“I've used a lot of online vapor shops, and this one is by far the best for my current set up. They have the cheapest, but best quality, Renova Zero Pods and I've gotten more good juices from Electric Tobacconist than my local shops (for a much better price, too!). Shipping is fast and consistent. I've never waited more than a week for my stuff to arrive. That's really good considering that other low-priced sites can take from two weeks to a month. Additionally, it's almost always free shipping because of coupon codes and the low threshold to qualify for free USPS ground. My only complaint was that I got a lot of emails from them right off the bat, which I unsubscribed from rather quickly. HOWEVER, I didn't realize that most of them had coupon codes in them and now I'm cycling through those old emails to get 10-15% off every time. So, not really a complaint because I'll probably resubscribe to their emails once I run out of coupon codes. Thanks Electric Tobacconist! Appreciate y'all.”

“time from order placed to shipment is very fast. free shipping minimum is low compared to many other retailers, especially given shipping speed (less than a week to Hawaii!) only once had an incorrect item sent, customer service resolved it promptly and professionally.”

“My flavor free vape juice arrived in a very timely manner (within a couple days) and works great! It is SUPER sweet (seems to have a LOT of sugar). Very calming, but doesn't cause me to go into a trance by any means.”

“I discovered this company on a whim while searching for suppliers of a coil I hadn’t been able to find. That was 6 months ago and since then I’ve placed several orders with them. They have an amazing selection and they ship out orders with lightning speed. I’ve never waited more than 3 days for an order to arrive.”

“My shopping experiences at Electronic Tobacconist have been exemplary! ET's email communications are clear and succinct, and shipping is very prompt. While i am devoted to a particular brand, the range of products is wide, and the prices, competitive. I'd give more stars if i could for their service. One thing i very much appreciate about ET is that their website seems to be thoughtfully constructed. The pages behave well whether one is navigating the site on a laptop or mobile device -- i often browse on a laptop as a way to take a break during work, but then complete the purchase after working hours on my tablet. The search function works well; i appreciate good indexing. Really, this is all behind-the-scenes stuff that most people don't even think of until the site misbehaves. But it does demonstrate a level of care for the customers -- and the staff who must work with the systems -- that ET has a high level of website functionality.”
