“electric tobacconist usa has always had prompt fast shipping compared to other online stores, and the low $20 minimum for free shipping is a strong incentive to spend more even though their shipping is cheap as well. they gave me back store credit promptly when an item arrived defective and were very professional in general. i will continue ordering my refillable pods and disposables from ET! picture of me with unidentified products i bought from the site.”
