“I have been very pleased with the Fin product. But just recently I have had trouble with the batteries not working. I had ordered 2 which didn’t work. Contacted you and was sent 3 replacements. Which they do not charge. I think you have a bad batch.”

“I’ve loved every product I’ve gotten from Electric Tobacconist, except for my Suorin Drop which quit working within a few Days of purchase. Shipping is always fast and products come as described. Juice is reasonably priced as well.”

“Easily understood website format, makes the search and checkout painless. I did appreciate the quick response when I contacted support for help. My purchase shipped fast and was very secure. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 was that they didn’t have the size eliquid that I desired. Overall excellent company to deal with. I will be a customer for life.”
