“Placed an order an hour ago using the code cyber90! It said my total was 139. And after I placed the order I checked my email confirmation and it said I was charged $241!!! I called them and asked if they could fix it or just cancel the order because I only agreed to purchase an order for 139 and they said after an order is placed they cannot cancel an order but once shipped I could return it for store credit!?!? How is this even legal??”

“THE WORST!!! Don’t even try and apply a coupon code. My order was suppose to be $42 but instead my card was charged $87!!! Tried calling to cancel my order and they said there was nothing they could do. My order was placed not even 10 minutes before calling! No way they could REFUND or CANCEL my order. it must be so hard to be so okay with scamming customers!! First time shopping here, never shopping here again!! First time and only time!!!”

“Wow Fashion Nova delete the bad reviews from their page. My order is F3468133 from nov 15, 2019, 17 days ago. they took my money and they dont send me the shipment information obviously neither my package. The customer serv rep just offer me a discount on my next purchase and they refuse to refund my money. Dont buy from this web page!!!”

“I never had a problem with Fashion Nova until now I spent $81 and some change. They ship with UPS and I never got my package I order two pair of pants UPS claimed they left the packages at my front door of the apartment it was never there. Fashion Nova says they're not responsible for lost packages. The best way to get your money back instead talking to customer service just contact your bank and file for a dispute. Literally fashion Nova is a joke and the customer service did not respond to my email so I got my bank involved.”

“During cyber Monday I placed an order using the code Cyber90 at first the discount applied and when the money came off my card, they did not honor the discount causing almost $200 to come out of my bank acct. I called to speak with them about applying the discount or refunding me my money ( the order had not yet shipped) they told me they couldn’t. So I asked to speak with a supervisor and for some reason one was never available. Fashion Nova customer support is so horrible, and unprofessional. Last ever shopping with them!”

“Absolutely terrible. Their refund policy is a joke, you wont be getting all your money back you'll be lucky if you get half back. Not to mention it takes almost a month for it to get back to them and you cant have your refund until it is. Getting into contact with them is almost the same as trying to talk to a real life person at boost mobile, it isnt happening. They dont give you your full amount in the checkout on their website, so the total you see at checkout isnt the right one, you have to check your email and then it tells you. They are a RIP OFF. I've only bought from them 3 times but every time I have had issues and problems. Done. Dont waste your time.”

“Worst store ever. They had an issue with the carrier and didnt process my order. They marked it as a return and gave me store credit but did not return my shipping costs until I had been on the phone with someone for 20+ minutes since it was THEIR mistake. Never again! Also their sizes are all over the place. Not true to size.”

“I ordered stuff on the 21st of november and i got a text message on the 28th saying that my package have been delivered, MY PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED, i contacted fashion nova to receive the shittiest customer service ever. I think that it is unfair that people spend so much money on their items, to receive trash ass customer service. They should be sued. period.”

“STAY away from this shopping site!!!!!! WORST policy ever!!! Bought a pair of jean. Didn't try them on when I first received them but when I did the zipper wouldn't stay up. Luckily I wore a long shirt to cover the space opened. For damaged it's a two day return policy with a restock fee which means they take half of the price you originally paid for it. WTF?? So I can return something too small or just don't like within 30 days but if the company send out damaged goods...it's your fault and you only get half of your money back which is ONLY for store credit with them!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor DO NOT SHOP THERE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“So apparently 3 day shipping means 2 WEEK shipping. I bought a dress for my girlfriend for our Christmas party and good thing I plan ahead because customer service has zero idea where the dress is, nor do they offer to send out another or do anything. This was our first experience and it definitely will be out last!”

“They are horrible with returns. I ordered an item then was in my cart for a while then realized that it was the wrong size after I place the order. Called them to get the size changed, even though the order was still processing, they told me they were unable to. They told me to wait for the item to get to me, then pay for the return and send it back to them. I will not recommend them at all. They are just not worth it”

“Sad to say but this will be the last time I do business with an inconsiderate company such as you guys Fashion Nova- tells you your order take up to 2 business days- more like 2 wks- wish I checked the review before ordering again.. “Discount codes don’t work “you must have one or more items in your cart” is the notification I received with 7 items in my cart. I moved things around made sure none of the items were sold out, same notification.huge scam. Nasty Gal has legit sales I recommend them instead.”

“I have had the worst first experience with Fashion Nova!! Everyone always brags about it so I always wanted to try it and it was horrible I went online for black Friday since it was 50% off everything, so here I am excited to treat myself.. my phone like froze so I went to refresh it and when I did that it SENT NY ORDER in and I couldn’t edit it or even review it so I paid full price of everything instead of getting the Black Friday 50% discounts so I quickly emailed the company and apparently they can’t help you out at all!! Which blows my mind, right before Christmas too :( the worst!!”

“I have always shopped from them since 2017, and I’ve never had any problems with my orders. The shopping sometimes takes little longer, but I’ve always got my items in a good condition and right sizes. I love their discounts, and i got 50 percent off on Black Friday deal which was awesome. “I love Fashion Nova!! I appreciate how they rip their customers off by having pretty Instagram girls promote their bottom of the barrel clothing that makes holes after 10 days of wear. It’s admirable that their products contribute to the widespread environmental impact of fast fashion. Their crappy customer service takes the cake. I’m a firm believer that FN produces good and ethical apparel because I’m such a tasteless idiot!”
