“I love Electric Toacconist. Unfortunately some of the pods have a tendency to leak, which I'm sure all do. We'll see how the customer service is and I'll let you know on my next rating!! :-)”

“Great selection, only problem I could come up with would be I went to type in my social security for age verification and it made me send in my ID anyway. It wasn’t a huge issue though, my identity was verified early the next morning. I loved the nord I got however.”

“amazing prices and really no need for customer service thus far . I suggest this company for first time vapors and hardcores. Only thing I wish was changeable is the shipping company I can pick but nothing critical of the company its self ")”

“I have been satisfied with every transaction I have had so far. I really like $20 free shipping. They have most of my favorite juices but not all. Shipping to my door is usually 4 days. This is my go to site most of the time.”

“ET is a good company in my opinion. They have the lowest prices I've found on Juul pods, they deliver on time, offer decent promotions such as free shipping over $25 and seem to have good customer service, although I haven't had to use customer service in a super involved way yet. The only thing I noticed they didn't disclose up front was the international service fee when you pay with Paypal. It was only $0.87, so not a big deal. This could be a problem on Paypal's end, but it might be nice if ET put a notice during the checkout process that Paypal is going to charge you extra if you use it. If I order from ET in the future, I'm most likely going to use a different method than Paypal for payment.”

“I've had one pod that was bad so far. Everything else went perfect. I'm the rest will be ok. Pod problems is why quit using the VUSE. I'm hoping the JUUL is going to be better. Performance wise it's 10 times better.”

“Electric Tobacconist offers a variety of vapes and e-juice products. Product prices and shipping costs are fair. The vape kit I ordered was lost/stolen in the mail and they took over a week to get back to me. When they finally did, it was shipped promptly and I didn't have to deal with an insurance claim hassle with USPS. Overall, happy with the new vape I ordered!”

“I did not know there are different Blu's. I bought a pack from a local store of My Blu. they are not round like I ordered. They have a cartage with liquid drops in them. My wife like them better. Plus they last longer and the battery charges quicker. My next order I would like this Blu.”

“The service is great, great line of e-juice, love the dinner lady lemon tart. Your prices are awesome and you ship immediately. My only issue has been both times ive ordered the freemax mesh coils, I only get 2 or 3 usable coils out of each box. Your supply is not the only one I’ve had a problem with These are great coils and last a while longer than any others I have tried. I hope the manufacturer can step up their game to give you a better product to offer. Thank you for great service, juice and selections!! Debbie C”
