Worst experience at Fashion Nova, i spend over $1200 last week, and didn’t received no package. It stated that the package was delivered on 11/27/2019 which is not true I was at home and not was delivered, I will definitely file a claim!

I will never buy again. It’s just waist of money. I have ordered on fashion nova website some items, including jacket. Jacket was branded with no-known name (not as fashionnova) and size M was like standard L size, so it wasn’t my mistake to cancel this order. But they wanted I pay for return 7.99usd. Why I should pay for return if they sell absolutely no-know branded clothes and fake sizes? And I cannot get money back, I can get it just by their gift certificate which I should spend in their shop. Also if you make accidentally order or if you want to change size or item in your order - it isn’t possible , it will be with return policy and all this long story. I will never buy again anything there and I wouldn’t recommend to buy.

They are thieves and need to be sued!!! I bought a $100 gift card for my daughter for christmas and immediatey after they sent me an email saying they could not send it to me and the money would be applied to my account. Yet when I went to sign in to my account it said “no account under this email exists” WTF!! I’m calling the police! Do NOT buy anything from them they are thieves and it needs to be reported! I recommend every one of you call the police.

FASHION NOVA IS A SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Same story as everyone else. The 50 percent off Black Friday deal did not tabulate on my check out. I would not have purchased said articles of clothing without the discount. Contacted immediately after and customer service told me I could not get discount anymore (even though they had extended the Black Friday deal through today as well...the discount is a scam since they don’t apply it to your card). I then requested cancellation of order since not shipped yet. I CAN NOT CANCEL MY UNSHIPPED ORDER! Ridiculous. Then, when I refuse order and send back, I will only get STORE CREDIT for something that SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIFTY PERCENT OFF BUT WASN'T!!! I WANT MY CASH OR THE DISCOUNT THAT WAS ADVERTISED! I don’t want store credit because I don’t want to deal with this company again.

They have horrible customer service. Any time I've had an issue, they never do anything about it. Be extremely careful before you press submit bc you can't cancel, change, or modify any orders. They REALLY need to change their policy to were orders can be modified or changed at minimum within 24 hours.

First time ordering and entered the FN50 code for 50%off entire order and still got charged full price and all customer service say is they cant modify,edit or cancel order. Then called customer service again and know they saying I did t put the code in to receive a discount. Tread lightly on ordering from this company. I filed a fraud dispute with my bank because this is ridiculous and they are scamming on people.

Ordered foe there black friday sale and I the 50% additional was applied and when I checked my credit card I got charged like it wasn’t applied .. never again am I buying their.

I ordered some items for the Black Friday sale and I was told to apply the coupon code FN50 to receive 50% off my order. I applied the code and was still charged the full price for the items. So since there is no live operator I emailed them and asked if they could go in and adjust the price to half off. So they wrote me back and stated that once an order is placed they can't go in and adjust it, it has to be delivered to you, then you return it for store credit. Well that sucks because after hearing this I don't wanna order anything else from them. This has got to be the worst return policy that I've ever seen.. I want my money back, not store credit..

Ordered the Black Friday sale and discount didn’t come off customer service wasn’t helpful at all.... it’s a shame because I really like their clothes however I wish customer service was more helpful and nicer..

First time ordering. Submitted the code that is listed all over the website for 50% off. I saw my order price reduce by 50%. But then when my order processed, it charged my credit card the whole amount, without the discount. If I thought they were going to double my charges I would not have picked so many outfits. Other companies give you time after an order to update the billing, this company somehow does not. Seems like a scam. First time customer, not going to deal with this company again in the future.

Second time I’ve ordered from overseas and tried to activate the e-gift card which was a store credit because I had to send one of my last purchase back , ended up costing me more than the store credit I got to send back . On my second purchase the e-gift card would not activate at checkout when I contacted them through email kept getting the same blurb from six different customer service personnel all saying same thing use different device clear cache it will show at the end of order explained done all this but never comes off the end price straight away the e-gift card comes up invalid . They have made it very clear they will not reimburse my credit card another $300 down the drain. Worst customer service wont order again don’t think I’ll ever order from an company in America this is the second one I’m having trouble getting my money back from . Safer to shop in your own country as your protected by consumer affairs. Fashion Nova are rip offs with the worst customer service which is obvious as they have so many different people to answer the complaints must be getting plenty of disgruntled customers

I've ordered from fashion Nova before and I'm never had issues. But I ordered for their black Friday sale and it was the worst experience I've ever had I'm completely DONE ordering from them ever again. They charged me for customs on their website, then omitted that information to the carrier delivering the package and then insisted on me paying twice for customs. They refused to contact the carrier and let them know that I have paid instead took the money in their pockets. They don't offer you ANY FORM OF REFUND only store credit. so I ended up paying $400 for clothes that I didn't even get to where because I wasn't paying an extra $99 of customs. So now I'm out $400 with no clothes, and a gift card that I'm probably not going to use because I'm so f****** tired of dealing with them and calling them over the same issue. I'm never ordering here again. This was such a waste of my time.

The discounts are lies, all the "buy 1 get one free" NO. You pay for both 😆 the 30% off and the "discounts" they always do, i ALWAYS pay full price lmao. The clothes arent awful (3stars) but the discounts are a joke.

Please I advise you to shop from that website with CAUTION, no customer service should their system glitch . You as the customer will suffer big time , you will Lose your money

They failed to deliver my package to Europe and now they will not give me back my money, even though the package was returned to them and they confirmed that it was returned. I cannot place a new order because Fashion Nova cannot deliver to Europe without extra costs for the customer (about $50,00). I just want my MONEY BACK $160,00. I ordered this package in june, and have been emailing about the fact that I never got the parcel. Now 5 months later they gave me a gift card, but I don’t want this...
