High fashion has never been this accessible. I’m so glad I get to buy trendy outfits from Fashion Nova even though I’m still just a student. It feels great knowing you don’t need a lot of money to look like a celebrity.

FN’s size guides are so effective I wonder why other shops don’t have anything similar. It’s so helpful and it feels so good to get something from a high fashion shop that fits you perfectly.

I ordered 4 different items on final sale. None of them fit correctly so I am out of pocket $75. I don't think the quality is that good and I think if something has not been worn and doesn't fit, I should be able to at least exchange it. I will not be ordering again and will discourage my friends from ordering from Fashion Nova.

I've ordered 3 jeans from FashionNova. After 2 weeks, the package arrived. When I got home for the weekend, I opened it and it contained 6 male t-shirts. I've paid 78$ (plus customs duties.) I contacted their customer service and provided a detailed description of the problem. They told me that I should have reported the issue within 2 business days after delivery and because I've waited 4 business days, they couldn't help me. (I wasn't home during the week, so I could open the package only on the weekend.) They are not giving a refund and they will not ship me the jeans that I've paid for. I find it outrageous that FashionNova provides absolutely no compensation, although the mistake happened on their side. Lesson to be learned: OPEN YOUR PACKAGE RIGHT AFTER DELIVERY AND CHECK IT, OTHERWISE FASHIONNOVA CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE.

Worst customer service! High end brands never treat customers like this! Would not place an order unless you 100% know keeping item or are ok with dealing with customer care department with no answers!

VERY disappointing. 1 month after ordering, I get an email saying my items have been delivered but my local post tells me its been sent back as Fashion nova didn't include the full address. I contacted customer care and they told me I provided an incorrect address. That's why it was returned. I checked my original order and my full address was indeed there and CORRECT. So they have the nerve to tell me to order it again but that I'll need to pay for the shipping fee again. Not taking ownership for their mistake and charging me for it?! They tell me someone will reach out once its been returned. A month passes nothing. I reach out for an update and they tell me to fill out an international claims form and that it will take 30 days to process. A month later, I check in again for an update and THEY SEND ME ANOTHER international claims form saying it'll take another 30 days. Their customer care is a JOKE. No one even reads the messages, its all automated. What a horrible experience. I ordered in NOVEMBER. It's March and we're still talking about it. Highly unprofessional and ineffective.

Fashion Nova is a scammer company. They sale stuff they know they don't have in stock and then then when you ask for a refund they tell you they can only give a store credit. How are you going to give a store credit when it was your fault not mind

I honestly don’t get all the bad reviews. I have been shopping with fashion nova since they started and never had a problem. I mean yeah some of the clothes were to big but that’s the con of ordering online. I’ve always received my packages on time and got my money worth. Great quality clothes. The only thing I’ll say is anything white is kind of see through, but other than that I love them.

Would give no stars if I could. Never received my order and when trying to resolve just had emailed ignored. Took over 6 months to resolve, still didn’t get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I received a bodysuit with a tear in it. I reported it 4 days later and I was told that I needed to reported within two days. I asked for overnight shipping and the package was received a week and a half later.

I used to rave about Fashion Nova to friends and I have referred so many people to the site. I have shopped there for years and recently I noticed items arriving damaged. I always order about 7-10 items per order to have plenty of options. For my birthday I ordered another large shipment and I did not finish trying everything on until a week after. One dress had a hole in it so I sent a request to customer service. They replied NOTHING can be done because their policy is a 2 day notice (how ridiculous is that?? Some of us have lives and don’t get around to opening packages for 2 days). Anyways, I mentioned to them my situation of how I was unaware and that I didn’t finish going through my package until the week was over. They still refused to help in any way. Apparently they do not care about losing a customer (that spends hundreds each month). I guess I need to stick to purchasing from trustworthy stores.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONLY ORDER HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE. The first time I ordered from them, the items came 5 weeks late. I sent them back because I didn't need the items anymore. I sent them 5 separate emails, as it had already been more than 2 weeks past my return being delivered to them and on the FAQ it said to give them 5 days to process and issue a refund in the form of a gift card. They ignored ALL of my emails. They finally answered after I put the subject line as "Somebody freaking answer me!!!" The representative informed me "regrettably, we have no record of a return in our system." But I had checked my tracking on where the package was at and it was already delivered back to them! So they LOST the package I was returning. The representative who helped me out though was super punctual with his emails and all he had asked for was the tracking number and the return form I filled out. I then decided to give them a second because hiccups happen. The second time I ordered, everything was super smooth. Items were shipped within a day and when I returned something, the credit was issued back almost instantaneously. I needed to exchange one of the jeans for a different size. Did the exact same process I had done the last 2 times. This time, they LOST my return package AGAIN. And yet again, they have IGNORED ALL OF MY EMAILS. I have spoken to THREE representatives, DULCE SARMIENTO and ANDREA SORTO (you bet your butts I'm throwing your names out there) who answered once and never responded back and a third who still has yet to respond. They keep asking for a return receipt but I dropped the package a drop-off site which is the exact thing I did the first 2 times. The third defined the return receipt as the document that "shows how much you pay and the tracking number" which is what I have given to all 3 representatives now!! And all Andrea and Dulce have responded with is "email me back when you actually have it." Bro how many different forms of proof do I need to give to you simple-minded idiots that the package was DELIVERED TO FASHION NOVA. Freaking unbelievable.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and RETURN POLICY. First of all, they advertise "Easy Returns" when in fact it's the worst return policy. One, it's NOT FREE RETURNs, unlike other ecommerce sites, don't buy from their site unless you are certain about your purchase. Two, they only do STORE CREDIT, you will not get your money back in your original payment which is appalling. It's worst than Forever21, at least at Forever21, you can return and get your money back! From a personal experience, they will lose your return. I sent in 3 items in the same UPS package and they only refunded me 1 item and claimed that the other items have not been delivered. Completely false, how do you received all 3 items and only refund one item. They continue to claim my return hasn't been received and will not update me in any way.

Extremely horrible customer services, I order 2 pieces and one of them had the right size on the bag and a different size was inside, I reach out to them thru email twice and still haven’t hear anything from them. I’m about to dispute this with my bank, don’t order from them.

HORRIBLE. I ordered my package in hopes of getting it before Valentines Day. I never received my package after days of getting delayed. The package ended up getting sent back to fashionnova, and they never refunded the money to my original form of payment! They would only offer me a gift card but I am never ordering from them again.
