I will never order from you guys again I spent 134.94 and never received my package. You guys or crooked. People they are scammers. Don't waste your money

I ordered 4 shirts and 2 pairs of jeans from FashionNova. They came, but the sizes were WAY off and my shirts looked like dresses. I then return my shirts and order them again but in different sizes, but they havent been delivered yet. (and I ordered them like a week ago)...

I’m so angry I ordered my package 14 days ago. The tracking is a joke. It was supposed to be here on day6 & day 9, then it hasn’t moved I’ve called I’ve email multiple times you cannot get through to nobody on the phone,finally got through for me to be on hold for 25 minutes for an operator to answer and say oh no one can answer the phone & disconnect me. I reached out to the company that supposed to be shipping from they don’t know what’s going on either. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! it’s a joke. Celebrities make it look good, it’s so much endorsing of celebrities that make it look good for other people but nobody gets there stuff. WASTE SOO ANGRY. How could they make so much money and have such a crappy system?

let’s start by saying if i could give you 0stars i would but they make you put a star.🙄 this is by far the worst online store ever. they took a week to give me a tracking number and when they did it was the wrong tracking number and the wrong delivery service . like damn you had one job and you can’t do that right. i will never order from them again. period!

I paid for express shipping and I still have not received my order. On their website is said that I was going to get it by Wednesday, September 9th and still not even an email telling me the order was process. I called several times and their customer service was the worst. I get an email telling me the order is late but will still arrive as the promise date. I still don’t know the promise date. Worst customer service, shopping policies and overall worst shopping company.

Tracker says delivered but I have yet to receive my orders. It’s been more than 2 weeks they also love to not reply to your concerns. Stay away from this scamming company. They’ve already been sued by the FTC this year for misleading advertising shipping and not giving refunds other than in store gift cards.

My daughter bought something by mistake from fashionnova when I tried to cancel the order moments after the company refused and said that they were only willing to give me store credit. Stay away, they’ll take your money any way they can get it.

SPEND YOUR MONEY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I ordered 3 pairs of shorts from Fashion Nova. Received an email stating my package was delivered about a week later. I checked all over my property and didn’t find anything. I waited 3 days to see if it would show up, as instructed by the company, before reaching out to customer care. When it didn't, I send an email to customer care explaining the issue. Nobody responds. A few days later, I call customer care and am told the issue needs to be resolved by a separate department, and that this will take "up to 10 business days." 15 business days go by and still no word from anyone. Call customer care again. I’m told that the issue "has already been resolved" (despite nobody contacting me, of course) and that I can't get a refund since the shipping company is claiming they delivered the package, but that they're going to re-send a replacement package with two of the items and give me store credit for the third, which is now out of stock. I ask if they can send it to a different address this time to avoid the possibility of it going lost again. They tell me no, I can't change my shipping address. Uhhh Okay... So, the shipping company they use is called Ontrac, and it's total garbage. This time, they at least delivered my package, but they delivered it to the house two doors down from me for reasons I will never understand. Thankfully, the shorts all fit. Super cheap quality, but I was expecting that for the price. I use my store credit to buy a pair of leggings that were part of a matching set, and a pair of joggers. (quick fun fact: I'd originally had two pairs of joggers in my cart, but got a warning note on one during check-out that the dye included cadmium and lead, which are known to cause cancer. Very exciting!) Third time is the charm, right? Wrong. The leggings and joggers are actually delivered to my house this time, which was nice, but they neither of them fit, despite ordering a size larger than what I regularly am. Not only this, but they are EXTREMELY short and come up to almost my knees. I'm taller than average and most pants tend to run a little small on me, but this was just absurd. I've accidentally ordered pants from Asian clothing outlets that fit better than this. Seriously, Fashion Nova? So now, I'm out about $27 on pants that don't fit. Great, whatever. I'll just return them. Surely that shouldn't be a hassle, right? Wrong again! I go the website to view their return policy. This is what I discover: 1.) You have to pay for the shipping costs of your return, which is $7.99...yeah, even if you had NO CONTROL over the circumstances that lead to your need to request a return, it's still a flat rate of $7.99. Oh, your item is defective? Too bad, $7.99. Fashion Nova sent you the wrong items? $7.99, sweetie! 2.) You will under NO CIRCUMSTANCES receive any of your money back, and instead will be refunded in the form of an e-gift card. 3.) Items must be "unworn" and still be in their original packaging...yes, you read that correctly. If you had the AUDACITY to TRY ON an item of clothing you BOUGHT WITH YOUR OWN DAMN MONEY, only to discover it wasn't true to size...well, tough luck buddy. Fashion Nova ain't returning your money. You should have known better. Oh, and here's another fun one: I also learned during this excruciatingly inane process that the leggings I ordered were part of a matching set, and that if I returned them without the corresponding piece, which I did not purchase, I would not receive a refund. .... In what universe does it make sense to have a return policy that EXCLUDES individual items that are part of a matching set, while simultaneously ALLOWING customers to buy matching set items individually? Have I entered the Twilight Zone???? Did someone slip LSD into my morning coffee????? Am I high???????? I'm so done with this company. I'm out almost $30, but honestly, it's just not even worth it to me to deal with their bullsh*t anymore. I'm just spreading the word at this point in hopes that someone will read it and won't go through what I did. Everything from start to finish was so poorly handled, and their return policy is so blatantly criminal it’s almost laughable. Avoid like the plague.

Horrible company. I made a purchase with a 40% discount. I applied the code and the amount with the discount amount was showing in the TOTAL. At the moment of the checkout the charge me FULL PRICE. I filled the Customer Care online form, which is the only way you can contact this company, and they only send an email saying there’s nothing they can do to change the order and offering me 25% discount for my next purchase!! What kind of customer service is that? There’s not even a phone number on the website. The clothes are not good even good quality. It’s like Shein but more expensive snd with WAY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t waste your money here. You have been warned.

Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 dresses and applied the discount code, and when it charged my card, it charged the whole amount. I contacted them via email and they said nothing can be done about it. I will never order anything with this company.

If I could I even want to give them NO star I've ordered 5 months ago, and never arrived CS always answer copied and pasted Do not waste your money If you want to shop at FN, sis I recommend you to just throw your money away Because Thoese are just same.

(Customer service # at bottom of review) First time I ordered it said my order was delivered on a Friday .. it never was and I was FREAKING OUT ! First order with them too ?? Oh hell nah ! Lmao But it DID come the following Monday , with my 3 other orders 😍 Smooth sailing , right ?? WRONG !!!!! Nowwwwwwww I have a package that got to the destination facility on 8/21/20 and has since been “lost” . OnTrac wants me to contact FN , but FN didn’t LOSE it !!! Smh Anyway , here’s their customer service phone number ! Hope it helps someone else !! 1800-866-0286
