“I had a great experience ordering with Electric Tobacconist USA. The website was super easy to use, all I had to do was search for the product I needed and found it right away. They have a great selection of products. Immediately after ordering, I got an email confirming my purchase. Less than 24 hours after that, the UPS label was created and the package was shipped; a tracking number was included so I was able to follow the shipping. My package came within 3 days of ordering, on the exact date it was expected to be delivered. Electric Tobacconist USA was efficient and very helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be ordering through them again and would/will highly recommend! Thank you!!”

“I have ordered my choice for over a year. When there is a problem Electric Tobacconist have made it their policy to correct the problem without question. Their delivery is fast and delivered with e-mail or text so I know exactly where my product is and when it will be delivered.
