Ordered a dress two months ago that came see through! Returned it. It had now been a month since it made it back to their warehouse and FIGHTING with customer service for my refund! POS!!!!

The quality of the products are cheap. Also, they send you the wrong items and expect you to pay $7.99 for shipping to return the items. Very disappointed! Do not do business with Fashionnova. Expect items to last only a couple washes. Do yourself and favor and take your business elsewhere.

I have had a few run-ins with Fashion Nova’s customers service. Nothing ever seems to be their fault and they don’t do right by their customers. You must check the quality of everything you order within two days and report any damages or discrepancies within that time frame or you’re SOL. So, hopefully you’re not out of town when your package is delivered like I was... I’ve had damaged product delivered a few times. Secondly, if your $250 package is lost in transit by THEIR carrier, oh well. Better luck next time. They keep your money and tell you to figure it out with the carrier. Definitely lost my business and respect for good. I think “NO” is in their name for a reason, don’t risk your hard earned cash! #FashionNOOOOOva

Stealers thats how I can describe this company. I made a payment for 2 dresses and never received a confirmation of orders. Try reaching out to them, but they said they could not see anything. I sent them my bank statement whereby it shows the debit on my account to them but they said they don't see anything. Poor customer service as it seems they are not interested and return my email for a 25% discount on next order. How could a company got money from you and say they don't see anything on their side. I'm still in contact with them hopefully either I get a refund or my items are being posted accordingly.

Love to order from Fashion nova and I have being doing it for years. But the return process and costumer service when you call is horrible. And that was my first return ever. They are super rude and I would worry since even the big giants can fall. Btw it Took them 2 months to issue an e-gift even though I returned everything the next day I received my order with all tags attached and printed return slip. I have returned stuff to Europe and never had problems.

Don’t waste your money, no free returns under $ 75 . The jeans didn’t fit me I wasted $50. The customer service at fashion Novak is horrible.

Never again would I purchase anything from them. They make returns really hard and they don’t even care to make it easiest for you either. Save your money and a headache and shop somewhere else!

horrible customer service. you would think an ig brand that is as popular as FN would have good customer service and client relations. they don't care enough to check your items they send you to make sure that it is OK. and don't even think about contacting them after you purchase to adjust, make changes or get refunds. even if its their fault.

I ordered a product almost a month ago and it never came. I had to buy another dress from amazon to arrive in time for an event. They have refused to refund me my money since they claim the delivery was successful, and now they have completely ignored me for almost a week.

If you buy something , you have to pay to return it. I paid $8 to return $30 pants and besides that they give it to you in a “store credit” which I don’t want because they are not true to size. Also, items seem of poor quality. I would not recommend you buying. Save your time and money. I ordered twice the same product. All I wanted was to exchange and got charged for exchanging an item that I wanted for a smaller size.

Items was missing so I had to get a store credit NO REFUND! Customer service was rude and not sympathizing b/c of a mistake on their behalf! Will never order here again!!!

I purchased a few things for the site a few months ago. I kept somethings and had to return some the “credit” was kind of fast a week tried purchasing something slashed in luck but this time waiting for s credit is taking forever!!!! Talked to 3 Duffy people 3 Different answers

This company practices a Completely fraudulent business model. A fraudulent charge was placed on my account from this company (I.E. an online order I did not make) in the form of a significant amount. My financial institution instructed me to contact Fashion Nova directly to resolve the issue while the transaction was "pending." The company refused to void or even investigate the transaction , and I was hung up on twice while attempting to resolve the issue. Fashion Nova told me to "refuse the packages for a store credit." Fun fact, the packages are not even going to my address. Definitely a predatory company.

Order next day delivery (Extra $15) and it came 8 days later. Also got charged tariffs for over $60 on an order that was $120. Was not pleased and they did absolutely nothing in regards to it and blamed the shipping company.

The shipping and clothing is always good.But I'm giving Fashionova a 1 star for their customer service rating.Its sad when you don't have a number to contact a business when you have issues..With emails, they really act like they don't care. And just say anything

In September I made a purchase with Fashion Nova but never received my items. When I reached out to Fashion Nova about my undelivered item they redirected me to the carrier to take the responsibility off of them. I continued to reach out to Fashion Nova for further assistance with no success. It has been over a month with no response or courtesy acknowledgement regarding my claim. I had to reach back out to then to inquiry what will happen and today they say my claim has been denied. My purchase was over $100, I've been a dedicated customer purchasing from Fashion Nova more than 25+ times. I've never experience such lack of consideration or respect. Fashion Nova's customer service sucks and I will never purchase from them again. I forewarn others to do the same because once they receive your money they could careless if you received your items or not.
