“Customer service sucks”

“By far the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I returned an order on 3rd August, within 14 days of receipt and was entitled, by law, to a refund onto my original payment method. I have been completely ignored and they have essentially stolen my money - giving me a credit note as if I’ll ever shop with them again! Please, please stay away from this absolute scam of a company”

“I ordered clothes for my 17th birthday and my package is a week late.Fashion Nova uses a cheap shipping company and when I call they keep telling me they will deliver my package the next day and never do.Fashion Nova also doesn’t take any calls on there number which is very unprofessional.Highly don’t recommend.”

“PLEASE REPORT THEM IF YOU'VE BEEN SCAMMED!! I filed a complaint against this company with the California attorney general's office. They scammed me and apparently a lot of other people. Please report them to the AG - maybe if enough people report, something will be done!”

“Scam!!! I never received my order even though they claim it was delivered. I was home at the date and time they claim it was delivered so I know it’s a lie. I’ve emailed and messaged several times and they will not respond. These people are criminals stealing people’s money!!!!”

“Not only does it sell cheap clothes it has terrible customer service! You can't get a hold of anybody! For a company that big they should have people who actually pick up or even get back to you! I received the wrong size and now I have to pay to return it when it was their fault! I spent 430! and now I have to spend more money to return it so they can send me the correct size!?!?! Fashion Nova is a SCAM!”

“Fashion nova is a complete SCAM!!! They need to be taken off the market completely as what they are doing is against the law. They are stealing people’s money and has false advertising not only in their website but also in every social media platforms that being Instagram and Facebook! Their account should be deactivated and they should not be able to promote or advertise any of their products as they are SCAMMERS! they do not have any notion of what customer service is! The company should be sued and taken off the market! THEY DONT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR RATING! THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS! ***** BEWARE ******”

“You guys I literally had a 550$ order.. emailed customer service to see why it was taking so long and that was like three weeks ago, never got a response. Got a notification about a “rereturn” and never wanted it but never heard about it after, tried messaging customer service and even though it was the hours they were supposed to be available they said they weren’t every time, every day that I tried. I ordered a bunch of loose clothing because I’m pregnant and didn’t want to go to the mall and catch something. If it doesn’t come soon I’ll have no choice and I’ll be out 550 so thanks Fashion Nova.”

“I ordered several items totaling $259.33. After returning all items with shipping and return fees, I got a credit of 171.29, lost $88.04. Sizing was totally off on every product I ordered. Quality is terrible. It’s really a total loss because I’m afraid to use my credit towards anything and pay more shipping and return fees. Very disappointing.”

“Unacceptable. The delivery takes a month whereas they say 5 to 7 business days. I have sent three emails and no one has ever replied. Even worse, I got a notification that they need to pay €40 of taxes where as no one informed me of that.”
