“It's a scam. They fix sizes. I believe that they slap a size on any garment they have if they dont have your size, so they can move their products. It's a nightmare. They need to be sued. I will never buy here again. Scam,scam,scam. I hope their company bites the dust”

“I'm usually skeptical about buying clothes online because you never know how they're going to fit once you get them and then if they don't fit you have to send them back, but with Fashion Nova I was pleasantly surprised. Their clothes fit perfectly and are good quality for the price. I'm in love with their sweaters. I will definitely be a returning customer.”

“Hit or miss mostly miss and then you have to pay to send your item back then they credit you but you lost money sending it back . Crazy not worth it ! I’ve given clothes away kept trying stupidity I guess . Not a great online store !! You will lose money items are cheaply made”

“La ropa es de buena calidad, me gusta y generalmente la talla es correcta, pero definitivamente no comprarè mas porque no estoy de acuerdo que tenga que pagar por regresar lo que no me queda, al final casi terminas pagando por la ropa el doble del precio.... He estado combrando en shein y Lulus y ellos no tienen cuota por devolver las cosas.”

“I recently placed an order that has a delivered status through UPS but I never received the package. I believe the package has been stolen. Upon contacting Fashion Nova I learned that within their policy is a clause that if the package has been "delivered" they will not refund or resent the missing items. They refuse responsibility, however, they do not provide their customers with any assurances. They do not require signature for the packages they deliver and therefore UPS can leave your packages anywhere which risks the package being stolen, especially if you live in a building like I do. They do not provide their customers with any way of recovering the merchandise or receiving a refund even though they do not do everything in their power to ensure you get your package safely. Very bad business practices and I will not be ordering from this company again.”

“Very unsatisfied with the company, I placed an order for over night shipping with extra fee, my package was not distributed to shipping company therefore did not receive my package. I find ridiculous how I was assured I would receive my package through an email confirmation the day of delivery and when I contacted the company all I received was an apology. Will never place an order again!”

“From the looks of it, it seems we can SUE them. I’m thinking of starting a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. If you’re interested please leave your emails in your comments so I can contact you. So basically I ordered some clothes and some didn’t fit so I sent them back for a store credit close to $180. Well they say they never received them so I can’t get a store credit and now I don’t have the clothes either. So basically I have them money for nothing. They are a joke. They are scamming people and don’t even care.”

“So I bought some jeans from fashion Nova. 3 pairs to be exact. One did not fit so I literally returned them two days later . I had to pay for shipping on their site ($7.99) and Also I had to pay $13.00 and packaging it ended up being $17. Now I’ve had to pay $25 for pants I’m trying to return. It takes about a week for them to receive it. They took $11.00 off what they owed me. When I bought the pants they were $34.99. They were not on sale at all. Now I have $25 they gave me on a gift card. So if your buying ANYTHING from them I suggest making sure it will fit (measuring your self) before buying anything from them! I won’t be buying anything else. I’m literally paying all over again pretty much.”

“Very bad quality, very cheap. I would not recommend to buy it. Also you cannot return it - you have to pay for return and you will never get money back you will just credit to spend on their website for their cheap clothes”

“Order clothing on 9/19/19, never received the order, contacted via email on 10/20/19 and no response. That's when I realized that the only email I ever got was the one from PayPal the day of the purchase saying that FNova took my money. I never got an email from Fashion Nova confirming my order, or any shipping updates. Had to open up a case with PayPal. Once PayPal contacted fashion Nova, amazingly I got a response to my initial email. They asked me dumb questions, like what's the email address associated with the order, what's the name on the order, what's the order number. I said my name and my email address is all right here, read the email! There is no order number because you never sent one, all you did was take my money. Then another rep got involved and was asking me the same stupid questions, ag as in going in circles. Per PayPal if you don't escalated to a claim within 20 days you can't do anything about it. My 20th day was a Sunday and also my birthday, but of course that's the day FN responded to my email. Checked my email Monday morning i got to read this: "We are unable to find any information on the order, since we weren't able to find this please file a dispute with your bank." I'm sure that when they got contacted by a PayPal they knew exactly when the 20 day window would end. And they think that I'm not going to go through the hassle of what I had to do next. Called PayPal and they said they can't reopen the case, so now I have to file a chargeback with my credit card company, and they want to know the details of what was ordered, I said I don't know because there was never an order confirmation, I have everything in writing about people taking my money and no other emails about the order. So how easy is it to find order details on something that we ordered two months ago? I would save the hassle and AVOID this Merchant at all costs, they'll take your money and then deny that you ordered anything, simple as that.”

“I’ve been shopping with fashion nova for awhile... I spent about 2k on their clothes last year and the returns are really annoying and expensive but I usually put that aside. What I cannot get over is this last order I placed I purchased a pair of windbreaker material joggers. Funny that the first time I wore them 1 week after purchasing they busted wide open at the crotch and thigh right at the seem. Now these pants were not tight they are baggy joggers. On top that I was walking around the city all day with my red underwear hanging out and I didn’t even notice a whole the size of my fist until my friend saw it! So embracing! The quality of their clothes has certainly gone down hill and I was not happy and I wrote a review about the pants which seems to have disappeared! Has anyone noticed they only leave the 5 and 4 star reviews up on their site! How misleading and unfair! Especially when all of their clothes fit different people rely on honest reviews it’s a shame! On top of that I contact customer service with pictures explaining that I did nothing and the pants ripped with in an hour of wearing them and they are saying they are liable to replace them and won’t do anything about it! Just sad and disappointing they for sure lost me as a customer!”
