loved the nord I got however.”

“I have been satisfied with every transaction I have had so far. I really like $20 free shipping. They have most of my favorite juices but not all. Shipping to my door is usually 4 days. This is my go to site most of the time.”

“ET is a good company in my opinion. They have the lowest prices I've found on Juul pods, they deliver on time, offer decent promotions such as free shipping over $25 and seem to have good customer service, although I haven't had to use customer service in a super involved way yet. The only thing I noticed they didn't disclose up front was the international service fee when you pay with Paypal. It was only $0.87, so not a big deal. This could be a problem on Paypal's end, but it might be nice if ET put a notice during the checkout process that Paypal is going to charge you extra if you use it. If I order from ET in the future, I'm most likely going to use a different method than Paypal for payment.”
