“I made 2 orders from the U.K and Fashion nova lied that they shipped and i should contact my courrier Yodel i have been in touch with yodel many times and they have told me fashion nova sent a pre shipment form only but not the actual order. its almost 2 months now like how the hell do you take people's money and lie about shipping their items when you didn't and when asked you keep lying some more? 2 orders really if it was one i would have said mistake but reading the reviews it seems us international customers are being scammed more and are seen as easy targets as we live far. My advice to anyone is STAY AWAY or if you have to shop use Paypal otherwise you will not get your items and they will never refund. Plus the customer service is terrible they just send generic emails with useless codes...WE WANT OUR ORDERS OR REFUNDS @FASHIONNOVA!”

“RIP OFF MERCHANTS !!!! AVOID FASHION NOVA LIKE THE PLAGUE FOR YOUWILL GET SCAMMED!!! I ordered items almost 3 weeks ago. These fools did not have the decency to tell me tbe truth when I asked about my items. Oooh it's still in transit. Someone finally confirmed my items were lost in transit. Came time for the a refund. I got told i would be getting sore credit as they are a credit based company. I call BS!!!! if you are able top take payment via PayPal you should be able to refund the same way Fashion Nova, stop ripping your customers off. I will be pursuing a full refund you best believe it. AS I SAID DONT GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE SCAMMERS!!!!”

“BEWARE EVERYBODY ORDERING FROM EUROPE! They have this new scam you pay shipping (while ordering) plus additional custom duties at your door when the package arrives. I ordered normal shipping but they automatically put express which I couldn’t change nor ask for since it’s more expensive. I had to pay 28 euros of customs duties in cash at my door, in addition to 19 euros for shipping. Almost the same amount my two outfits cost. And the clothes are made in China so beware! It’s cheap/poor quality! Fashionnova are a bunch of scammers, it’s a disgrace! I will never order from this website again.”

“I will never order from fashion nova ever again I bought shoes from them the shoes were too small I was told by a fashion nova representative to return them and i wasnt getting a refund they were going to send me a coupon code and I could pick a bigger size shoe later to my surprise they are making me pay an extra shipping fee on top of the two shipping fees I've already paid I will never order from fashion nova ever again”

“I ordered 3 dresses from fashion Nova and 1 of the dresses was ripped!!!! This is ridiculous!! It’s. A global company! & they are sending damaged items to their customers? Now they will issue credit but of course I don’t want the credit cause I’m not purchasing from this website again! They should refund our money back!!!!!”

“I just want to start by saying I order from Fashion Nova a lot. I like their clothes but I have had some bad experiences. I once received to left boots, I emailed them and they asked me for pics. I sent them pics and never heard back from them. I still have two left boots I can't wear. They cost me 49.99, I believe. I also once received a bodysuit with a huge hole on the side, it cost me a little over 20 bucks. I didn't even bother to email them. I just ordered another and that one came in fine. The other issue I have, I noticed my orders take long to process than what they state on their website. They just sent me an email letting me know that the last order I placed is taking longer to process AGAIN. I usually order from at least twice a month. I think I am just going to stop! ORDER DELAYED Due to delays in our warehouse, we are still putting the finishing touches on your order. We’re as excited for you to receive your order as you are! While we don’t have an estimated ship date for you yet, we will be dispatching your order and sending you a tracking number ASAP. If you’d rather not wait any longer and would like to cancel your order for a refund or gift card, please click here and we will make every effort to cancel your order. Please note that we are unable ro cancel orders that are already in the process of being shipped. Of course, if you want to wait for your order, you don’t need to do anything. “DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FASHION NOVA. THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HONOR THEIR COUPONS. They make it hard for you to reach them so you’ll not be able to complain or rectify any issues. I’ve tried twice and now, well here’s my review.”

“I ordered a pair of jeans and they were sent to the wrong address, Australia post didn’t want to take any blame for this as they were signed for from a person that doesn’t exist so when I emailed fashion nova to tell them I havnt received them it was not signed for by me, they never answered my emails.so I won’t ever buy anything from them again. Happy to take your money but not happy to help solve an issue.”

“First of all, all of the five star reviews are obviously fake and written by review bots. If you are going to pay a company to spam sites with fake reviews, at least don't do it all on the same day with language literally no-one would use. IMO. Anyway- real review here, Fashion Nova sucks. Their clothes are awful, horrible quality, they don't last past two washes, horrible return policy- they don't even look like the pics. Don't bother,”

“Parcel lost by Yodel twice, the shipment company chosen by fashion Nova to ship to the U.K. cannot be contacted by phone without incurring a charge. If your parcel is lost you will have to call Yodel and incur costs above £10 which fashion nova will not refund.”

“Fashionova is the most difficult company to get hold of, I live in the UK, i had ordered a few clothes, i did not like the style and so i have returned it. it has been over a month and i have not heard anything. and when i emailed them to enquire they said they had no receipt of the returned items. They were unhelpful and clearly just want to take your money.”

“I accidentally placed an order as well. I had a 40% off promo code and a $62 credit to use but I hit the wrong button and it charged my debit card $117. I contacted Fashion Nova IMMEDIATELY was advised that they're not able to cancel an order so I contacted my bank to stop payment. I hate this company.”

“I placed an order Saturday after noon, the order was delivered 2 days later. The shipping was amazing. When I opened my package, I noticed the pants were ripped. I took a few photos and went to bed. the very next day, I emailed support with photos and order number only to find out my item was no longer within warranty and they were not able to help me. They pretty much said: sorry but you must purchase another item" Way to treat a loyal customer. There go 30$ to someone else pocket and I have ripped merchandise on my hands. Thanks a lot Fashionova. #CustomerServiceOfTheYearA ward!”

“Horrible quality . Not only that but My package contained DAMAGED ITEMS . The stocking were torn and there was one missing strap on the teddy. They never gave me credit back for torn item however customer service rep told me the code would be sent to my email. Still waiting for the code . Worthless”

“I ordered a pair of pants and didn't recieve an order comfirmation, so I contacted help support . They did not help or show much support i answered the same questions four times just be ignored . Finally i did recieve my package , but i would have been less worried about it if thwy would of told me it was shipped out.”
