“A solid company. Excellent product descriptions and easy to navigate website. Fast shipping as well. Had my order within a few day of purchase. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the prices. But really they are still competitive prices.”

“Great site, tons of variety and speedy delivery! So many different flavors I had a very difficult time choosing just 2 of them! Affordable prices for sure!! 1/2 of what it would be in a vape shop. And I ordered my items and my products came in an exquisite timely manner!! Great job guys and keep on vaping.... as well as the good work”

“This company places a deceptive free shipping with orders over $20 on their website, but they have recently instituted a $10 shipping charge unless you order more than $80 worth of product which they don't tell you about anywhere unless you investigate the charge in your shopping cart. They say it's because a signature is required for every delivery under $80, and yet I have never signed for any of their shipments it is always left in my mailbox. Unless you don't mind giving this company $10 in free pocket change with every order, steer clear.”

This is an update on USPS's end - customers in Delaware, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia will have to pay an extra $9.99 shipping fee if their order is not over $80. “The item arrived sooner than expected concerning delivery updates, but considerably longer than any other time I’ve gotten a delivery from them. I know it’s the middle of a pandemic, but I do expect notice if it will take longer than normal. Otherwise I am quite pleased overall.”

“I was impressed with Electric Tobacconist USA after my first order. They were to only place where I could find my Vape coils and pods in stock; where every other online shop were out. Ordering online was quick and easy. The design on the sight was large enough for me to read without having to zoom in or resize my browser. Electric Tobacconist USA provided links to other products that go with my vapes for example if buying a device they had linked the coils that go with that device. The delivery is also very fast, most of the time arriving 2-3 days early then what is expecting, but they always send me a tracking number to get notified where the order is at at too. Very Cool.”

“I love you guys!! The shipping is always prompt. I had a really bad experience ordering from Blu direct. 8 out of the 10 packages of cartridges that I ordered the juice was black. They did not want to refund my money. They sent me a couple of extra packs but that was it. I have never had bad pods from you. Doesn't make sense why I would get bad ones directly from the manufacturer but I did.”
