“My experience was overall good. The products I was looking for were, for the most part, in stock. The delivery was quick and I received my items undamaged. I have made two purchases now from Electric Tobacconist. I wish we would get some sort of discount according to how much we purchase.”

“This company is top notch, you really can't say more than that. Expedited accurate shipping. Items always received within 3 days with items being shipped 3/4 the way across the US. Huge selection of products at very reasonable prices. Which leads to the question, why can't all companies be like this?”

“Good prices and they ship fast. The only trouble I have is that packages require signature by default, you should set the default to no signature and make signature optional. For people who work regular weekday hours like myself it's extremely inconvenient as it ends up returned to the post office and I have to go pick up on Saturdays. Basically negating the good job you do with shipping fast.”

“I purchase nic salt units, juices and replacement pods online from Electric T and save a ton of money versus buying at local stores. My orders are always packed really well and arrive in 2-3 days with the free shipping. I can always find what I want - good selection - and the one time they were out of stock on an item I was able to get an email alert when it was available again (which was just a few days later).”

“This company rocks I received my order within the timeline that they had said everything was perfect with my order it was easy to re-order with Electric tobacconist they always greet you with a simple Hello and your name which I found to make my transaction more personable.
