Hi! While there are no details to identify which order you're referring to, (and we're pretty sure the email you provided isn't real!) USPS standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. In very rare occurrences it can be up to ten, but that almost never happens. We can't control USPS, but we do stand behind our shipping times. “Great prices just painfully long shipping time. I could walk over and pick up my order and beat their shipping times. I really think a week is to long . The competition can have it at your door in 3 days.”

Hi Mark! Our standard shipping arrives in 3-5 days after you place your order. While we can't control how fast USPS gets a package to your house, we do know we ship out of our facility faster than anyone, and have the absolute best shipping prices to give you the best experience. We also have a few options for faster shipping, and as you know, we give free upgrades on shipping for certain size baskets, which arrives 2 days after you place your order.
