I ordered a package about 1 week ago. For some reason, it put a super old delivery address on both orders. I simply tried calling FashionNova and they said they cannot re-route the package and to call UPS. I called UPS and spoke with many different people as they hung up on me and claimed they “couldn’t find my package” even though I had tracking numbers. Once they did find it, I was told i need to sign up for UPS My Choice to re-route my package. It wouldn’t let me so I spent 2 hours debating with both parties and they each said to call each other & have them re-routed. And now I can’t even get a refund. SCREW FASHION NOVA!! THEY’RE SCAMMERS!

I ordered a dress to wear for my graduation and I never received my package. When I emailed them, they said there was nothing they could do about the dress. I still haven't got my dress that I order Feb 28th. The clothes on the site is cheap so it definitely wasn't for the money; I just wanted to wear that dress because I liked the style of the dress. Now, I never had an issue with Fashion Nova until now. Good thing my graduation was cancelled because if not I would have relied on them who just took my money. Not sure why they wait until we are under quarantine to do this knowing we can't leave our homes. I will never order from them again and I will pass the message on to anyone who decides it's a good idea to order from that company.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago for the 4-5 delivery and I haven’t had my items till now. Emailed FashionNova but to no avail. No reply or response. I have the tracking number but it’s not tracking anything. They shouldn’t be sending or emails for you to come and shop if they can’t fulfil orders. I am serious regretting shopping from them.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. They cannot deliver a package to The Netherlands without you having to pay €60 extra.... Then when the package finally arrives back at FashionNova, they do NOT refund the money... it has been months and I am still waiting for my money but they won’t give it to me.. They are thieves!!!!!

If you order a large amount, it will disappear in shipping everything and they won't refund you cause that's your problem even though it says the carrier hasn't resived it yet.

Its a SCAM PAM never got my order no one to contact never again don't trust it they pay TV stars to promote the stuff meanwhile its a scam

Fashionova needs to fix up with the delivery! Ordered stuff and it’s been over 3weeks. The order status remain “ready to go”. Emailing them is a waste of time because nobody replies you. We get it’s kinda hard with Covid but why continue to sell and give false information on delivery, if they give a true statement on how long delays would be, then it would be up to customers whether to purchase or not. Also the least they can do is respond and give people follow up information as to the delay.

I’m from the U.K. and ordered from fashion nova on the 1st of April 2020 the item has still not been delivered and it’s been over 27 days I got a tracking number super late but had to pay for shipping which was extra £30!!! Even tho my shipping was free because I spent more than £100 then I checked to see if global freight system was legit after I paid them (big mistake) the reviews are horrible and everyone said it’s a scam so I will contact the bank and get my money back it’s just crazy because it’s my 4th time ordering and I’ve never had this problem but fashion experience wasn’t that great at the begging either since they always are out of stock on items and don’t refund or even send gift cards and forget the fast shipping it isn’t 7 to 10 says it’s more than a month Ik it’s covid 19 rn and it’s crazy but I mean why even keep it open if u can’t ship properly

I tried to return a pair of shoes that were a size 10 but didnt fit me or my sister who is a size 9. I tried to return the item, clicked the wrong button to print the return label through a carrier. When I tried to reverse and go back to print the $7.99 label fee, it wouldnt let me. I called customer service and they tried to tell me that they couldnt reverse it and that I had to get the label from the post office, which would have been double the price. Awful customer service

I placed a order over a week ago they did not send me a tracking number to my email nor did I receive my package but I was billed from my credit card I’m extremely disappointed!!

So during Covid-19 I felt the a great need to shop online and fashion Nova was my 1st thought I am extremely disappointed I placed my order I have no tracking number they took my money but my order has not been filled I understand we are going through extremely difficult circumstances but they shouldn't take our money or our order if they don't plan on filling it or if the warehouses are closed! Give me my money back and call it a cancel deal!

Of all the times I’ve ordered, this may be the 4th time(several different items)they’ve sent the wrong size. I clearly clicked on a large and they sent me a XS! Even had XS on the package as if I actually ordered a Xs. Packages never arrive on time...I’m just done wasting money with this site.......

Ordered a bathing suit and they sent a completely different one and it had a hole. I ordered a shirt and the size was by far off and not only that but they ban what you can and cannot return. I do not recommend shopping here.

I normally don’t do online shopping. My homegirl put me on to Fashion Nova. I ordered from them for Valentine’s Day and received my order within a week with no delays or anything. I was getting updates on my order and all. NOW! I ordered from them on Monday morning. I received a confirmation for my order but my order was never processed! I have emailed and emailed and I am getting either no response or an automated response! From different people at that! There is no information on my package at all other than the amount I paid during this pandemic! And my address in which I am trying to understand why it hasn’t been processed and shipped! So today someone emailed me back saying they can resolve my issue but they need my order number and my address (which they should already have on file!) SO NOW IM FEELING SCAMMED! All of my information matches from my first order but the way they doing business got me feeling real scammed! I asked for a refund and got no response whatsoever! Not to mention I’ve asked 10 times where is my order!! Smh

I placed an order and literally emailed then called within 10 mins of the order being placed and they supervisor put me on hold all to tell me the same thing as what the rep told me that you can either call the carrier and change the address or you can make a duplicate order and then expect them to “cancel” the order. But my question is why can’t you cancel the order in the first place ? Amazon is a way larger company and they let you make as many changes as you need until the product is shipped. This is the worst first experience and I would never recommend them I don’t care how nice the clothes are if your service is bad then it’s not for me.

There shipping is horrible i ordered from them on 4/8/20 and its 4/23/20 they said it was going to be shipped apirl 11th and it never came.

Never ordered from them before. My son has been a size 32 in pants for 3 yrs so I ordered a size 32, got the pants and they were to small and to short. Apparently the pants were on Finale sale and you can’t return or exchange them for next size up. This is crappy. If your clothes run smaller then normal tell your customers that.
