“Ordered a bathing suit and they sent a completely different one and it had a hole. I ordered a shirt and the size was by far off and not only that but they ban what you can and cannot return. I do not recommend shopping here.”

“I normally don’t do online shopping. My homegirl put me on to Fashion Nova. I ordered from them for Valentine’s Day and received my order within a week with no delays or anything. I was getting updates on my order and all. NOW! I ordered from them on Monday morning. I received a confirmation for my order but my order was never processed! I have emailed and emailed and I am getting either no response or an automated response! From different people at that! There is no information on my package at all other than the amount I paid during this pandemic! And my address in which I am trying to understand why it hasn’t been processed and shipped! So today someone emailed me back saying they can resolve my issue but they need my order number and my address (which they should already have on file!) SO NOW IM FEELING SCAMMED! All of my information matches from my first order but the way they doing business got me feeling real scammed! I asked for a refund and got no response whatsoever! Not to mention I’ve asked 10 times where is my order!! Smh”

“I placed an order and literally emailed then called within 10 mins of the order being placed and they supervisor put me on hold all to tell me the same thing as what the rep told me that you can either call the carrier and change the address or you can make a duplicate order and then expect them to “cancel” the order. But my question is why can’t you cancel the order in the first place ? Amazon is a way larger company and they let you make as many changes as you need until the product is shipped. This is the worst first experience and I would never recommend them I don’t care how nice the clothes are if your service is bad then it’s not for me.”

“Never ordered from them before. My son has been a size 32 in pants for 3 yrs so I ordered a size 32, got the pants and they were to small and to short. Apparently the pants were on Finale sale and you can’t return or exchange them for next size up. This is crappy. If your clothes run smaller then normal tell your customers that.”

“DO NOT SHOP HERE. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT. ONLY GENERIC EMAILS. THEY DO NOT FULFILL YOUR ORDER IN 48. YOU CAN NOT CANCEL ORDERS EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE NOT BEEN FULFILLED. ONLY STORE CREDIT REFUNDS. RETURNING WILL HAVE LOOP HOLES. IF YOUR RETURN TAKES LONGER THAN 30 DAYS IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED STORE CREDIT. AGAIN, NO HUMAN CONTACT TO RESOLVE ISSUES THAT ARE NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN. HUGE SCAM. WASTED OVER 600 DOLLARS.”

“I’ve been a fashion nova customer for a while now but I was so disappointed with this last order I received. Let me just say the items that I received were such poor quality, the biker shorts were completely see thru an the tops felt like such cheap material. So me wanting to return these items an reading there return policy (which is a complete joke) only some items are eligible for return. You cannot get your money back only store credit and you have to pay to return the items lmao. I honestly think this company is overrated especially with there poor quality clothes an how they rip people off .”

“I got my package and as soon as o opened it I could see that the shirt had a tear in it, I didn’t even try it on, or anything because of the tear. They sent me torn merchandise because there’s no way the mail person did it because it wouldn’t been damaged on the outside as well. I contacted customer support which said “if you washed it or took the tag of there’s nothing we can do, I replied and told them I didn’t even touch it other then to show them the tear. And they said they couldn’t give me a refund.. that it’s only for select items, like what?! And then I ordered pants also and the pants were SHITTY QUALITY!! Looks like jeans you could for $3 somewhere.. not worth the price and I don’t know why people hype them up, never buying from them again.”

The refund policy really needs some work with this company. The CFO$ needs to step up their game, and review their return/refund policy. They do have some nice merchandise, but are making it very unpleasant for their customers. People will turn to companies online with better refund/return policies.”

“I will no longer give any of my business or money to fashion nova . After placing an order and 5 seconds later emailing them to make a correction they denied the change. They said due to the system they cannot make any changes. I mean it was literally 5 seconds after making the order. They do not return money only give store credit but hey the reviews don’t matter because people Will continuously shop here”

“Fashion nova is a complete scam if you use the paid return through them they ship through a third party known for holding packages my return has been in transit for two months now fashion nova of course could care less and keeps sending me automated responses telling me to check the tracking info of course I've done this...they do this so then you go over the 30 day return window and they don't have to do anything for you...don't waste your money on this crooked company! Bad business!!!”

“Been waiting for my order for over a month now. I send them an e-mail but reading all these reviews, I think I am going to expect nothing in return. I was so excited to order something... I live outside of the US so I expected the delivery to be longer. But the package still needs to be shipped.. or something. I can not follow my order anywhere. Such a worthless site.
