“ET is my go to store for my vape product needs. Excellent customer service and fast shipping. They also seem to have the best prices and a lower spending minimum to get free shipped, compared to other stores. Website UI is clean and easy to browse.”

“I have always had prompt service with my products packaged and shipped well. I stopped buying in stores as I can get a better price on ET and the convenience of not having to make another stop on my runs to town (I live in the country). They had that one glitch in their online ordering system when they were overwhelmed with orders, but they handled it well. I have been impressed with their customer service, also.”

“When it’s not safe to visit your local smoke shop I turned to electronic tobacconist! Easy and such fast delivery during these uncertain times I was amazed. And a much better price than the shops! For me, this is the way forward.”

“I’m not saying it’s your fault but I ordered a new tank on may 17th and it’s now may 30th and I’m yet to get it. Like I said it’s prolly a usps problem but it’s still taking away from my experience.”
