“I've started using Electric Tobacconist since Feb2020 and it has become my main spot to buy most vape products. Their website is relatively simple/easy to use and turnaround times are reasonable (~4-5 business days from date of order). I would like to see more battery selection so this can truly be a one stop shop.”

“I receive my order within three days of ordering and I’ve not had any issues with damage products. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was that you don’t carry the coil for the Nord that I like. It’s a 6/8 combination.”

“The policy about not contacting them if your package isn't here (regardless of whether or not it has already been erroneously marked as delivered) until 10 days have passed is frustrating, but the package did eventually arrive and their selection and prices are great!”

“I used Totally Wicked for many years. I was then told that TW had sold its business to ET, so i figured I would try them. Before Covid 19 the service and delivery was excellent and now as expected it been a lot longer( which they do inform you of before you order) . They seem to get them registered for mail pretty quickly but when I tracked it last time it was quite confusing! It went somewhere each day but took 10 days just to get out of Colorado! Lol. Any way other than that their products are genuine and I have never had a problem with any item!! I shop once a moth. The prices are one of the best I will continue to shop with them!!👍👏🤗”

“I was pleased with how fast my questions were answered. I appreciated being contacted to let me know the 6 bottles of juice I ordered were suddenly no longer in stock. I was very disappointed bc I have a hard time finding the right flavor of cinnamon roll and when I finally was able to find my fav I had to snag 6 but now here I am with no vape juice cuz I refuse to shop anywhere else /(:(”

“Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. The products were delivered faster than expected. It's required for these purchases to "sign" for the package upon delivery, fyi. The product I wanted originally was sold out/out of stock, which was disappointing, but I understand more people are ordering online during the pandemic. I found a decent replacement, and I'm happy with the selection of nicotine levels per container. Thanks!”
