Variety of products is amazing. Very easily navigateable website. I understand the crisis right now, but I paid for priority shipping and it still took two weeks to get, so not happy with the speed of delivery. I will definitely be ordering again

It's a slow process from order to ship. What's advertised is not what you receive it's very misleading. Not sure I will be ordering again. More than likely won't be.

My stuff came after 2 weeks. I know its not 100% your fault, however if you cant ensure delivery you shouldnt continue taking orders and after 10 days of an item not showing up the least you could do is offer some type of partial refund or cupon. Instead ai didnt even receive a response from anyone. Already found a different company to use.

Very happy with my purchase. But did take long to deliver. I ordered April 1st and it did not come until April 14th, I’m assuming because of the current circumstances. I will be ordering again tho!

So to be fair, I will give a 3..due to Covid-19. There could have been reasons I was unhappy with my purchase or at least the process of getting my purchase because of the state our country is in. I feel everything was smooth with the ordering process, except how long it took to get to me, as I said it could've been due to Covid-19. The prices were excellent, my only issue is that it took nearly 2 1/2 weeks to receive my product.

I know that with the health crisis going on things are moving slower than normal, but I felt it took to long to get my coils that I ordered. The product they supply is exceptional, I just wish it was faster. Plan ahead!

Price was good for the size bottle I got of nicotine free flavoring but the shipping was just completely unacceptable it took forever and I have been ordering items 4 months through Amazon eBay and they come via FedEx the postal service or UPS and I have gotten them in a matter of days weeks is just completely unacceptable

When I was actually able to get on the website and order, it was great. Good product and pretty fast delivery. With COVID 19 I waited for ~35 to get on the site and when it was my turn was kicked off and sent to the end of the line again. So I'm pretty upset about that. The website obviously wasn't prepared for that many people trying to view it.

I made an order on April 2nd and still haven’t received. Yes I understand due to the current pandemic things are not running like before. However I have ordered other items from other companies on this same day and even after I have received all of the items. So it is kind of disappointing but I do understand the situation.

Although I was happy with their big selection, and am very aware they are behind with shipping due to the virus, my package says that it has not even been packaged yet. I placed my order April 4th, and it has not left. I know they have high volume orders but would appreciate if they could at least package it or send me an email with an update.

I ordered something last wednesday, I paid for priority shipping, and it still says my package is pending acceptance in boulder co. I understand that due to the covid pandemic there are some delays, but you say on your website that starting yesterday(sunday) at 5pm, you started working on orders placed on wednesday, which was when I placed mine, and I have not gotten an email informing me of my package shipping. where is my package?
