“Fashionnova sent me a 50% off + free 2 days shipping coupon, so I went to look at their website and put many items in my cart, but the coupon didn't work at all when I checked out. It's a fraud, right? Just got me to look at their website.”

“After I purchased my order of almost 200$ they charged my card and did not send a confirmation email, also there is no order history on my FN account. The only proof the order was made is from my bank. Their customer service is awful and is not even responding. DON’T shop at Fashion Nova.”

“Worst sizing, worst service & bad customer care! My bottom pants stitching came after after wearing it for 2 hours at dinner 🙊 Would never buy from this site again! Also took almost 2 months to receive my order!”

“I ordered several items and sent back close to $250 worth and nowhere did it mention when I returned items accordingly that they KEPT my money and put it on a gift card. This is the biggest rip off and the worst customer service you could ever imagine! I gave one star because I had to give something. So upsetting!!!! HIGHLY do NOT recommend.”

“Price too high for cheap low quality clothing. You can see right through the fabric of an active set I ordered. You literally cannot dry any of the clothes without them shrinking or the stitching coming out. Size charts are wrong. I ordered from fashionnova with hope in a better experience every time but i fooled myself. This is my last time ordering from fashion nova. I guess its fine if youre wearing it once and tossing it afterwards, but other than that its NOT worth the wait or the price.”

“I have a holiday coming up in a couple of days or so and i ordered clothes from fashion nova and me i am ocd so i want everything to be perfect also i did the overnight shipping which added more money and i thought it was worth it AND IT DID NOT COME THE NEXT DAY AND EVERY TIME I CHECK MY EMAIL IT SAYS ITS DELAYED WE WILL BRING IT TMR THIS IS VERY IRRITATING AND I WONT HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR FOR MY HOLIDAY AND THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST PLACE EVER TO SHOP THE SHIPPING TAKES SO LONG”

“If I could give them no stars I would. I created a return, decided to try and ship it through my own carrier only to find out it would cost $20 to ship back. I saw that they had an option to purchase a shipping label for $7.99. I emailed customer service numerous times, and they just kept sending me the return policy over and over again. Finally got a response of “sorry for the inconvenience but we can not make changes to returns” even though it states in their policy that you can choose to cancel a return if you want. It’s been back and forth for over a week now, so I’ll have to spend $20 just to get a $60 store credit. Then they offer you a 25% off coupon even though their normal sales are 30-40% off. It’s a scam, your money is lost, that’s it. Especially in difficult times like this, they don’t care about the customer what so ever. Please save your money and do not ship at Fashion Nova.”

“I ordered jeans from fashion nova and they arrived covered in mould. I politely asked for a refund but instead they said they could only offer gift cards to cover the cost of the item, although this will not cover the shipping costs. The customer service is appalling.”

“I ordered over a month ago. I signed up so I can get info on my package. Thinking oh yeah this will take some time but time is what I go. The estimated time kept getting pushed back so I emailed them. They responded with ‘ you sent it back and we will be processing it as a return’ . I did not send this back. So I asked if they could resend it and I’ll pay the delivery fee that was free before ( I ordered a lot) they sent me another email that was the same as the last. Then I asked again and every time I email I get the ‘ you sent it back you get a credit and only can get items that are in stock ‘. Why would I order again if I won’t get the package ?”

“Customer service is Appalling. My item came damaged they said I can get store credit back and it’s a month on and they ignore my emails. But when they do reply they ask the same question do you want store credit? I have told them 5 times I would like the store credit. It’s like they’re laughing at me and playing games. It’s been over a month since I emailed saying it was damaged !!! Fuming the clothes are tacky and once u wash them they fade. Don’t buy it’s cheap for a reason”

“Worst experience ever, save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. Contacted costumer service within one hour of placing an order to tell them I needed to change the shipping address. Their response just said no we can't do that but you can return it once received. I explained again, I didn't want to return it I needed the address changed. How am I supposed to return something if it's shipped to the wrong address? Next three emails to them went ignored and a few days later they ship it to the wrong address anyway. The order had not even been processed when I made the first request so they could have easily changed it but refused to help their paying costumer. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau although it will be a waste of time, they ignore emails from their customers why will they do anything different for the BBB? Terrible company and will never buy from them again.”

“Fashion Nova is a scam. I have ordered 4 pants and I never receive it. I have sent a lot of message as I am in Angola with no success. They don´t answer for my email and just send automatic response to me. Don´t buy anything from them.”
