“If i could give no stars I would!!! Terrible terrible customer service!! Ordered over £200.00 worth of clothing and it’s been 10 working days with no tracking number and no one is coming back to me on emails or the phone!!! Till today no response!!! But my money is gone!!!”

“Fashion Nova no help at all. People working there think it’s fun to ignore customer email and play with people’s time and money. On top of that there is a fake company ‘Global freight systems’,which I’ve never heard of a day in my life. Never once have I had to pay customs, especially on items that are below the rate... absolutely disgusting. Wish I could give 0 stars..”

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I order from Fashionnova regularly and have made numerous returns successfully. However with my last return there is A LOT of ISSUES. They mostly send you a template reply and offer in no way to help locate my package. I sent it with 2 day shipping and all I got was "sorry we can't help you" I like their clothes most of the time, but their customer service is by far the WORST. I spend an average of $200-300 a month with them and I will NOT be ordering from them anymore. -DISSAPPOINTED CUSTOMER”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA! Consider yourself warned, they are thiefs and just want to TaKe your money in whatever excuse. They cancelled my order and did not return the whole amount , they stole 16e from the Visa card used. They also add 10 e for every order made with Visa card without telling you anything off such cost will be taken!? (Supposed to be free shipping...) Have contacted them about this issue 2 times via email and they only play ping pong boomerang with you and keep repeating that they have done all correct and I just should contact my Visa card or bank... talk about escaping responsibility lol... I will sure make official complain true Visa cards insurances and tell them how this company steals people’s money. Hope they lose their visa rights ;)”

“I placed an order for $77 dollars on 12th of April ‘19. Contacted FN May 5th to ask what happened to my order. FN then told me my items were held at Global Freight Shipping they then sent me a link. I paid the charges then nothing. Yodel do not have the items so I am contacting my bank for my payment back for GFS PayPal for my money from FN and I will never order from them again.”

“COULD NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ONLINE COMPANY!!!!!! I ordered 7 dresses for an upcoming trip, roughly about a month before I was to leave the country. I allowed myself this much time to place an online order because the website itself ensured me MULTIPLE TIMES that their shipping takes 5-10 business days. Well they lied. I was told on the phone with a customer service agent that the 5-10 business days is only talking about how long it takes for the shipment to get to customs... HOW IS THAT A REASONABLE ESTIMATE?!?! On top of this all, they dont allow full refund... only store credit. WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO SHOP THEIR AGAIN??? this online store is HORRIBLE.”

“Fashion nova is a scam. I bought jeans for $19.99 and had a discount of $5.99. They were stiff and were not skinny jeans so I had to return them which cost $11.00. Then I find out they will not return your money. they will only give a store credit on an e card so I got that. But come to find out they don't give you your full amount back. So after trying to buy jeans the same price and a discount the same, I found out I had to pay shipping again. So the $20.99 I originally spent...in order to get the same jeans only different size I would now be spending $19.99 plus $11.00 and then an additional $6.99. I am paying for the pants twice. This is a horrible place where greed overrides valuing their customers.”

“For UK buyers , if you buy from fashion nova ,please be aware you will be ask to pay custom fees . Fashion nova does not state this on the website . So if you don’t pay , you won’t get your order plus you will have to pay for the fee for your order to be return to them . Also if your order is late , it it probably been held by the custom. Fashion nova won’t update you about this . You will never know what’s happening with your order unless you ask them . Cause they won’t update you ....or the tracking info. Also they won’t apologise for their poor customer service...so be aware”

“for starters they DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. Second I referred a roommate and he spent over $100 dollars on their website and I was suppose to receive $30 for that. It never came because we have the same shipping address and that's not allowed. Where does it say that sharing a shipping address isn't allowed? I emailed them and every time i respond to the email someone new emails me back and keeps saying the same thing. They need better customer service for sure....”

“Terrible service and email responses from the fashionnova team seemed automated or completely unhelpful. Ordered my clothes 13th april and they are apparently still in transit to yodel and its not going to arrive by the looks of it even though i have sent 10+ emails to them trying to sort out the issue. Never ordering from them again”

“I purchased a dress from this company that was 44 USD. Initially, I paid less because I had some discount coupons. Unfortunately, someone at this company was not using their head at all. Instead of using the amount I paid for being 24 USD, they mentioned the 44 USD. That is 20 USD more. For that reason, I had to pay customs worth something like 25 USD. Now customs does not want to give me my money back after telling and showing them that I paid less for the dress. I have the evidence that I paid less and no customs costs should have been charged. If only Fashion Nova mentioned the correct amount, I did not have to pay customs of almost 25 USD. Therefore, Fashion Nova should pay me my money back or give me a discount of the same amount I paid to customs in the Netherlands. This is their fault for not mentioning the correct amount. Just to be clear, I did not get a refund yet.”

“I wrote a review previously Im not sure how they got a three stars rating from me but if I could give 0 I would.... I hate fashion nova and I have canceled them. I tried to get my money back for an order and they just won't respond to my queries. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH FASHION NOVA!”

“I purchased a gift card for my sisters birthday and they said they couldn’t fill the order. Wtf! It’s a gift card! Never got my money back either. No email response or phone call. Fraudulent company. Do not shop here. Report them to your credit card company so they will lose credit card privileges.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SEND INCORRECT ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN THEIR SALE SECTION (THE ONES THAT THEY CANT GET RID OF ONLINE), THEY WILL SEND TO YOU BY “ACCIDENT” AND IF YOU DONT REPORT THE ITEMS WITHIN 48 HOURS (for ex: if you are out of town and can’t check the mail in time) THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE( even if it was their fault for packing the wrong items in the first place). THEY WONT EVEN CREDIT YOU IN A GIFT CARD FORM OR SEND YOU THE ORIGINAL ITEMS YOU ORDERED. Report them to “Better business bureau”. Fashion Nova is a shady company. I am writing this to warn others from getting their money taken from them.”

“This is possibly the worst company known to man-kind! They forgot to ship me an item that I purchased. They only gave me a store credit back for the item the THEY forgot to ship and told me I needed to reorder it...hence I would have to pay a different sale price AND pay shipping unless I wanted to spend another $75. They only can be contacted via email (which I now understand because they have the worlds worst customer service and their phones would be ringing off the hook). They eventually told me that they would issue a refund for the item back to my card, which I never did receive after countless emails back and forth. It became such a headache that I just cut my losses and decided It was a lesson learned! NEVER shop Fashion Nova. EVER! If I could give them anything lower than 1 star, I would.”

“Horrible customer service. They sent me an incorrect item and when I called to have the correct item shipped, that item was sold out and they only wanted to issue me a refund if I sent the incorrect item back. It’s unfortunate that they would allow a customer to pay for the shipping fee when it was their mistake that they sent me incorrect items that I did not order. Ridiculous.”

“Never received my package Very bad service of shipping to Europe. I have never receive my package, as the shipping company Global Freight System first said me to pay 18 pounds more for the customs, but you just cant pay because their system doesnt work not online, not via bank, so the parcel couldnt be shipped. And the shipping company never ever respond neither on messages, neither on calls. And of course I cant refund my purchase. As said Fashion Nova they dont take responsibilities for shipping company, but the do have a responsibility to choose the right company. Worst service ever. Will never choose this fashion retailer again.”
