Never even got my order and they weren't going to refund me, it took about 5 months to get the issue solved.

The shipping and clothing is always good.But I'm giving Fashionova a 1 star for their customer service rating.Its sad when you don't have a number to contact a business when you have issues..With emails, they really act like they don't care. And just say anything

In September I made a purchase with Fashion Nova but never received my items. When I reached out to Fashion Nova about my undelivered item they redirected me to the carrier to take the responsibility off of them. I continued to reach out to Fashion Nova for further assistance with no success. It has been over a month with no response or courtesy acknowledgement regarding my claim. I had to reach back out to then to inquiry what will happen and today they say my claim has been denied. My purchase was over $100, I've been a dedicated customer purchasing from Fashion Nova more than 25+ times. I've never experience such lack of consideration or respect. Fashion Nova's customer service sucks and I will never purchase from them again. I forewarn others to do the same because once they receive your money they could careless if you received your items or not.

This website is a ripoff. I ordered a dress for a surprise party For my husband. When it arrived, it was too big and too long. After paying extra money for the return label, I started the returned process on October 6th. I waited for my credit and I haven’t gotten it back. Today is October 31st and every time I email the customer service, they keep telling me to be patient and all sort of nonsense. At this point, I have cut my losses and move on. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA AGAIN. TheY keep trying to give me 25% discount for any inconvenience. It is about to be a month and no response as to were the package or my return is. Please save your self and find somewhere else to shop, this website is a complete FRAUD

AWFUL LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a Halloween costume online with the ad "Buy one get one free". My order was placed only to find out two days later that the costume I really needed was out of stock and the second one that was free has shipped. The problem is, had they notified me that my costume was not in stock, I would have asked to cancel the whole thing because the free costume was not not needed. Since it has shipped, I am liable to pay for partial of the costume and have to find myself another costume elsewhere. The customer service was super awful and bad. I talked to several stupid asses. One hung up after I asked for a supervisor and the other said there was no supervisor on hand. I was also promised to get a call back. No they just lie, lie, lie, and repeat the return policy like a machine. I understand their policy, but this is definitely the company's error. They did not have my item in stock, they ship partial and I am liable for it. If I return a costume, I may be liable for 50% restocking fee. WTF. You suck ass and I will make sure to keep posting bad reviews.

Worst place to shop for clothes . Pay for shipping and pay for return . The most annoying things is refunding Monday only store gift card. I am done with fashion nova

the super high waist denim skinnies are absolute garbage. It probably cost them 1.50 to make and you paid forty dollars for them. I got them in white and they are completely see through. Don't buy any jeans,they will not refund you, you can exchange the item for another garbage item.

Such a scam!!! I received my items almost all of which were terrible quality and fit/looked nothing like the picture. I tried to return almost all and they only gave me a credit for only a few of the items. I’ve been trying the get the rest of my money back but all they Lee doing is emailing me saying they have no information so I need to send them a copy of my packing slip which thankfully I took pictures of and then once I sent that now they are saying they need the tracking info and weight of the shipment??? I paid for the shipping back to them and they received it over a week ago now so not sure what that has to do with my refund? I don’t even think these are real people emailing me back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!

I am a new user to Fashion Nova. Of course I loved it at first, seems like the new cardi B and boxing promotions have caused their prices to Skyrocket! Even with 30 and 40% off the quality of clothes is not worth it. and of course there's always fine print to everything. and when you call to question at it's always your fault. Final sales are not labeled until you receive them. 50% off is not really 50%. No reason any of their clothes should be more than $20 aside from dresses, possibly. Customer service is horrible. You always get a different policy from whoever you speak with. it's like each customer service rep makes their own rules as they go.. Think I'm going to start recording our conversations.

I bought 12 items from FN and only 1 was true size but very poor quality Returns are ridiculous! You have to pay $7.99 for the return and because they shipped them in two separate orders , I had to pay two separate return orders of $7.99 On top of that they only refund with a gift card that has to be used with FN These clothes are poor quality , Chinese garbage All the reviews have to be fake !

Horrible. I ordered a leather jacket from them - smelled fishy and it wouldn’t go away. I returned the item and for three weeks I haven’t heard a word from them and didn’t get their gift card back (Also that sucks that they give you only a gift card smh). I contacted them by email and even on Facebook - nobody replied. I gotta call them

If I could turn back time and not place my order when I originally did I would click cancel IMMEDIATELY. Not only did I NOT receive my order on time, I also didn't get a refund. I was informed they only do in store credit, but would you really want to shop there after having numerous bad experiences? ABSOLUTELY not! I am so disappointed with their customer service. I had to speak with numerous reps. via email, and then on the line. I requested to speak with a supervisor who did nothing more but tell me I would get a refund today.

The first problem with Fashion Nova is that their sizing is very disproportionate. I had seen reviews on this particular dress (Sparks Between Us) stating that some sections fit perfectly while another section was too tight. I decided to give the benefit of a doubt. I purchased the dress. And of course, I had to suffer the consequences of my REGULAR SIZE IN EVERY OTHER BRAND being too small. Typical. This is why we shouldn’t shop online, kids. Problem number two is that when I emailed customer service, every time I was responded with the generic FAQ and ‘Helpful Tips’ that I had obviously already tried. I had to go back again and again stating that I had already taken these steps and was unsuccessful. And every time I was greeted with an insensitive email that was not thought out and clearly showed that no one had actually pulled apart my concerns and responded appropriately. And the most concerning issue is that they have actually disabled bad reviews from their website and social media sites. Very dishonest of any company to do

They have the WORST 2 day shipping. I paid for dhl express shipping and they delivered my items after 7 days !!! I emailed they to complain but they were not helpful at all. Incase you want to purchase anything international I would recommend u don’t pay for the 2 day shipping bcoz it will take the same amount of time as standard delivery . Very disappointed!

Their overnight shipping sucks, multiple times i have paid for overnight shipping and did not receive it. I work for a nightclub so we use fashion nova frequently for uniforms. all of us ordered an outfit and paid overnight shipping for work the next day, everyone received their outfits but me, mine wasnt shipped that day but i ordered before the other girls but they all got theirs and one of them was my sister who had hers shipped to the same address but she got hers but i didnt so we had to go run around the mall to find something else to wear and now have an outfit that was theme specific for that night that we cant wear. I contacted them about a refund atleast for shipping since that is what i paid for and the refused now this weekend i was surprised with a birthday trip so i ordered outfits and bathing suits at 8 am est meaning 5 am their time, paid overnight shipping and it still was not shipped that day, i emailed them later that day asking for the status as i have not received an tracking # yet, instead of actually checking my order and letting me know that i wont received it on time so i can make other arraignments they responded with a generic email saying its still processing then the next morning i got an email saying its delayed, now again im in a f***ed up situation, dont have outfits that i need and have to find alternatives, for my 30th birthday trip. its understandable mistakes but when you make a mistake and just say sorry and dont offer to fix it then do it again is ridiculous and based off other peoples reviews i see im not the only one. SO YOU ARE BASICALLY FALSE ADVERTISING AND CHARGING FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN NOT DELIVER ON . i alone spent thousands here, not including my coworkers that order here but after this I AM DONE and we'll order or uniforms elsewhere

I must say that I am NOT a new client of Fashion Nova. I usually buy every 2 to 3 months and for more than 1 year. In my last request of October 11 in the morning and I am clear that the order leaves from 1 to 2 business days and do not count the weekends. However, on day 5, they have not sent a trace and also requested. I am writing to the Customer Service and they are not honest and they are not complying with their notice which they sent to my mail where they say that the order would come out in the next 2 days and that I would receive it on Thursday 17 and today I HAVE NOT BEEN SENT TRACKING NUMBER . Unfortunately, a client UNSATISFIED EVEN IF I KNOW THE COMPANY DOESN'T CARE FOR A LESS CLIENT.FROM MY PART, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
