“I truly rate them a 3/5!!! Good: Fashion Nova Good prices, you buy what you pay for, good deals, variety of clothing, comfortable clothing and great shipping. Bad: App, Website, Shopping Cart and Search why is it what on the app I cannot view my wishlist but on the website I can? Each time I have something in the shopping cart my items disappear. I had $300+ worth of clothes disappear from my shopping cart! I had to go back and look for the clothes again and I know I didn't add all I wanted the second time! That needs to be fixed. When I look for something specific in the search bar. I see products completely unrelated to what I am looking for! When I sort through the items I searched for it takes a too many pages to get through until I finally see what I was looking for which is frustrating and a waste of time!”

“Fashion Nova has good clothing, prices, sometimes good quality, definitely pay for what you buy and good deals. The issues comes from the website and app. Why does my wishlist on my app not show but on the website it does? Why does my shopping cart items disappear while I'm still shopping for more clothes! I have $300 worth of clothes disappear from my cart and had to figure out what was in my cart again. THE SEARCH HISTORY IS THE WORST!!! It is not accurate at all! Why if I try to sort my search that products unrelated to what I was looking for pop up and it takes too many pages to actually see what I was looking for.”

“I’ve been waiting for my delivery for a month longer than the expected delivery date and it still has not come. I have emailed fashion nova numerous times yet nothing has been done still. Very, very angry.”

“Order items and got them and they did not fit. I followed their procedures to return an item on their portal and they gave me a return label with someone else’s stuff so when I sent my stuff in I never received my credit. Oh and they do not give a refund they only issue a credit for the returned items. I worked with their customer service dept for servers days and she said she sent me my credit via email twice. Never received it, not even in my junk. I asked if they could send it to a different email address and they said they can’t do that. So I called and that was when they told me that the return label was for someone else’s items. So I don’t have the items or the credit that is owed to me. Horrible customer service and they certainly lost me as a customer and I intend on warning all my friends as well.”

“Scam!! my cloth that I order are too small they are not taking my call. And the return I have to pay for also their website are saying gift card for the refund and I have to pay for shipping it back. they are not reliable.”

“SCAM!! We ordered a load of clothes and shoes on black Friday. A lot of the items were missing and not one pair of shoes arrived. We contacted customer service and they didn't even bother to reply. Obviously, we were never refunded for the missing items and we never got them.”

“They sent me dirty damaged shoes,one pair was completely the wrong color. The dress was poorly made, almost transparent, and appears to have been worn. Customer service just sends automated response about how they can't issues a refund. Then I can't even return the dirty inside out dress they sent me.”

“The quality of the products are cheap. Also, they send you the wrong items and expect you to pay $7.99 for shipping to return the items. Very disappointed! Do not do business with Fashionnova. Expect items to last only a couple washes. Do yourself and favor and take your business elsewhere.”

“I have had a few run-ins with Fashion Nova’s customers service. Nothing ever seems to be their fault and they don’t do right by their customers. You must check the quality of everything you order within two days and report any damages or discrepancies within that time frame or you’re SOL. So, hopefully you’re not out of town when your package is delivered like I was... I’ve had damaged product delivered a few times. Secondly, if your $250 package is lost in transit by THEIR carrier, oh well. Better luck next time. They keep your money and tell you to figure it out with the carrier. Definitely lost my business and respect for good. I think “NO” is in their name for a reason, don’t risk your hard earned cash! #FashionNOOOOOva”

“Stealers thats how I can describe this company. I made a payment for 2 dresses and never received a confirmation of orders. Try reaching out to them, but they said they could not see anything. I sent them my bank statement whereby it shows the debit on my account to them but they said they don't see anything. Poor customer service as it seems they are not interested and return my email for a 25% discount on next order. How could a company got money from you and say they don't see anything on their side. I'm still in contact with them hopefully either I get a refund or my items are being posted accordingly.”

“Love to order from Fashion nova and I have being doing it for years. But the return process and costumer service when you call is horrible. And that was my first return ever. They are super rude and I would worry since even the big giants can fall. Btw it Took them 2 months to issue an e-gift even though I returned everything the next day I received my order with all tags attached and printed return slip. I have returned stuff to Europe and never had problems.”

“Not happy with customer service 😔. If I had known that they do not have order cancellations I would have never ordered from them. Sometimes life happens and you have to cxl and order but I guess that doesn’t exist. I accepted my purchase and said I will ship everything back, I will wait but there is no refund 😔, the refund goes to store credit only. I could not believe this. So I guess I have to part ways with this company. I love it but I just can’t deal with that 😩.”

“horrible customer service. you would think an ig brand that is as popular as FN would have good customer service and client relations. they don't care enough to check your items they send you to make sure that it is OK. and don't even think about contacting them after you purchase to adjust, make changes or get refunds. even if its their fault.”

“If you buy something , you have to pay to return it. I paid $8 to return $30 pants and besides that they give it to you in a “store credit” which I don’t want because they are not true to size. Also, items seem of poor quality. I would not recommend you buying. Save your time and money. I ordered twice the same product. All I wanted was to exchange and got charged for exchanging an item that I wanted for a smaller size.”
