“I have used Electronic Tobacconist for a few times now great shop amazing prices and deals my only thing is I live in Texas and there is a mandatory $9.99 shipping and handling charge on my last 3 orders the first order was great and free shipping always comes on time usually a couple days early love the site will continue to use just wish they would fix the shipping price issue”

“I had to go to the post office and pick it up because it required a person to sign for it. Didn't like that because of the pandemic.i am a senior citizen.I Don't think a regular customer needs to sign.very in convenient”

“Always Fast Shipping and Great assortment of Flavor. STAFF as well have always answered every question iv had or if my shipment was leaking or bot correct all I had to do was take a picture and tell them what happened and they will fix it as fast as you had recieved it.”

“Shipping took 10 days which is a little on the longer side. Customer service was always timely with replying even if my issues werent resolved. Overall an okay company, only reason I used is because they accept paypal.”
