“I ordered from Fashionnova and it reflected delivered and it wasn’t. I can’t believe I’ve been scammed. The worse part is their clothes are pricey for me, had to save up some money so at be scammed 😥”

“I sent in my return (had to pay $7.99) to do so by the way. They send me confirmation that it was received and I would get my $179.00 E-gift card by email within 72 hours. After 2 weeks of waiting I try to contact them.... which is a joke. I have send multiple emails with no response. Finally I try to chat with an agent and that person tells me they see that the e gift card was sent and they will resend it. Said I would get it within 24 hours. Here we are 2 days later and NOTHING!!! I try to do the chat thing again and after I wait 30 minutes to get with someone it kicks me off and says my chat has "timed out". I continue to get ALL of their other emails but NOT the one that gives me my money. Customer service is horrible. I like their clothes but will NEVER purchase from them again.”

“I order $100.00 dollar in bras on July 22,2020. As of October 6th I have not received my items. It is impossible to get through customer service and getting any answer to emails sent are it is in transit. I have requested that they overnight another order but have not received an answer. I have ordered other items from companies and have had no problem receiving them. Why you are having such poor delivery is beyond me. I don’t believe I will order any other items once I receive this order. Too frustrating”

“Let me start by saying this makes twice in a row Fashion Nova has messed up my order I ordered a combo set jacket and pants and only received the pants. Even my receipt say combo set Jacket and Pants You CANNOT GET A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't pay for express shipping because it takes them 8-14 days to get it to you even when you pay for express shipping. Honestly I don't see how they stay in business with the way they treat their customers. I always thought express delivery meant you would get your order overnight or within the 2-3 days your just wasting your money when you pay for express shipping. This is my last time I will order anything from Fashion Nova”

“This makes twice they have messed my order up I recently purchased a jacket and pants combo. I only received the pants NO JACKET no express delivery that I paid and extra $9.99. I will never order from Fashion Nova again I paid for express shipping and the last time it took almost 2 weeks to get my order this time it took more than 8 days. Honestly I don't see how they stay in business with the way they treat their customers. This will be my last and final order. You would think their workers are incompetent.”

“Never order from this site. Terrible quality size are not right at all. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. They don't do refunds at all and if you return for a possible store credit you must pay for shipping. Also they will charge you are restocking fee. The customer service is terrible you have to wait for about 30 minutes to type your questions in and then they respond by telling you to read the info on the shipping slip. Terrible never order. Now I have items I will be donating can't wear.”

“I placed a large order in the end of August and it is now early October, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. I have sent multiple emails and the only correspondence that I received was basically telling me that they can't do anything for me because Lasership (their shipping company) lost my package. How is it an ethical business practice to charge people for products they haven't received? It's FRAUD!”

“Went to by a couple items, but when I went to finalize the payment, the shopping cart froze, told me there was an error and charged me without completing my order or giving me a reference order number. Can't get help from Fashion Nova even after multiple phone calls, even though the problem arised on their end. Shitty company, I imagine the software engineer or web developer who made designed their webpage is zooted out half the time to not be able to create a reliable online shopping system. Got proof for days, yet they are so adamant about NOT helping me out and me trying to resolve my "own" issues through Paypal, even though the money was SUCCESSFULLY sent to Fashion Nova, with receipts of items and all. I literally paid for NOTHING. What makes it so much better is the ditsy airhead you call "customer support" trying her best to explain to me what she "thinks" the problem might have been, without even trying to escalate my problem to higher authority. What a joke.”

“If I could give them a zero star I would! Why give the customer the option of a 2-3 day delivery if you wont make it happen? I will never again shop with FashionNova. First the order is late, and on top of that theres a 7.99 return fee. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!”

“I bought a product in May they confirmed with an order, paid for the product and the shipment to Chile, I never received the product, I send emails and they do not answer satisfactorily, since it is a generic answer. and a boot tells me that my order number does not exist. indicate that they contacted and have not done. I think it's a scam”

“Fashion nova would be decent but when talk buy enough to get free shipping they use the cheap LaserShip service to deliver your package which never ends up in your hands. Emailed them and they never responded.”

“If i could give a zero i would. Ordered 10 items totally over $200 recently. I received only 3 items out of my 10. I have emailed repeatedly and I received no assistance as they send pre-written emails. The only email they did send was blaming dhl but not taking responsibility. They still took my money.. i have yet to receive a refund or my items i paid for. The same thing happened to my friend a few days later. I have shopped with fashion nova for years but they have lost a customer.”

“Horrible customer service! Spent $200 ordered in Aug didn’t get confirmation that a package had been delivered until 9/21 I received nothing!
