“Terrible, terrible terrible service and dishonest company. Used credit voucher they issued and they charged my card instead and then offered me another credit for the error. BUYER BEWARE!!!”

“I really enjoy wearing their clothes, but their return policy especially for damage items is pretty less than substandard. My boyfriend bought a vest, tried it on and liked it. So he pulled the tags off. Later that day he stuck his hand in one of the pockets and found a HUGE hole. Seeing as though this package was delivered five days ago, I thought it was only appropriate to reach out to the company and perhaps they can send me an undamaged item. Instead, they give me this ridiculous answer stating damaged items have to be returned within two days. PLEASE DO NOT assume a quality product before inspecting fashion nova’s clothes throughly. They don’t care to take ownership for their damaged clothes they send to your doorstep.”

“purchasing from fashion nova is equally as throwing away your money, bc they only can give you store credit if you return and their clothings are shitty and so much worse than you look from their website. same size can turn out much smaller or bigger, plus you have to pay the return shipping cost by yourself. like once you paid, you can never get your money back but be forced to buy other shitty cloths instead by their store credit, plus you lose money to return the shitty products as well! I am sorry I cant recommend ppl to buy from fashion nova! unless they can refund your real money at least.”

“I ordered 4 products, and 2 showed up. I paid in full for all of them, but when I called the customer service representative told me I had two options: accept CREDIT only to be used on the Fashion Nova website for my lost items, or file a claim with could take 30 days. So beyond disappointed with this whole experience. Would not recommend at ALL”

“The business certainly doesn’t go out of their way to help their customers who have issues with their purchases. I bought a pair of jeans (I’ve previously bought many pairs of jeans from Fashion Nova this size) that didn’t fit at all, the waist was absolutely huge, like it was a pair of maternity jeans and were clearly faulty. They were $15 USD. To post them back (from Australia) would have cost me another $15, on top of that they only issue store credit, so if I was to send them back to replace them with an non faulty pair, I’d be made to pay for shipping both ways and end up being out of pocket $30 USD for a mistake made by Fashion Nova. I emailed them about this and was told that I had to pay, they wouldn’t cover postage costs or refund me.”

“Although their shipping to Australia was impressive, it was a total scam! Their sizing charts are completely off, I even measured myself exactly and got other people to measure me - all coming out with the same numbers. I even ordered in a size up, still too small. I wanted to return, only to find out I can't exchange for bigger sizes and that I have to pay $17 and up for shipping to get STORE CREDIT? I then proceed to write a bad 1 star review on the dress i ordered, I get an email saying its posted and then come to find THEY DELETED THE REVIEW. I then proceed to email THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD and get two automatic emails saying the same thing but then contradicting themselves with the exchanges. I want a refund, not store credit of $100 to buy shitty over priced clothing. Their "easy returns"is a complete lie. Don't buy from fashion nova, it's a total scam full of money hungry stealers.”

“Try everything on as soon as you get it! I mad the mistake of getting my package on a Monday night and now this morning I tried on one of the shirts and there’s a big whole in it! Turns out the damaged item refund only works two days after you get your package... this is ridiculous and I’m disappointed. Thanks for taking my money fashion nova”

“Worst online retailer ever. I purchased items and never received them. I was told to contact UPS and pick up the issue with them...who says that. Any other store would research the issue and then replace all lost items. NEVER SHOP HERE!”

“I never received my order or my money back. Keep giving me the run around. I’ve ordered in the past and I loved it and it really sucks cause I refuse to do business with them ever again. Had they rectified this I would of still been spending money.”

“I have ordered one jumpsuit 3 weeks before my birthday as they show on website it takes 5-10 days for delivery but after 3 weeks it shows 2 more weeks for delivery like seriously and customer care can't even track my order. they should work on their delivery method and update their delivery time. never buy anything.”

“I purchased three pairs of pants for my daughter- none of them fit. One was too big and two were too small. I filled out the return postcard, shipped it to the address listed, and waited. I was never issued a credit for the items, so I called them and they said none of my items were received. I had lost my tracking number from the post office when we moved, and could not believe they had lost my return! Here were are, six months later, and they still refuse to issue credit for my items. Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful and they stole my money.”

“I ordered 59 items to a total of around 1000 i got close to 400 off so i was excited. But i only recieved 1/3 of my order, all the clothes were missing. It was missing 570$ of merchandise and no ones trying help or solve the problem.”

“Hi! I ordered 3 weeks ago from this company and received an e-mail from Global Freight Systems Ltd asking me to pay a customs tax. I read a lot of reviews about it and found it to be a scam, an agreement between FN and this company. DON'T ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA even if you are delighted with discounts !!!!!!”

“Fashion Nova sold a used bodysuit with an extremely bad odour which raises serious hygienic concerns and I do not recommend anyone buying from this company. The customer service is horrible in taking this hygienic matter seriously. This company clearly violates health and safety guidelines.”

“So full with rage😠 placed an order from Fashionnova and paid for express delivery (which was quite expensive) only for me to receive an email from the carrier asking me to pay an extra 30,50€ custom fee before they can deliver my order to me. So mad right now! Because I didn't buy a lot of items to be charged so much. Never buying from them again 😤”

“Hidden fees - Be aware folks if you are buying internationnally. They do not cover duty fees, so you are likely to get a big suprise when your order arrives at the boder. I made a purchase for 160 USD. They falsely stated that I paid 180 USD, and as a result I got charged an additional $100 in duty fees. When i called the carrier to inquire about the additional duty fees, the informed me that previously Fashion Nova cover them, but now do not, thereby meaning the customer absorbs 100% of the duty fees. Not very transparent. Thus, ordering items with them may not be worth it in the end, especially given the quality is subpar. SIDE NOTE: If you also happen to pay for the additonal fees to have it delivered the next day, this could translate to 2 business days which they claim to have no control over.”

“Fashionova I will not be shopping there anymore. Even though they have so many options that are attractive with cheap prices. It is not all great. The clothes are a hit or miss when it comes to quality more on the miss side. I received a defective item and apparently they only give you 2 days to return. I'm on the east coast just to ship my returns priority was 48.00 and that was the cheapest. Also by the time I found out about the policy it was past due. Shoes are not true to size. Also if you want to contact them it is by email only but email response is within 24 hours. Also they only give you store credit.”

“Absolutely terrible, firstly if you are ordering from the Uk do not bother! I paid my shipping fees of £15 and delivery was supposed to arrive in two working and hasn’t! And secondly I’m getting invoiced from DHL express delivery service demanding £36 pounds in which I had no knowledge of upon check out! Honestly not worth it. And return will cost you also you are only refunded a credit note oppose to your money back. So stressful and misleading!”
