“I ordered over a month ago. I signed up so I can get info on my package. Thinking oh yeah this will take some time but time is what I go. The estimated time kept getting pushed back so I emailed them. They responded with ‘ you sent it back and we will be processing it as a return’ . I did not send this back. So I asked if they could resend it and I’ll pay the delivery fee that was free before ( I ordered a lot) they sent me another email that was the same as the last. Then I asked again and every time I email I get the ‘ you sent it back you get a credit and only can get items that are in stock ‘. Why would I order again if I won’t get the package ?”

“Customer service is Appalling. My item came damaged they said I can get store credit back and it’s a month on and they ignore my emails. But when they do reply they ask the same question do you want store credit? I have told them 5 times I would like the store credit. It’s like they’re laughing at me and playing games. It’s been over a month since I emailed saying it was damaged !!! Fuming the clothes are tacky and once u wash them they fade. Don’t buy it’s cheap for a reason”

“Returned an item and I provide tracking info and it has been a month and they still refused to refund me. That is called stealing. Dont shop here.”

“Worst experience ever, save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. Contacted costumer service within one hour of placing an order to tell them I needed to change the shipping address. Their response just said no we can't do that but you can return it once received. I explained again, I didn't want to return it I needed the address changed. How am I supposed to return something if it's shipped to the wrong address? Next three emails to them went ignored and a few days later they ship it to the wrong address anyway. The order had not even been processed when I made the first request so they could have easily changed it but refused to help their paying costumer. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau although it will be a waste of time, they ignore emails from their customers why will they do anything different for the BBB? Terrible company and will never buy from them again.”

“Absolutely fuming with this company, just one massive scam! Ordered my package over a month ago, worth over £200 - I still haven’t received it! Why am I being demanded an extra £20 for it to be ordered to my door? Never experienced this with ANY other clothes company? ABSOLUTE JOKE”

“Doesn’t even deserve one star, what a joke of a company! Absolutely fuming! I have a package I ordered over a month ago In which I still haven’t received? Checked my emails to notice I’m being demanded an extra £20 to actually have my package delivered to my door. This company should be shut down scamming people like this it’s pathetic.”

“Fashion Nova is a scam. I have ordered 4 pants and I never receive it. I have sent a lot of message as I am in Angola with no success. They don´t answer for my email and just send automatic response to me. Don´t buy anything from them.”

“Ive messaged them multiple times about a missing package an no one will get back to me, $440.84 gone. Ive already contacted my lawyer considering I've emailed them 5 times in the matter of 2 weeks.”

“I purchased a couple clothing items from Fashion Nova almost a month ago and still have no received my package. I got a text saying that my order had been shipped and that it would be here by a certain day. My package never came to my door step. I also asked my neighbour who lives right next to me, if they saw a package delivered and they said no. I’ve been in constant contact with fashion nova about this issue and they keep telling me the same thing. “Your package was delivered”. No it wasn’t. Everyone talks about how great this company is but the reality is, it’s not that great and their customer service sucks. I want my money back. I will never order clothing from your company ever again. I am very disappointed.”

“When checking out they give you the option to pay up front for duties (I live in Canada). Which is what I did as well as paid for standard shipping. In my confirmation email it said all taxes and duties were included. After I got an email that my order had been shipped I noticed that they shipped with an EXPRESS service not the standard shipping I had selected. Upon reading that email I received a phone call stating that DHL express shipping was holding my order until I paid $30.51 in duties and shipping fees... so not only did I pay fashion nova for duties and shipping I am expected to pay it again. It was my first time ordering from that site and I won’t be again... just felt like I should give everyone the heads up that if you are going to order from fashion nova don’t select the option to pay for duties ahead of time. I have sent an email to fashion nova regarding this and have yet to get a response.”

“Very very low quality clothing, for the price you pay. And then when THEY mess up, they make you pay to send it back, for store credit. I'm good on those cheap clothes, thanks though.”

“I placed an order for £200, in November to come for December as I live in the UK. I wasn’t told about paying £60 more for it to be shipped so I asked for a refund they refused! Then told me I had to wait 30days for the delivery to be sent back to them and I would the receive a credit note! I waited and when I received my credit not it was for £173 I asked why and they told me as the exchange rate had changed! I placed another order, to then have there carrier leave my parcel on my door step, I live on a main road there are shops next to my house! My parcel was stolen, I have been back and though with fashionnova for months now to get compensation and they refuse to take responsibility. This is still ongoing for over 3/4months. I refuse to be robed by a multimillion dollar company.”

“Ordered something in early February 2020 received it at the end of March. Overall the fit was perfect but the material appears quite cheap and transparent. For such pricey items the quality appears quite inferior.”

“I never receive my package for over 2 months i been try to get my money back Mr. Douglas Rodriguez keep sending me the same email . I always buy online this was the first and last time with fashion nova. Never again this company steal your money.. there not even 1 star not a professional company worse experience. “If I could I’d leave 0 stars, I ordered a cute tshirt on line back in February I was given a tracking number but apparently my tshirt is still in China. Wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my money. Recently emailed but not optimistic.”

“I am happy but very disappointed at the same time. I received all of my items and I received them on the right day. However, I measured an xs according to their size chart but many of the items were way too small or too big for me. I expected to be able to return all items that did not fit and get my money back, just like any other clothing store, but YOU CAN NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. You also pay a fee if you decide to return any of your items. I had to pay a fee of $16 to return everything I didn't want. If you are a new customer, do not shop here because if it doesn't fit, then you're not getting your money back!”

“They are dishonest! They send orders to the wrong places and do not assume mistakes by penalizing customers as if they are the real culprits for their mistakes. We had to file a complaint with the bank issuing the credit card ... Avoid this company !!!”
