Placed an order on Dec 2nd and still hadn’t received any shipping information. I ended up canceling my order due to it still being processed? First time ordering from Fashion Nova and will be the last.

I ordered white and black high-waist skinny Jeans. I noticed that the size for the white jeans defaulted to 0, I changed it to a 9. Then right before checking out, again it defaulted to 0. My daughter then fixed it for me and proceeded to checkout. When I received the confirmation through the email I saw the order for the white jean's size was changed to 0. I immediately contacted them and was told by an automated response to use the "Easy Return" page. Their Easy Returns page states that if your item ends in $.00, .96, .97, .98 it is not returnable. Can you guess what the white jeans price ends with? $.00. This is bad sales and shady business practices. . I do not recommend them.

I placed an order with a boho free coupon and it went through and shipped to find out it was being shipped back to the company and I wasn’t informed unless I caught looking at the tracking. I called and was upset and they didn’t even help me try to get my items back. First time ordering and never ordering again. Such bad service!

Ordered an outfit for a wedding. Needed a different size. Returned outfit and it has been more than 2 weeks and I still have not received my credit. When speaking to an agent they were absolutely no help, asked for a supervisor , was told they were "busy". This is my first and last time ever giving them a $ of my money. They cost me double what I should have payed.

This company is horrible. They gave me a discount code for signing up for texts. I applied it to the order and the price was $80 something. Once I processed the order with Apple Pay they charged me $180 something. After sending an email and waiting 2 days for a response, I called and the rep just kept repeating that they could not apply the promo or give me my money back. They took $100 of my heard earned money and can only give me a store credit once I return everything. They promised me one price and charged me another. I am so frustrated right now and feel as if they have stolen from me. I will NEVER shop there again.

Customer service sucks. They hung up on me after telling me they’re done helping me and to call back and talk to someone else since I asked to be sent my shipping info. They refused. I’ll never order from here again. When I called back immediately after being hung up on they ignored my calls repeatedly. Idk who’s running this place but it needs to be cancelled

I paid for expedited shipping and was told my order would be delivered on December 6th! My order was not processed until December 6th and now my expected delivery date is December 13th! That is well beyond the expedited shipping time frame even if my order was just processed! I paid extra for shipping for no reason! I would have either done standard shipping or not order at all if I knew I wasn't going to get my package on time. Now I can't get a refund or even a credit!

The extra day they sent me an email saying that my order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is on the 11th of December ,then I received another email saying that my order would be delivered on the 5th of December. The wrote the wrong postal code on my package. The tracking number provided doesn’t show an update to track my order, yesterday I received an email from ups saying that my order was delivered with a tracking number, so I called the ups and informed them that I did not receive any package. They kept telling me to contact the sender to verify the tracking number. Like always fashion nova doesn’t respond to emails. Now I am very upset and I don’t know will I ever receive my package????????????

Don’t fall for the hype. I placed an order a week ago and never even received anything stating why the delay. When I call today I spoke to a rude costumer service agent named Reyna. Who after I asked her why she is speaking to me with attitude and asked for her name she refused to give me a reference number for the call. Every time I place an order the delivery process is an issue. The last order I place a week before my event they sent me someone else’s order by mistake. This time I placed 3 orders and not an email explaining that there will be a delay. Costumer service is terrible there as well. The rep Reyna who refused to give me a reference number for the call or put a supervisor on the phone told me that because my shipping was free I have to wait. Free shipping is your promotion and I may not have paid for that but I spend hundreds shopping on their site. Wether it’s a holiday or not shipping with this company is horrible. I won’t ever be ordering from this site anymore. You can thank your poor costumer service.

I'm only giving 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I paid for express shipping on items over a week ago. 5 days later and there are no shipment updates. The tracking number provided is useless. While it is a valid DHL tracking number according to DHL there is no physical package associated with it. I contacted fashionnova and told them to cancel the order. I was told that they could not cancel the order "even if it had not left their facility". Clearly they missed the part where I said "I PAID FOR EXPRESS 2 DAY SHIPPING". What good is it to me if the items are still in your possession on the day it should have been delivered to me? This is deplorable service and I will be filing a fraudulent claim with my credit card company. This is theft. Plain and simple.

Fashion Nova lies and actually deliberately ripped me off. I placed an order with their CYBER90 code on "Cyber Monday", but when I paid, I was charged full price. I called immediately and was told to replicate my order, and once I did that they would refund the first order. I did this, and then the insane (illegal?) run-around began; lots of ridiculous emails, and finally their admission, they never intended to refund the first purchase. I'm disgusted, and advise other potential buyers beware. This is an unscrupulous, dishonest company.

Do not order from Fashion Nova if you need something by a spiecific date. I have a company party coming up and ordered two dresses last Saturday 11/30. I paid extra for expidited shipping, it said it would be here by 12/06 now it won’t be here until 12/09 way after the party! No way to get in contact with them they don’t respond to emails and now I have figured out they will only give you store credit such a joke! I have ordered from fashionnova before and had no problem but I will no longer buy from them, there are other companies out there with the same or better clothes.

The system has a glitched at the end when you add a coupon. My order almost tripled in price once the system removed the coupon that was still valid. When I contacted support they told me I was not able to cancel the order even if it was just placed a couple of hours ago and that I won’t get a refund to my account. They will give me a fashion nova credit that I do not want! I feel like they robbed me and mislead me to make the purchases. Their support system sucks. And you still have to pay to make the returns for shipping. I do not recommend shopping here.

The customer service sucks. You can’t personally talk to anyone or cancel your order. When you send an email they don’t respond until days later. They’re such a huge company they need to prepare better for holidays. Won’t be getting the items I need in time & it sucks because they only do store credit refunds. Awful customer service & return policy!

Fashion Nova sucks with deliveries. I ordered last Friday and said it would be here Wednesday, which was yesterday. Well it’s just being delivered. They should be sued for false information. Here we are ordering for special occasions and always goes wrong. Done after this time.

I ordered a pair of pants Xl, they were too small so i paid the return shipping and still havent received my refund. I was in a rush so I ordered the next size up XXL and they came with the correct tag but fit like a small/medium. I contacted them and they have given me a false statement about giving me an ecard in that amount for 4 days now. I finally received the ecard that doesnt cover the price of an additional pair. ugh, i need them for a themed party! Just send me the right size!!
