“Where do I begin! Never received my order and customer service is a absolute joke, this was my first and LAST time ordering from this company. How is this company even still running with the bs they pull.”

“I paid extra for the rush delivery, they said it was going to be here Friday and after I placed the order it went up to the Tuesday, and now it says Wednesday the day after the party I need the dress for. I’ve been trying to contact them and they won’t help me or return my money so I can buy a new one somewhere else. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!”

“I ordered on Sunday with rush shipping and it’s still not here I don’t even have the info as to when it would get here. I’ve never had an issue before this. I learned my lesson I will NEVER order from fashion nova again.”

“HATE THE CLOTHES hate the dumb return policies, low quality never again will i buy from them. They dont give u the full refund, just a store credit to more shitty clothes so it makes u have no choice but to order from them again”

“I ordered from fashionnova never received my package but yet I got an email that my package was been delivered,this isn't the first time I ordered from them with no problem, after I reached out to them they instructed me to file a claim which I did,after a few days of not hearing back from them I decided to call,after the representative answer and he as what was the problem and I told him ,he flat out told me not to call back that number until they reached out to me,you tell me now I'm spending my money and this person is going to tell me not to call after no one reached out to me,his attitude stinks, its was a Hispanic accent, I'm so irritated and frustrated, is this the way they treat their customers? All I need is my package or my dam money back,I have no interest in fashionnova after this experience,obviously I'm not gonna go to my Christmas party because my package still isn't here,very,very disappointed, if I could give a 0 star for this experience I would.”

“Inaccurate sizing and you cannot get a refund. I paid 8$ for the shipping label to return a dress and i never received it via email. I contacted customer support and they were not helpful. They kept asking the same questions and not answering mine. It was very frustrating and I will never shop online from there.”

“Customer service is horrible. They will not return my emails or even pick up a call. I ordered my merchandise over a week ago and tracking on the package is still unavailable. I regret not reading the reviews before I ordered.”

“They advertised 50-90% off for cyber Monday, even showed the discount when on the check-out page and then charged full price. I emailed immediately to get them to correct it and they refused. I will be refuting this with my bank because this is outrageous. I didn't authorize payment of a double price. This is illegal practice and I urge everyone who has been scammed to let your card company and/or bank know that you did not authorize them to take 2x your money when it clearly said 50% off!!!!”

“Hey! I’m Spanish so we have a custom fee which was 165€ for an order that cost me 295€ delivery included. Im wondering what would it happen if I decide not to get the package and save those 165. I had seen the return policy of items NOT A WHOLE ORDER. I need help;(”

“Never had any issues with my orders. Some clothes are decently priced whilst others are expensive when taking into account the quality. Also please when you say discount from 50% up to 90% off, make it within that range else just put it 50% and stop making false advertisement. Thankyou.”

“Placed an order an hour ago using the code cyber90! It said my total was 139. And after I placed the order I checked my email confirmation and it said I was charged $241!!! I called them and asked if they could fix it or just cancel the order because I only agreed to purchase an order for 139 and they said after an order is placed they cannot cancel an order but once shipped I could return it for store credit!?!? How is this even legal??”

“THE WORST!!! Don’t even try and apply a coupon code. My order was suppose to be $42 but instead my card was charged $87!!! Tried calling to cancel my order and they said there was nothing they could do. My order was placed not even 10 minutes before calling! No way they could REFUND or CANCEL my order. it must be so hard to be so okay with scamming customers!! First time shopping here, never shopping here again!! First time and only time!!!”

“Wow Fashion Nova delete the bad reviews from their page. My order is F3468133 from nov 15, 2019, 17 days ago. they took my money and they dont send me the shipment information obviously neither my package. The customer serv rep just offer me a discount on my next purchase and they refuse to refund my money. Dont buy from this web page!!!”
