“I ordered 4 pairs of jeans all the same size and when it arrived only one fit so I had to return the others. I went ahead and reordered the jeans that didn't fit in another size so they wouldn't sell out. I just dont like the return policy because they only offer store credit which I dont want. If I am in the store and can try the clothes on before buying then I can understand but online you obviously cant tell. The clothes are cute but I probably wont shop here again because I should be given my money back not stuck with a gift card because the way I see it is if I order again and they dont fit again I'll be in the same predicament.”

“I ordered some swim suits that didn’t fit me. I returned them and they won’t give me my money back, only an in store credit which I don’t care about because I did not like their clothes. Terrible experience !! Do not buy anything here !”

“I place an order at Fashionnova on 08-11-2020. I suppose to get it on August 17. I haven’t received my package nor any update on the status. I contacted customer service twice which I didn’t get any response. I should have read the reviews before I place my order. Such a terrible experience and I will never shop with them again.”

“I think this company's reviews could be better if they displayed the size the model is wearing or inform customers sizes run bigger or smaller than normally. They offer you a credit, upon returning items. If I paid with a credit card or gift card, I expect my money to be returned in that same form. You are forcing a customer to buy from you again, which I stoppes shopping there. I'm constantly returning stuff and sizes are jacked up.”

“Terrible customer service. Atrocious. Argumentative and refusing to give my money back even after reporting them to better businesses bureau. For months I been getting stupid automated messages whenever I try to reach out to them. None of them knows what's going on. I paid for items I never received. Their clothing quality is absolutely terrible and cheap. I will never do business with them again. Do not support this scamming company”

“I'm not happy. I placed order of items ranging from $19.99 -$44.99. I was given a 40% off coupon code in which I was so happy I used. 2 items seemed defective and 2 didn't fit well and I want to keep the rest. Well I cant return because of the price they ended up costing after the discount. Thats ridiculous. The coupon should come off of the total and I've emailed FN 2x and they won't even respond. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....BB BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”

“After seeing that Fashion Nova no longer ships to the Caribbean, I will no longer be shopping with them. It makes no sense ordering clothes, send them to my mom in the US whereas she has to pay to send them to the Caribbean. Then I have to pay at my local post office to receive them. Also, Fashion Nova is fastly becoming porn site and I'm not interested in their clothes anymore.”

“I am leaving a review because I had a TERRIBLE experience shopping on Fashion Nova. This would be my first time shopping with them and let me just say I am very disappointed, to say the least. For the last 2 days, I was selecting items that I'd like to buy because there was a BIG sale and I was doing a clothing haul so this means I took 2 days out of MY TIME to look for clothes that I really wanted. Let me just tell you that I wasn't even able to make a purchase! I tried using the app and it was glitching/freezing! Then, I tried using the website and it was doing the same thing. I tried very hard to make the purchase and even called customer service to help with troubleshooting but this wasn't helpful. The lady gave me a bunch of tips and was nice enough to give me a 25% discount but I don't know if it's worth it if I can't even use it. :/ I'm very frustrated because I really wanted the items. I'm a plus size girl and it's hard to find clothes my size especially clothes that are "cheap". I would've gotten these clothes on sale but we all know that didn't happen. :( To anybody struggling to make a purchase using their shitty app/website, just know you aren't alone. This is very shocking coming from a well-renowned brand like Fashion Nova. I honestly think this is ridiculous...I guess they won't be getting my money.”
