“Every single experience I have had with ET has been outstanding. Great prices, fast (and often free) shipping -- Every single one of my packages arrive early, and packed well. Speaking of speed, though, Customer Service is lightening fast (I send an email, and receive a reply in 20 minutes, if that), and of the highest quality -- caring, and concise. ANY issues I've experienced, which were never any fault of ET themselves, were still handled with the efficiency, grace, and integrity of a company that takes responsibility for their products, shipping, and customer satisfaction, regardless of said fault. it's obvious hey assume responsibility because they care for their customers, not just the bottom line. After using ET, I *have* dealt with multiple other Online Vape retailers, simply to buy hard-to-find products, and I will never go back. The contrast in quality was blinding. This company will make you feel like their only customer, and being such a rare quality these days, 5 stars is simply not enough. If it sounds like I'm gushing, it's because I am; I literally feel spoiled during every interaction. In just a few months, ET has made me a customer for life.”

“CAN'T CHECK OUT MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY WON'T SEND ME TO THE SCREEN WHERE YOU ENTER MY CHARGE INFO KEEP SENDIG ME BACK TO THE VERIFICATION SCREEN. VEN AFTTER ABOUT 6 E-MAILS I AM TILL NOT GETTING THE RIGHT ANSWERS. I QUIT”

“There are a lot of sketchy looking sites for electronic tobacco. They care about the delivery of their products and the often urgent need when someone needs their "Nic fix". “I have nothing but great things to say about Electric Tobacconist! Prices are always fair and products arrive quickly. The only issue I ever had was accidentally being charged twice for the same order but they were quick to help me with that and get it fixed right away! “Very happy I found this place had some issues with other sites with not enough info on products. Products come quicker than expected. I made and error, or they did, on an order and one txt and it was fixed. Prices are very good on the stuff I got. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be coming Back!”

“My first order was pefect, considering that was done during peak covid-19, I'd say well done. BUT my last two orders were not: 1) they have a promo where if you buy 5 packs of Leap you get a FREE device, well I bought 10 packs and got ZERO devices. 2) I just did a reorder, spent over $86 and the sent my package standard not priority, which is NOT what they advertise. One of two things is going on, they simply made mistakes, they do happen, and maybe, just maybe I got hit with two oopsies back to back. OR, they are very chincy and try to save a buck by occasionally shipping standard when they know its priority or not delivering free promotional items and instead of honoring their promotion they actually put it in inventory and sell it to the public, assuming the customer will think it was just a mistake. One mistake is fine, two back to back, has me now shopping for a new vendor.”

“It seems that every time I order new solo refills, the price has increased per refill. It's gone from 7.99 ea to 11.99 ea in just the last four or five months. Feels like some serious price gouging to me. Just taking advantage of those of us stuck in our homes during the corona virus. So discouraging to see.”
