Such a scam!!! I received my items almost all of which were terrible quality and fit/looked nothing like the picture. I tried to return almost all and they only gave me a credit for only a few of the items. I’ve been trying the get the rest of my money back but all they Lee doing is emailing me saying they have no information so I need to send them a copy of my packing slip which thankfully I took pictures of and then once I sent that now they are saying they need the tracking info and weight of the shipment??? I paid for the shipping back to them and they received it over a week ago now so not sure what that has to do with my refund? I don’t even think these are real people emailing me back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!

I am a new user to Fashion Nova. Of course I loved it at first, seems like the new cardi B and boxing promotions have caused their prices to Skyrocket! Even with 30 and 40% off the quality of clothes is not worth it. and of course there's always fine print to everything. and when you call to question at it's always your fault. Final sales are not labeled until you receive them. 50% off is not really 50%. No reason any of their clothes should be more than $20 aside from dresses, possibly. Customer service is horrible. You always get a different policy from whoever you speak with. it's like each customer service rep makes their own rules as they go.. Think I'm going to start recording our conversations.

I tried giving them chance after chance but fashionnova is just overrated and overprice. Their clothes are sooo poor quality, like something you would get from wish. I bought a t shirt and i felt like i got scammed because the material was so thin I feel like it would fall apart after 3 washes. The print on the shirt was nothing like the picture on the website. I also bought another skort and they somehow managed to make it uneven. Bad quality.

I bought 12 items from FN and only 1 was true size but very poor quality Returns are ridiculous! You have to pay $7.99 for the return and because they shipped them in two separate orders , I had to pay two separate return orders of $7.99 On top of that they only refund with a gift card that has to be used with FN These clothes are poor quality , Chinese garbage All the reviews have to be fake !

Horrible. I ordered a leather jacket from them - smelled fishy and it wouldn’t go away. I returned the item and for three weeks I haven’t heard a word from them and didn’t get their gift card back (Also that sucks that they give you only a gift card smh). I contacted them by email and even on Facebook - nobody replied. I gotta call them

If I could turn back time and not place my order when I originally did I would click cancel IMMEDIATELY. Not only did I NOT receive my order on time, I also didn't get a refund. I was informed they only do in store credit, but would you really want to shop there after having numerous bad experiences? ABSOLUTELY not! I am so disappointed with their customer service. I had to speak with numerous reps. via email, and then on the line. I requested to speak with a supervisor who did nothing more but tell me I would get a refund today.

The first problem with Fashion Nova is that their sizing is very disproportionate. I had seen reviews on this particular dress (Sparks Between Us) stating that some sections fit perfectly while another section was too tight. I decided to give the benefit of a doubt. I purchased the dress. And of course, I had to suffer the consequences of my REGULAR SIZE IN EVERY OTHER BRAND being too small. Typical. This is why we shouldn’t shop online, kids. Problem number two is that when I emailed customer service, every time I was responded with the generic FAQ and ‘Helpful Tips’ that I had obviously already tried. I had to go back again and again stating that I had already taken these steps and was unsuccessful. And every time I was greeted with an insensitive email that was not thought out and clearly showed that no one had actually pulled apart my concerns and responded appropriately. And the most concerning issue is that they have actually disabled bad reviews from their website and social media sites. Very dishonest of any company to do

They have the WORST 2 day shipping. I paid for dhl express shipping and they delivered my items after 7 days !!! I emailed they to complain but they were not helpful at all. Incase you want to purchase anything international I would recommend u don’t pay for the 2 day shipping bcoz it will take the same amount of time as standard delivery . Very disappointed!

i ordered a size 1x in jeans, a size that i have a few pairs in that fits great. these came and the tag was 1x but the jean was several inches smaller at the waist, hips and thighs. i reached out to their customer service team and they gave me a $14 store credit which didn’t at all address or solve the issue of the misleading and incorrect sizing. now i have a pair of jeans i can’t wear. i won’t be shopping there again.

Their overnight shipping sucks, multiple times i have paid for overnight shipping and did not receive it. I work for a nightclub so we use fashion nova frequently for uniforms. all of us ordered an outfit and paid overnight shipping for work the next day, everyone received their outfits but me, mine wasnt shipped that day but i ordered before the other girls but they all got theirs and one of them was my sister who had hers shipped to the same address but she got hers but i didnt so we had to go run around the mall to find something else to wear and now have an outfit that was theme specific for that night that we cant wear. I contacted them about a refund atleast for shipping since that is what i paid for and the refused now this weekend i was surprised with a birthday trip so i ordered outfits and bathing suits at 8 am est meaning 5 am their time, paid overnight shipping and it still was not shipped that day, i emailed them later that day asking for the status as i have not received an tracking # yet, instead of actually checking my order and letting me know that i wont received it on time so i can make other arraignments they responded with a generic email saying its still processing then the next morning i got an email saying its delayed, now again im in a f***ed up situation, dont have outfits that i need and have to find alternatives, for my 30th birthday trip. its understandable mistakes but when you make a mistake and just say sorry and dont offer to fix it then do it again is ridiculous and based off other peoples reviews i see im not the only one. SO YOU ARE BASICALLY FALSE ADVERTISING AND CHARGING FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN NOT DELIVER ON . i alone spent thousands here, not including my coworkers that order here but after this I AM DONE and we'll order or uniforms elsewhere

I must say that I am NOT a new client of Fashion Nova. I usually buy every 2 to 3 months and for more than 1 year. In my last request of October 11 in the morning and I am clear that the order leaves from 1 to 2 business days and do not count the weekends. However, on day 5, they have not sent a trace and also requested. I am writing to the Customer Service and they are not honest and they are not complying with their notice which they sent to my mail where they say that the order would come out in the next 2 days and that I would receive it on Thursday 17 and today I HAVE NOT BEEN SENT TRACKING NUMBER . Unfortunately, a client UNSATISFIED EVEN IF I KNOW THE COMPANY DOESN'T CARE FOR A LESS CLIENT.FROM MY PART, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Fashion Nova is one of the store that young people, predominantly college student teens and mostly young adults shop daily but fashion Nova make so difficult for these Young generation to even return or exchange an item of clothing, it's almost a bully sort of tactic you have to pay to return them after you pay to return you are only given store credit and there's a possibility that you can't use that store credit on line, then after you pay to return, it takes weeks month to even get an update from them and no telephone number to contact customer service to find out about your order, you have to leave an email then check your email daily to see if they even respond, it is crazy and definitely not fair to the college student who have to squeeze every penny so why bother in this age of Amazon and other online store? Don't let popularity decieve the masses fashion Nova is not a reasonable store in this age of internet, they need to be more flexible and reliable to these Young adults who are their strongest supporters so why run that very scary risks with your hard earned money? Do better for conscience sake fashion Nova at least make it easier to return or exchange and for crying out loud employ get customer agent and provide a telephone number.

I love fashionnova! I was originally skeptical because of the reviews but I’ve had 0 issues! Everything always looks like what I’m buying and it arrives quickly! I live in Alaska and I order from several places but fashionnova is the quickest! I love them

My experience with fashion nova has been a nightmare. Their customer service is literally TRASH. I have spent thousands of dollars on them and when something goes wrong they dont have the decency to help you get it right. I will never in my life shop there again. There clothes get worse and worse for some reason they smell horrible now , and when I sent back 600$ order because nothing fit me, it took over a month to only recieve back 170$ dollars partial credit because I DONT KNOW that's what I was told. I cant believe how trash their customer service is. SHAME ON THEM.

Purchase a bunch of stuff online paid for overnight and Saturday delivery because of an event. My stuff didnt come until 6 days later. I contacted customer and spoke to multiple staff members showing them proof of shipping and proof of when I recieved it. I also contacted ups who confirmed that fashion nova did not include Saturday delievery. Over a number of emails all of this evidence was proven to fashion nova showing them there error. To top it off my order also included incorrect sizes where I had to pay to have it exchanged. All i asked was for a refund of my shipping which was 20$. They not only fought with me over and over dispite the proof I gave them they refused to pay for shipping for my exchange and refused to refund my 20$ shipping I didnt recieve. After years where I have purchased thousands of dollars of stuff from them all I wanted was to be treated fairly. I am so disappointed at how keeping that 20$ shipping was more important than keeping a customer who has wasted so much money on there company. I will NEVER shop with fashion nova again.

I’ve spent hundreds on fashion nova with multiple orders so I know the quality of their stuff well. I really tried to like them that’s why I’ve ordered many times. Most of their stuff is made cheap and recently I bought a pair of $45 boots, the heel broke off after wearing them once they were stapled to the shoe so cheaply made. I emailed them thinking they would graciously issue me a refund but I was told if you wear the shoe you cannot receive a refund. I won’t shop there again and no longer recommend them to anyone.

The clothes are beautiful and they fit well. I received many compliments on the dress I had purchased, but take note of two things: 1 - when ordering shoes, I suggest ordering a size up 2 - should you want to return items, be careful of possible extra fees I ordered shoes in my usual size which turned out to be too small. Fashion Nova stated that I could return the shoes for a store credit and then I could order a new pair, but in such case, I would be charged an additional 50% restocking fee and should the item be returned in resalable condition. In my opinion, the same applies to the seller. If a seller expects an item to be in a salable condition, then the customer should also be entitled to an item that is in usable condition. When a customer purchases a service or an item, they do so in good faith - good faith that the service or item is in a reasonable condition, which it was not: I ordered the correct size and was provided a faulty item. I should not be penalized for wanting to return a faulty item.
