Can’t speak to no one, they never want to help u out, I order the wrong size by mistake and they didn’t care, now I’m stock with something I can’t wear. I got a damage jumpsuit and now having issues cause I didn’t report it in 7days, meanwhile I told them I was out of town and didn’t see it until I got back 😡😡

I placed the order thinking I ordered the pants because they use the same photo for the hoodie as the pants although I know I should’ve read more thoroughly as soon as I placed the order literally not two seconds later I realize what I ordered and then I tried to cancel and apparently once you place the order they can’t cancel it even though it hasn’t been shipped out at all so I had to end up receiving an item I knew I didn’t want & had to pay for shipping label plus shipping on the original order and then after going through everything at the post office Which was extremely inconvenient of me to have to go to the post office in the first place because I wasn’t able to go there immediately so about a week after shipping it out I get it sent back to me and for the past several days now I’ve been trying to contact the customer service team about it and they’ve only responded once claiming they can’t find the order. The shipping label address claim that they didn’t sell the product that was shipped to them that’s why I ended up getting it shipped back. But I’m done shopping with them because this was really ridiculous I highly doubt they will be resolving the issue because I’ve sent out over 10 emails about it and only had one response which was about 3 days ago & they claim it takes up to 48 hours for a response! I’ve contacted them before for other issues & they never took this long so I’m getting the feeling I’ve been cheated out of my money TWICE!

I mistakenly confirmed my cart I was just adding them to see later on. It wasn’t even my size .And I called to cancel the order not even 5 minutes after and they refused to cancel my order. I normally a customer who buy there stuff but very disappointed about the way they handled this.

I returned a item and they received it on March 2...I got a email confirming that they did. But I never received my store credit. I've email them several times and they responded once ask for more information about the order. I sent it and nothing after that! No product and no money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! ITS JUST A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!! 1st. Sizing sucks!!! The stuff that I bought from here didn't fit at all, if I buy something large it usually fits perfect but not these the fit like they were made for children!! 2nd. You have to pay to return your items IF they're eligible for return and you do not get your money back you get store credit so they can take even more of your money and rip you off again! If I was able to give no stars I definitely would

I ordered from fashion Nova and paid extra for 2 day shipping and I got it 3 days after the expected date. I purchased 4 items which would have given me free shipping. I called fashion nova and was told that I received my package within the correct time period. Because they can't guarantee the delivery. Of the items I purchased only one stated that I could not return therefore I returned 2 items. Now I am being told that none of the items were returnable even though the packing slip did not state that. They stated they can't send the items back to me and they would only give me 50% back. They even told me that they will resell the items at full price. Fashion Nova is a scam and I will never purchase anything from them again.

I just received a skirt. It is cheap looking and four sizes too small. I have had to return multiple orders...too small most of the time. In addition, it takes almost a month to issue refunds and/or credits. Not very happy right now as I have to pay to return this cheap skirt.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. This company is the absolute worst. I should not have to read a "legit" company's return policy prior to purchasing items. I bought four pieces of clothing with the intention of trying them on at home and returning what I didn't like. Then my package is delivered and I found out that NONE of the four items are able to be returned because of Fashion Nova's asinine return policy. I'm sorry, you can't return items that sales price ends in $.00, .96, .97, .98?! What?!? And even if they do accept a return it's for store credit, even if it's within the 30 purchase window. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again, and furthermore I'm going to every review site I can to let people know DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They sent me the wrong item! A size 3 in jeans. I ordered a LARGE jumpsuit. They have the worst customer service (No live agents, just emails). They never respond to anything. People spend lots of money with this company, they should be ashamed of how they handle disputes. I am filing a dispute with my bank.

I ordered my items in December and I still have received them I am waiting for a refund I don't know What is taking so long but I will never be order from this company again they have been nothing but stress I am going on vacation in a few weeks and still ain't got my refund. This was the worst idea I ever came up with I even had to buy whole new outfit for a hen doe cause they didn't deliver on time even for I ordered 2 months before wa before my birthday that has passed I still haven't received nothing all I want is my refund so I can forget about this whole process.

🤬🤬🤬💩💩💩The worst. I called before placing because it was not giving me the option to put in a code so the idiot told me to put in my credit card number and it would ask me after. I did and the payment went through with the discount. I called back twice and they offered nothing. And if I return the items they will give me a store credit. IT’S UNACCEPTABLE. Will never order again. 💩💩💩🤬🤬🤬

The worst online shopping site! Highly unprofessional and uncooperative. I was unable to edit my delivery address with these ppl or cancel my order before it even shipped! But they wasted no time in taking my $ from my credit card and their policy is store credit, not even real credit!!

I ordered a package from Fashion Nova on 03/06/2020. I paid for overnight shipping which was an additional $19.99. They told me as long as I place my order before 1 pm, I will receive my package the next day. I ordered my items (Black Jumpsuit & Gold Studded Earrings) at 10:57:07 am. I got an email Saturday 03/07/2020 at 9:15 am stating that I have a delivery scheduled for that day. The driver of UPS put my order as delivered at 10:28 am, but there was no package delivered around my house at all. They even put that they left it at the front door. I have cameras that are on my porch and it was no signs of UPS on my porch not what so ever. I reported this immediately to UPS but no one has called me back. I've called several times and all they did was file a claim. No one checked with the driver, The store did not call me either. I asked several times for a supervisor, but no one has reached out to me yet. I contacted Fashion nova immediately to let them know whats going on. I am going to send in my Camera recordings to show there is no signs of a UPS driver dropping off a package in between 9:15 am & 10:30 am. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN USING UPS TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGES THEY ARE TRYING TO THROW THIS INCIDENT UNDER THE RUG!

I bought a jumpsuit. It is unworn. I just tried it on before a special event and removed the tags. The stitchings was not symmetrical with the back and front. It was so faulty everyone was shocked. Reported it and told She they will only offer 25% next order as it’s out of the time frame. Disgusted and shocked - stay away from Fashion Nova. Shocking service, no customer care. Worst company ever! 25% off is ridiculous for an item that is faulty. I’m from the uk and faulty items are replaced or refunded . They have not tried to resolve the issue instead of referring me to your terms and conditions which is unfair and inappropriate
