If I could give zero stars, I would. Please custom read the reviews and don’t waste your time ordering products from fashion nova. First of all, their customer service is very poor. I spoke with one lady from the customer service team. She was an inhumane person, and I regret to speak with her.she didn’t listen to the customer’s questions. Please, fashion nova train your staff. It is embarrassing how they speak with clients. Next, They have poor return services. They don’t want to return your money, rather they force you to get store credit. I would like to conclude that fashion nova is not a good place to spend your hard-earned money.

I ordered pants that were too small. I went on the website to purchase a return label , only to never receive it. I contacted customer support and showed them to charge on my card. They pretty much told me that wasn’t their problem!!! I then had to pay 29.00 for a return on pants that only cost 39.00. The customer service is awful!

I have never ordered from fashion nova before, but I have seen a few people on instagram order so I thought i'd give it a shot. I ordered the simply cozy sweater set in mauve. I am honestly extremely disappointed. I have always been a size small anywhere I shop, and so i ordered a size small and the shorts are HUGE on me.. I would need an XXSMALL to even have them fit. Also, the picture shows almost a light pink colour, this appears to be more of a purple. And lastly, the picture looks as if its a tight almost spoandex or leggings type material, but these are more like sweat pants shorts. A Waste of money. Unfortunately the return process is too much of a pain so this outfit is now my new pajamas that i cant leave the house in,

This site is a scam After reading that reviews I tough will be a great purchase First of all the product Are not as a pictured ., I spend 150 . second I’ll return the item and I get store credit when I clearly pay with my debit card be careful when you buy from here.. 90% of the items u Can’t return cuz is a “SALE”

The clothes are generally good quality but customer service is terrible. I've bought more than 15 outfits for my wife in the past year and have never been able to return a single item or even get help. On a two-piece bathing suit the top was fine but the bottoms were too big. I offered to buy a smaller size just to get the bottoms if they would sell them at the same price I paid earlier but they had doubled the price and wouldn't sell them to me for what I paid earlier. Just got another outfit that just doesn't fit (sometimes their medium and large sizes vary) and they won't allow an exchange to get the right size. WTF? What retailer won't let you try to at least get the right size when you buy something online because they said it was on sale. Everything on the website is on sale!! This is ridiculous. Won't be buying from them any more.

Order stuff for wife. She decided she didnt want and tried to cancel within 10 mins or ordering before even recieving a convermation. they stated you cant cancel an order once ordering but once you recieve it you can send it back for store credit. The got package missing items was told cant return 90% of stuff becuase they wer sale item and not returnable. Thye agrued with me over missing items and refused to replace them. said I had to prove they were missing

Really disappointed in your customer service. I love fashion nova and after ordering over $100 in product and not receiving it although ontrac supposedly did, waiting 4 weeks for my claim to process, I was denied replacement or refund. You are losing a customer

CHEAP, 0 QUALITY, I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. This is a company that deceives their customer in their product pictures. My first experience shopping with this company has been horrible. I spent close to a couple hundred dollars which I'm just finding out that you don't get your money back but a store credit instead. Just terrible in every way. I appreciate clothes that are made from good material that are of half decent quality at the least... this company will definitely disappoint you. Save your time and money.

I placed an order and then I saw the wrong size, I emailed them right away to change the size but they haven't response yet and I got the dress in the mail so now I have paid to returned the 1st dress and the 2nd dress is too small so Fedex and UPS are charging $51 to returned both dresses. there is not phone number to call, I'm not buying again so if you do not your size think twice before you ordered or you will lose your money or pay a lot for returns. Also if you return the items they do not refund you card you will get credit from the Store - scam.

Poor return process. Not only do you have to pay for shipping, they wont give you a refund. And if you paid with quad pay and returned the product they'll still charge your account. They won't tell you if an item is a final sale before purchase, and they wont allow you to return them. Save yourself the money and headache. Shop at rainbow it's the same quality

First order was great sizing right and quality was good. However the second time I ordered the page refreshed and my code for 50% off was gone and the order processed at full price. I emailed fashion nova right away multiple times asking to cancel the order as it wasn’t at the 50% off which it should have been. It took 3 days for them to reply and they said there is no way to refund my order even if it hadn’t shipped yet. They didn’t offer me anything besides a 20% off code for a future order when it was their website error. I was extremely angry with them as I still am. They should have refunded me half or canceled the order.

Customer service sucks. They penalize you for items received damaged if you don't report it within 2 days time. This is the 3 time receiving damaged items. Don't waste your money. It may be cheap but so is the quality of service.

Listen if buying FROM THE UK do not bother , first and foremost baby They said they attempted to deliver , I was waiting all day and heard nothing, the day they said they attempted to deliver. Second of all I had to call all different type of carriers ( which is £3.60 every minute ) to tell me that I had to drive and collect my order with a £15.00 Fee so make sure you do your research on ordering around the world internationally , this is the last time I’m buying from fashion Nova and this was the first purchase.

I would never order from them again. I had a payment plan and they charge me twice. Customer service is the worst. They are the dumbest people ever. I showed these idiots my bank statement showing they have charged me twice and they kept on saying it was my bank! No moron it was not my bank! They over looked everything I said! They should be sued and shut down for business bc they screw people over! I would never ever shop there again. I told a lot of my friends and they know they are the worst ever!!! Don’t wast your time with them! They are unprofessional, stupid morons that are insubordinate the worst customer service ever!

They are the worst! Never order from them. I did a payment plan with them and they charge me twice. The customer service are the most dumbest people I have dealt with. I even showed on my bank statement that they charged me twice. They keep saying that it is my bank. It was my bank dumb ass! They also kept on over looking what I was telling them. I would never order them from again. They should be sued for screwing people over. I hope they run out of business! They are morons, unprofessional, insubordinate, people ever!

My order was delivered on a different continent. After reaching out, I was told to reorder, giving me additional costs and this resulted in most of the things I ordered being sold out. The delivery error was not my fault, however customer care responded with an automated email multiple times rather than actually helping or trying to aid in finding a solution.

Me fue muy mal en esta pajina no me devolvieron mi dinero y terminé con una burla de su agente de atención a el cliente diciéndome pendeja, guy la diversion de sus compñeros. Era una clienta de esta empresa y no estoy conforme. Es una falta de respeto para mi como Clienta.

Era clienta de fashion nova, en mis últimos dos órdenes tuve una mala experiencia. Para resumir ya que es larga la charla en servicio a el cliente puede decir que no me resolvieron nada, en realidad me hablaron siempre de una gif card que no resulta efectiva en la devolución. Y para colmo escucho en el teléfono a una agente de costumers Servis hablar de mi proceso de devolución con otro compañero y se expresa de una manera no apropiada en un lenguaje Hi de subo hacia mi,se refería así esta pendeja no esta poniendo el código .Wuooo me quede muy desanimada en segundo plano no octube ninguna respuesta positiva en general. Creo que ya no haré más compras en fashion nova. No tube una buena experiencia.
