“Electric Tobacconist (ET) has provided excellent service. The website is easy to navigate, the follow up, tracking, delivery time have been similarly stellar. One thing that would be helpful would be to get updates about legislation or pending legislation and tax laws. As a Juul pod purchaser living in San Francisco, we've had a ban and I learned with last order a huge tax. Had I known about either in advance, I might have had a chance to adjust my orders. While not ET's "job" to keep me informed, if any similar future laws are in the pipes, it'd be great to get that information. Overall, I'd give ET an A+ rating. Thanks.”
