I'm furious I've been trying to contact fashion Nova for weeks now I have spent over $1,000 in the past two months on top of me having to return some items do to not true to size and had to pay for shipping to send it back they gave me a credit back onto a gift card instead of my actual credit card and to top it off when I place another order for another three hundred and something dollars because none of my things fit except for three things their website made me pay for duties and taxes up front and to top it off when my items were getting delivered DHL told me I had to pay an extra $122 for Duty fees and taxes when I already paid fashion Nova in advance they refuse to give me back my credit on my credit card after they had told me if I paid DHL upfront they would refund me what I paid them and it's been over 2 weeks almost 3 and I still haven't received a credit and here to find out they're only giving me back 40 something dollars this has been the worst experience this is not how you treat customers I will never buy from them again!!!!

Please I need my package,I was supposed to wear it on my babies birthday which was yesterday but they said it was delivered at the lobby in the building in which I live but I never saw any package and I also have good neighbors they won’t take what does not belong to them and I was home the whole day on the day they said it was delivered p.please I either need my package or refund .i have contacted customer service several times but nothing is being done it’s so annoying that they keep reminding me on what I have in my cart meanwhile I have received the one I first ordered but it says delivered .Please I need my package or refund.Thank you. Fashion nova is giving me the run arounds about my refund. I ordered over 800$ worth of items and never received it. Now I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months for my refund. I only received partial payment because they are playing games with me and sent the rest of my money on a gift card that I never requested to force me to order with them!

I ordered two shots size large .. the shirt I got was a small! I have attempted to contact them to exchange it but have yet to hear back. I should not have to pay shipping because of a mess up on Fashionnovas end and pay MORE money.. After this, I think I will buy clothes elsewhere

I've been a customer since early 2017, I never had problems from that time up until May 2020. The first problems is the change of shipping time and processing; it used to be 2-day shipping for $7.99, and processing would take less than 48 hours for me, sometimes it would be shipped within an hour or two after ordering. I'm not sure why they made the change but it is now $4.99 for 3-7 business day shipping, and I receive orders 2 weeks or 3 weeks after ordering. Expedited shipping is longer than the predicted time now, which is ridiculous. They will be losing me as a customer, they have become unprofessional and taking advantage of customers. This is the last order I will be making from Fashion Nova, as I've made over 30 orders with them but after this I don't plan on making anymore.

I ordered 200$ worth of stuff and it’s been 5 days still not tracking number. This is ridiculous I’ve ordered from them before never such horrible customer service as now. I’ve been emailing them for 3 days and no response. They are unprofessional and scammers.

Don't ever ordered anything unless if you're ready to wait for year I ordered in May till now haven't got any updates hate fashion nova worst customers service i don't mind waiting but at least communicate give tracking num bad and worst experience 😡

The fact that they even have an option for EXPRESS check out is beyond me. I ordered my items on Monday. I expected them to here on Friday and they still haven’t shipped out my items. They are garbage.

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered!! Ordered a pair of shorts was optional as to how the shipping was to be done and of course paid extra for the shipping to come sooner as for we needed them for pictures and now they tell me they cannot get them to us for at least two weeks but they will gladly refund my money never in my life have I experienced such a thing do not order from them and expect your order to be on time they constantly kept coming on the phone and saying oh sorry it’s taking so long can you please hold that’s all they know how to tell me can you please hold

I actually like one item i ordered but the others had issues. I could not walk in the first dress I ordered because of the design but the second dress was ok. The third dress had a defect which I had to fix myself and I had to pay an extra charge for my package to be left at another location. I am not please with this because I was not told of this extra charge. So now I am stuck with a couple items from this company that I cannot wear and it makes no sense to return them due to the shipping cost I would have to pay again.

I placed an order since September 11th selected express shipping 2-3 business days. On Tuesday sent an email and the support responses and said that it’s still processing and when they ship it it will send an email to me. Mind you processing days is 2 days according to their site(tomorrow will make it a week) AND when the support responded back to me she said they would email me to some email address that isn’t even mine. So I still don’t know what is going on with my order.

Missing a $200 package. I was excited to get the email saying it had been delivered but it was no where to be found. The company recommended checking with neighbors, friends or porch and still no where to be found. Sent an email about not seeing the order anywhere and no response. It’s past the 3-4 wait that is also recommended without a response which is super convenient considering you have to file a dispute within 10 days. If I could give a half star I would, such a bummer.

This is the first time I had an issue with my package being missed. I don’t know if my package was ever delivered, it say it did but still haven’t received it. Don’t know if my neighbor took it or the delivery person drop it wrong apt door. No follow up who was the person to drop my package or who was responsible. Fashion Nova just decided to void my claim with no evidence or prove that it was delivered by who, where package was left and last person to handle my package. Very disappointed about the system and technology fashion Nova provide for ONLINE shopper.

I received my order and 3 items were missing out of the bag! I sure do hope they respond to my emails quickly. And, with all of these bad reviews and people not getting their packages. I see a lawsuit waiting to happen!!!’

Well I purchase an order and it was literally almost $300 and I accidentally picked the wrong shipment called customer service to have it shipped right away was willing to pay an extra fee and was denied of it and was told that they Couldn’t change the shipment is what I was told because it’s already been processed poor customer service horrible staff and I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them

I have ordered from fashion nova last year and years before . But it has been around a year they became really bad . Customer service is terrible they will never answer you just wasting time . Also if you are in UK do not order you have to pay for delivery from US to UK plus UK to your house ! And it’s £18 ... not worth it Waste of money . The worst is fashion nova don’t communicate .only automatic emails.

I placed my order and the day it was delivered or the tracking stated delivered,it never showed to my address,I contacted them several times and they ended up not caring about the problem.Word to the wise,if you order from them be prepared no matter what;they are always right,not the customer.They suck!
