“They describe each product very clearly so you know exactly what you will be getting. Items are received packaged very well and within a few days. Any issues you may have (i.e: Pod won’t hold charge) they are quick to respond to your concerns and if need be will send a completely new product without being asked. I don’t order from any other company because Electric Tobacconist USA can’t be beat in price and/or service!!”

“Vuse Vibe batteries do not match new cartridges and they do not hold a charge for very long. I’m going to give these up and look for something better elsewhere.”

“I would like to brag that I'm a very savvy online shopper. In the vape industry there are a plethora of options online. There is alot reasons (besides price) that I take into consideration for excellent service. 1. Ease of catalog. Its very inutitive and simple to aquire exactly what im looking for. 2. Ease of payment. I LOVE your CC payment widget! When entering CC info, it automatically jumps to "expiration date" and "ccv" without having to click. This small thing makes my purchasing experience a breeze. 3. Never a issue or wrong order. Ive order from other online companies (some with cheaper pricing) and constantly recieve the wrong color, or product. Saving a few bucks is never worth the hassle. Your fufilling procedures is AAA. 4. Vape juice is always fresh and recent. Even products on sale, I've notice they are made within a few months of delivery. Ive recieve products of other companies online and storefront of salts that were 9-12 months old. I consider electric tabacoonist the Amazon of the vaping industry. If you guys ever stop business (god forbid) I will compare any other company's fufillment to yours as the standard. Best, Marcel”
