“Ive messaged them multiple times about a missing package an no one will get back to me, $440.84 gone. Ive already contacted my lawyer considering I've emailed them 5 times in the matter of 2 weeks.”

“I purchased a couple clothing items from Fashion Nova almost a month ago and still have no received my package. I got a text saying that my order had been shipped and that it would be here by a certain day. My package never came to my door step. I also asked my neighbour who lives right next to me, if they saw a package delivered and they said no. I’ve been in constant contact with fashion nova about this issue and they keep telling me the same thing. “Your package was delivered”. No it wasn’t. Everyone talks about how great this company is but the reality is, it’s not that great and their customer service sucks. I want my money back. I will never order clothing from your company ever again. I am very disappointed.”

“I just ordered from fashion nova the other day. My friends have bought from there with no issue at all without any trouble so I'm hoping it works out well for me. Reading these reviews makes me nervous, and I hope I didn't waste 139$ on here. I'm a senior in highschool and my prom was delayed so I bought a cheap dress and a pair of shoes on here and I'm hoping they come as shown.. I'll pray on it though!”

“When checking out they give you the option to pay up front for duties (I live in Canada). Which is what I did as well as paid for standard shipping. In my confirmation email it said all taxes and duties were included. After I got an email that my order had been shipped I noticed that they shipped with an EXPRESS service not the standard shipping I had selected. Upon reading that email I received a phone call stating that DHL express shipping was holding my order until I paid $30.51 in duties and shipping fees... so not only did I pay fashion nova for duties and shipping I am expected to pay it again. It was my first time ordering from that site and I won’t be again... just felt like I should give everyone the heads up that if you are going to order from fashion nova don’t select the option to pay for duties ahead of time. I have sent an email to fashion nova regarding this and have yet to get a response.”

“Very very low quality clothing, for the price you pay. And then when THEY mess up, they make you pay to send it back, for store credit. I'm good on those cheap clothes, thanks though.”

“This was my first time shopping at fashion nova. I bought 3 items; 2 tops and a track suit. One of my tops came nothing like the picture. It was way too small and the straps didn’t stay up. For the track set that I bought they forgot to put the pants in my order so just the top came. When I called this women said they can’t just send me my shorts that I’d have to return the top (which you have to pay for to return) wait for them to send me a gift card so I can repurchase it. The facts that this was an inconvenience to me and they’re making me pay to return a set that they messed up on is terrible service. I wish they gave money back but it’s only in a gift card and it’s safe to say I won’t be shopping here again. On top of that my delivery didn’t come on time. It came 2 days late.”

“I placed an order for £200, in November to come for December as I live in the UK. I wasn’t told about paying £60 more for it to be shipped so I asked for a refund they refused! Then told me I had to wait 30days for the delivery to be sent back to them and I would the receive a credit note! I waited and when I received my credit not it was for £173 I asked why and they told me as the exchange rate had changed! I placed another order, to then have there carrier leave my parcel on my door step, I live on a main road there are shops next to my house! My parcel was stolen, I have been back and though with fashionnova for months now to get compensation and they refuse to take responsibility. This is still ongoing for over 3/4months. I refuse to be robed by a multimillion dollar company.”

“Honestly don't understand these bad reviews must just be a bunch of entitled Karens, yes the quality won't be as good because you pay less for it than more expensive stores but the clothes are still awesome and really good quality for what you pay. Bought two pairs of jeans which are super comfy and fit really well, and some tops which all look really good! We are living during a pandemic so obviously delivery is going to take a little longer so just be patient, there is nothing that anyone can do about that.”

“I have ordered from Fashion Nova multiple times and haven't been disappointed about anything except for their jeans. I'm 5'8 or 5'9, a tall slim girl, and I've tried 3 different pairs of jeans from them. The jeans were all above my ankles and didn't fit well around my hips. The only time I returned something is when I bought those jeans and it wasn't a complicated or long process thankfully. I have purchased bathing suits, lingerie, tops and regular pants from them. They have good quality clothes for good prices and they're always having a sale.”

“Well in the past two years l was happy with my order and delivery from fashionnova. Never had any problems until March17.I placed an order 17 March and l received tracking number but since then l have been trying to track it the answer l get is no updated information at the moment.l have emailed fashionnova several times but really your team doesn't help at all.For the time being l have decided l will not be ordering anything from them until l get my order.”

“Ordered from the UK, shipping was unexpectedly fast with tracking every step of the way. Really good value as well, I have no complaints. Can't say anything on the customer service, returns or refunds as I loved my jeans.”

I always buy online this was the first and last time with fashion nova. Never again this company steal your money.. there not even 1 star not a professional company worse experience. “I have been a fashion nova customer since 2016 and I’ve never had a issue. My orders always come within a week. There was one time in 2018 where it was over a month but I just asked for a refund and they gave me the refund for the whole amount.”
