“Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! All the do is spend money on marketing and is never able to solve an issue or help. Placed an order and ordered the wrong size next day I contacted them asking to amend the order they told me it can’t be done At this time my order wasn’t even processed yet! Someone reach out to me ask me for my info said they will help them 3 days after send me and email with their return policy. Suck insult!! These ppl only value and worship celebrity when we are the ones spending money with them.”

“Order from fashionnova since I’ve seen it everywhere on Instagram and I thought they had super cute pieces of swimsuit. Very dissatisfying with the return policy service. I’ve been on hold for a week now with a employee was told the most confusing things to return 70$ worth of bikinis the next day they refunded me then two days after the money wasn’t there anymore. I will never associate myself to buy from there ever again. I didn’t buy much because it sounded sketchy a bit. Still completely awful this happened to me and other costumers. Please make your return policy more evident especially for Canadians costumers.”

“It’s been 3 weeks fashion nova keeps giving me the run around. They wont issue a gift card or refund my money. The tracking on usps says they recieved my package. So does the website. They are still telling me it’s in transit with no date.”

“I ordered twice in the last two month and paid extra for express knowing the COVID would make everything slow. It’s now been two months and 17 attempts to contact them. No responses at all. Basically they kept around $400 and didn’t send product.”

“I’ve purchased many items. Vet few decent pieces. Mostly very poor quality. The last purchase the item was extremely poor quality, see through, and threads coming off. It was a dress that practically looked like a rag. I had to pay $8 for a return label. Returns are not free and you only get store credit. Then the post office lost my return. Fashion Nova did not give me store credit for the item bc post office lost package. I was out not only $30 for defective dress I ordered but also $8 for return label. Fashion Nova customer service is garbage.. will never order from here again. So many better stores, even for cheap quick fashion.”

“Been a month and haven’t received anything, I ordered 2 sets with fast shipping. Customer service won’t even reply. What a scam. Do not purchase from this money-hungry company. They won’t even refund you or bother to reply unless you’re a celebrity.”

“I’ve ordered from fashionnova 3 times now. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company. I know my sizes now and only had to make one return. The quality of the jeans and jean shorts that I ordered are excellent. I absolutely love this company and will be a regular customer. Especially through this pandemic it’s hard to find good quality clothes. Thank you fashionnova!”

“After I purchased my order of almost 200$ they charged my card and did not send a confirmation email, also there is no order history on my FN account. The only proof the order was made is from my bank. Their customer service is awful and is not even responding. DON’T shop at Fashion Nova.”

“I like Fashion Nova. Just with any online purchase you never know. I see some of these reviews and you know when you first order from a new place especially online it is good to only order a couple of items. I had ordered a few things in medium because that's what I normally wear and even though they fit me they were snug but good. I will just order large next time. And I love their pants, they are so comfortable. I am very picky about Jean's but will be ordering mine from here from now on. I am torn on whether or not to go off of reviews of a product because I have noticed that when I first ordered pants from them I noticed a lot of them had reviews from women who were the same height and about the same weight as me...I am 5'6 and about 145lbs...there were a couple girls that were about the exact same as me who said they ordered size 13 and they fit good for them. Luckily I finally went with a size 9 and they fit perfect (and yes I have a big butt) so I was glad I went with my gut. But there have been a few items that I did go by reviews (not jeans) and they fit perfect. I believe it has to do with your body shape too. I would recommend them.”

“I had my order returned and I was given a e-gift card as credit. I called the customer service number and explained my issue. There was no explanation to why my order was cancelled but I've been told that it might've been in the shipping carrier's process. The lady quickly corrected my order and less than 6 hours later I have already received good updates from FN, my order is on the way. Their customer service line isn't as bad as many people claim to experience on online reviews. Just make sure you review your orders properly before blaming FN on having terrible service.”

“I gave three stares because I would shop at their store. They have cute clothes with an affordable price. I would not order online from them again. If you make a return it is in store credit only and you have to pay for shipping back a product you’re not satisfied with.”

“I ordered several items and sent back close to $250 worth and nowhere did it mention when I returned items accordingly that they KEPT my money and put it on a gift card. This is the biggest rip off and the worst customer service you could ever imagine! I gave one star because I had to give something. So upsetting!!!! HIGHLY do NOT recommend.”
