“Could no believe how fast they got my order to me... even during the height of the pandemic. Although I had to wait quite a while "in line" to get on to the site, it was an easy and painless process. The site is easy to use/navigate. SO. MANY. OPTIONS. My head was spinning a little but luckily I knew what I was looking for before I dove in. Great pricing too. The vape I was looking for was up to $10 more on the other sites AND way longer shipping time (2 weeks... seriously??). Got my vape, replacement pods and juices all inside of 5 days and all of it was in excellent condition. And their customer service... FANTASTIC!! I had an issue with one of the pods I received. I emailed them, told them the issue and within 3 emails they gave me a credit for it. I didn't have to send a picture, a note from mother, a 500 word essay or any of the foolishness some others will ask for. They really are all about THE CUSTOMER. What a concept!! This will definitely be my go to online source for my vaping obsessions/needs.”
