Only reason I gave them one star is because I had to choose a star for the review. I ordered 2 blouses and they were somehow lost by UPS. Long story short I paid about 70 bucks for 2 blouses I never received. I contacted fashion nova and was told UPS had to solve the issue. I never got a refund or replacement of the merchandise placed. Fashion Nova doesnt even have a phone number to call. Everything is by email and I got thr same response on every inquiry I made. I basically threw my money away and never received the merchandise. Dont buy from this company. If your items are lost they will never replace the items nor will they issue a refund. Terrible customer service. I will never buy anytjing from Fashion Nova again.

It’s definitely a scam Clothes are not true to size even using the size chart . Will NOT refund YOUR money back. Will never order anything else from them. Just know if you order anything from fashion nova you’re taking a chance . DON’T DO IT 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

Worst company ever, save your time and shop else where. They refused to correct the shipping address on my order and shipped it regardless. It was not able to process and they ended up sending back to the sender. I asked for a refund they refused and didn’t send me store credit.

I had a return and never received credit for my return. I actually had two returns with two packing slips in the same box that I shipped through USPS. I received credit for one and not the other. Had a lot of emails back and forth with fashion nova, but never came to a solution. They just stopped responding and to this day I still have not received a credit or an email stating what they are going to do to compensate me. So it’s like I paid for a product that I don’t even have anymore. Total rip off! Never purchasing from them again.

⚠️⚠️⚠️YOU, AS A COSTOMER SHOULD KNOW: Do not buy from this company. I gave them two chances with my orders. It was honestly two chances too many. The first time it was partly my error I submitted with an typo error on my house number. Upon noticing my confirmation of submission, I immediately emailed the company... The response was that even though they knew is improper there was nothing they could do. It would knowingly be sent to the wrong address. WTF? ... Okay my bad right? Well I tried to give them a second chance ( dumbest idea ever) after 100% appropriate information of course they took my money with no problem. But then I never received my package, I was home the day and time they claimed with my windows open and my couch looks right on my front porch. They tried to tell me I was wrong and that it was delivered. Upon the confirmation post they show the package was even delivered to my residence. It was a house down the block! they then responded tell me to go pick up my package from them ( a stranger) of course the home claims they never received anything. after back-and-forth emails they expect me to print out my own form to send in the mail. I told him I did not own a printer and due to the coronavirus there was nothing I could really do... Basically the situation situation is ending in giving me a giant f*** you and saying if I don't do it by a certain day my claim will be no longer valid. Clearly they don't care about the health & safety of their clients or quality of service! Please save your money and go somewhere else!!

I replaced an order in January 21st never received.. no tracking info.. very bad costumer service they dont even respond to my emails!!

This is not my first time having a horrible experience from fashion nova but the third time. This time I ordered a set and only the top arrived. The only option is that they want to refund me the half of the money which is not fair because I won't be able to buy the pants alone with that price. Before they never sent me a refund. I wonder if there are any regulations from the state or something that can make them change and not scam people. Shipping takes forever. Their emails are horrible, they ask you the same questions over and over even though you have provided them the information they asked.

I don’t even want to return anything. I don’t want my money back. I just wanted to change my address. I recently moved from GA to CA and my package is going to an apartment, matter fact, a STATE that I no longer reside in. They gave me the option of changing my apartment number ONLY. What??? Of course this was my screw up. But this business is not about the customer convenience or satisfaction. They care about taking your money wether you receive a package or NOT. I loved this site until now and I don’t think I can bring myself to buy from them again.

I love fashion nova clothes but the shipping is terrible. If UPS drop your order off because they don't have you to sign. My order of $331.31 and was stolen and fashion nova don't give 2 fucks SMH if you order from here have it ship to the nears UPS store for pick up. Am working with UPS to see if they can help me... but I will never order from here again. And you can't reach out to no 1 just crazy. And you have to pay to send items back. This was the first and last time.

Bought the same Jean's twice and when I returned one I had to pay and also could not be given my refund back and had to use store credit so I could buy something else which was not my plan

Can’t speak to no one, they never want to help u out, I order the wrong size by mistake and they didn’t care, now I’m stock with something I can’t wear. I got a damage jumpsuit and now having issues cause I didn’t report it in 7days, meanwhile I told them I was out of town and didn’t see it until I got back 😡😡

I placed the order thinking I ordered the pants because they use the same photo for the hoodie as the pants although I know I should’ve read more thoroughly as soon as I placed the order literally not two seconds later I realize what I ordered and then I tried to cancel and apparently once you place the order they can’t cancel it even though it hasn’t been shipped out at all so I had to end up receiving an item I knew I didn’t want & had to pay for shipping label plus shipping on the original order and then after going through everything at the post office Which was extremely inconvenient of me to have to go to the post office in the first place because I wasn’t able to go there immediately so about a week after shipping it out I get it sent back to me and for the past several days now I’ve been trying to contact the customer service team about it and they’ve only responded once claiming they can’t find the order. The shipping label address claim that they didn’t sell the product that was shipped to them that’s why I ended up getting it shipped back. But I’m done shopping with them because this was really ridiculous I highly doubt they will be resolving the issue because I’ve sent out over 10 emails about it and only had one response which was about 3 days ago & they claim it takes up to 48 hours for a response! I’ve contacted them before for other issues & they never took this long so I’m getting the feeling I’ve been cheated out of my money TWICE!

I mistakenly confirmed my cart I was just adding them to see later on. It wasn’t even my size .And I called to cancel the order not even 5 minutes after and they refused to cancel my order. I normally a customer who buy there stuff but very disappointed about the way they handled this.

I returned a item and they received it on March 2...I got a email confirming that they did. But I never received my store credit. I've email them several times and they responded once ask for more information about the order. I sent it and nothing after that! No product and no money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! ITS JUST A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!! 1st. Sizing sucks!!! The stuff that I bought from here didn't fit at all, if I buy something large it usually fits perfect but not these the fit like they were made for children!! 2nd. You have to pay to return your items IF they're eligible for return and you do not get your money back you get store credit so they can take even more of your money and rip you off again! If I was able to give no stars I definitely would

I ordered from fashion Nova and paid extra for 2 day shipping and I got it 3 days after the expected date. I purchased 4 items which would have given me free shipping. I called fashion nova and was told that I received my package within the correct time period. Because they can't guarantee the delivery. Of the items I purchased only one stated that I could not return therefore I returned 2 items. Now I am being told that none of the items were returnable even though the packing slip did not state that. They stated they can't send the items back to me and they would only give me 50% back. They even told me that they will resell the items at full price. Fashion Nova is a scam and I will never purchase anything from them again.

I just received a skirt. It is cheap looking and four sizes too small. I have had to return multiple orders...too small most of the time. In addition, it takes almost a month to issue refunds and/or credits. Not very happy right now as I have to pay to return this cheap skirt.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. This company is the absolute worst. I should not have to read a "legit" company's return policy prior to purchasing items. I bought four pieces of clothing with the intention of trying them on at home and returning what I didn't like. Then my package is delivered and I found out that NONE of the four items are able to be returned because of Fashion Nova's asinine return policy. I'm sorry, you can't return items that sales price ends in $.00, .96, .97, .98?! What?!? And even if they do accept a return it's for store credit, even if it's within the 30 purchase window. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again, and furthermore I'm going to every review site I can to let people know DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They sent me the wrong item! A size 3 in jeans. I ordered a LARGE jumpsuit. They have the worst customer service (No live agents, just emails). They never respond to anything. People spend lots of money with this company, they should be ashamed of how they handle disputes. I am filing a dispute with my bank.
