Worst company ever. Returned item and they said it was damaged. Ordered a pair of jeans with my partial credit! Big mistake. Got two pairs of the wrong size. No number to call!!!!

Ordered an outfit that I wanted to wear on a trip in the next couple of days. I knew that I entered my size correctly online when ordering but received an extra small. Even went back to check to make sure that I didn't make the mistake, which I didn't. I am an extra large, what exactly am I supposed to do with an extra small!? This is the 3rd time that this has happened with FN. The bag that the outfit was sent it even had xl on it! Tried calling to see if they could overnight the correct size but no answer....highly upset!!!! Even ordered some all white shoes that came dirty.

Worst experience ever I purchased 8 items got only 5 items, sent them an email and still no response 8months later. The items I did receive where very low quality they are all polyester and sizes dont fit i gave them all away. I dont recommend this website at all.

It's sad that companies like this dominate the retail industry. Fashion nova's styles aren unique but their clothing quality is so sub par. I would honestly pay more for their styles if i knew i was getting a quality item. Ive ordered pants that come with the seams torn, sweaters made with paper thin material, and dresses with thread hanging from every crevice. It's a disgrace and environmentally haphazard. Unfortunately all my negative product reviews never get posted. Im positive they send their influences and celebrities a different quality product because i know no one would endorse clothing so bad quality.

I was out of town for a funeral and received the item at my house. When I got home, I noticed that I received the wrong item. I put in a ticket. They will not take the item back or sent me the correct item because I did not report it in 2 days.

This business is solely based on ripping the consumer off! Once you have placed on order with them your money and your items ordered are held hostage. I waited 1 week for my items which were never shipped once I tracked them. I contacted Fashion Nova customer service for them to tell me it was still in the warehouse waiting to be mailed. I asked if we could change the shipment to overnight. No, they can not make any changes, huh? I wanted to cancel the order as I needed to buy the clothes elsewhere for an event. No, they could not do that either. AND they only issue a store credit if they could anyway. There was not even a manager on site to handle any problems. The customer service representative could of cared less. I will not order from here again! Buyer Beware read reviews, I wish I had. There are plenty of bad ones out there about this company.

I made a purchase of shoes for 16 dollars plus 8.99 shipping. They sent me instead some trousers. So I post it back. I paid another £15 for shipping. Guess what, this company offered me gift card for 8 dollars!!!! Seriously? Never ever buy anything from them!!!

Purchase over $80 and was soppose to recive items in 2 day shipping it took fashion nova more then 2 weeks to shipp the items which Is false advertisement on the shipping

Worst customer service experience ever! It's been more than a month since I made my order and I had neither got any clothes nor my money back. I have ordered from many online stores but never had such a bad experience. 10 days after my order has been processed I sent a message to the customer service asking about it's location, the reply was that the delivery time could reach 30 days and I should wait. A week later I sent them another two emails and they finally gave me a tracking number so I could call the delivery company. After a short talk I was told that the package was sent back to the sender, the reason was that my phone number was not provided so they couldn't reach me and FashionNova asked them to return it back. Even though I had provided my phone number and I had even subscribed for tracking messages I also contacted them many times during which time my package had arrived but they didn't even bother checking this out. Another upsetting thing was the communication with the customer support, I had the feeling I was never understood and never felt sympathy. The mistake was theirs and not mine and they didn't even admitted it nor apologised, this is what pisses me off the most.

I give Fashion Nova one star for the quick shipping & low prices. I bought a couple simple items of clothing: a white long sleeve v neck onesie, a black long sleeve shirt, and a pair of mid rise ankle jeans. When I unpacked the clothes I was immediately disappointed. The white onesie top was thin and the stitching was frayed with loose strings poking out of the sleeves and neck of the shirt. The black top was probably the most satisfactory and it still felt incredibly cheap and was rather ill fitting. The jeans were made of a really rough and scratchy denim that has yet to soften after multiple washes, and the rips look cheap and ugly. I have worn the white top once and don't intend to do so again as it was practically see through. the jeans are itchy and not worth the money I spent on them. overall, I am really disappointed. I ordered simple staple items and they couldn't even get those right, so I certainly won't be ordering again. I would rather spend a little extra money and get something that is wearable, than go for a bargain and receive garbage. I would not recommend for anything but single use throwaway clothes that don't need to be worn for extended periods of time. also, it is very difficult to get a gauge on the actual shapes and cuts of clothing when every single model is shaped like Kim Kardashian. There were really only extremely curvaceous models or plus sized models and next to no representation for anyone in-between. If you are of average build, good luck trying to gauge how their clothes will look on you through the pictures they provide.

Worst customer service ever!!!! They are the ones who made the mistakes with my sizes, they a paid $22 to send back my return, because they need the tracking number as proof that you did send it. And almost a month later still nothing! I contacted and sent all the proof I have and yet they tell they don't have it!!! It's not worth it.

I received an order from you guys.The order that you guys sent had three pairs of jeans and the jeans were all 1X. could only fit one pair of the jeans.I confided in fashion nova to send me pants that were 1X like the other 1X pants I have from you guys that fit me fine. Fashion nova, the supplier, sent me,the customer, pants that are not the same size but say the same sizes on the jeans. I was told that you guys have different design jeans,so the sizes may vary after the fact from a representative. I stayed on the phone going back and forth with a representative,that was telling me,the customer, that I basically have to be okay with the situation and there’s nothing that can be done about it. Then on top of that,you guys are going to hopefully reimburse me on a gift card 7-10 business days after you receive my package that took me $18 to send to you guys. I was not in the wrong in the situation and I feel like you guys should be reimbursing my shipping both ways whenever you guys decide to reimburse me. I think what really has me upset is how you guys customer service handled the situation. Your customers are who support your company and if they’re not happy then you didn’t do your job. Also, when I called customer service the lady kept ignoring me complaint and kept making me try to accept what she was saying and she kept repeating herself and rushed me off the phone.

Lost $100 trying to return. The site claims it has an easy return policy yet it doesn’t take back any clothing that ends in .00 .96 .97 .98 and .99 so pretty much every price They said I can return it but I only get half back???!? Not to mention the sizes are crazy I’m a medium/large in Canada yet when I order all smalls they’re still huge on me?

I ordered 4 different items on final sale. None of them fit correctly so I am out of pocket $75. I don't think the quality is that good and I think if something has not been worn and doesn't fit, I should be able to at least exchange it. I will not be ordering again and will discourage my friends from ordering from Fashion Nova.

I've ordered 3 jeans from FashionNova. After 2 weeks, the package arrived. When I got home for the weekend, I opened it and it contained 6 male t-shirts. I've paid 78$ (plus customs duties.) I contacted their customer service and provided a detailed description of the problem. They told me that I should have reported the issue within 2 business days after delivery and because I've waited 4 business days, they couldn't help me. (I wasn't home during the week, so I could open the package only on the weekend.) They are not giving a refund and they will not ship me the jeans that I've paid for. I find it outrageous that FashionNova provides absolutely no compensation, although the mistake happened on their side. Lesson to be learned: OPEN YOUR PACKAGE RIGHT AFTER DELIVERY AND CHECK IT, OTHERWISE FASHIONNOVA CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE.

Worst customer service! High end brands never treat customers like this! Would not place an order unless you 100% know keeping item or are ok with dealing with customer care department with no answers!

VERY disappointing. 1 month after ordering, I get an email saying my items have been delivered but my local post tells me its been sent back as Fashion nova didn't include the full address. I contacted customer care and they told me I provided an incorrect address. That's why it was returned. I checked my original order and my full address was indeed there and CORRECT. So they have the nerve to tell me to order it again but that I'll need to pay for the shipping fee again. Not taking ownership for their mistake and charging me for it?! They tell me someone will reach out once its been returned. A month passes nothing. I reach out for an update and they tell me to fill out an international claims form and that it will take 30 days to process. A month later, I check in again for an update and THEY SEND ME ANOTHER international claims form saying it'll take another 30 days. Their customer care is a JOKE. No one even reads the messages, its all automated. What a horrible experience. I ordered in NOVEMBER. It's March and we're still talking about it. Highly unprofessional and ineffective.

Fashion Nova is a scammer company. They sale stuff they know they don't have in stock and then then when you ask for a refund they tell you they can only give a store credit. How are you going to give a store credit when it was your fault not mind

Would give no stars if I could. Never received my order and when trying to resolve just had emailed ignored. Took over 6 months to resolve, still didn’t get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID
