“I ordered 200$ worth of stuff and it’s been 5 days still not tracking number. This is ridiculous I’ve ordered from them before never such horrible customer service as now. I’ve been emailing them for 3 days and no response. They are unprofessional and scammers.”

“The fact that they even have an option for EXPRESS check out is beyond me. I ordered my items on Monday. I expected them to here on Friday and they still haven’t shipped out my items. They are garbage.”

“This is the worst experience I have ever encountered!! Ordered a pair of shorts was optional as to how the shipping was to be done and of course paid extra for the shipping to come sooner as for we needed them for pictures and now they tell me they cannot get them to us for at least two weeks but they will gladly refund my money never in my life have I experienced such a thing do not order from them and expect your order to be on time they constantly kept coming on the phone and saying oh sorry it’s taking so long can you please hold that’s all they know how to tell me can you please hold”

“I actually like one item i ordered but the others had issues. I could not walk in the first dress I ordered because of the design but the second dress was ok. The third dress had a defect which I had to fix myself and I had to pay an extra charge for my package to be left at another location. I am not please with this because I was not told of this extra charge. So now I am stuck with a couple items from this company that I cannot wear and it makes no sense to return them due to the shipping cost I would have to pay again.”

“I placed an order since September 11th selected express shipping 2-3 business days. On Tuesday sent an email and the support responses and said that it’s still processing and when they ship it it will send an email to me. Mind you processing days is 2 days according to their site(tomorrow will make it a week) AND when the support responded back to me she said they would email me to some email address that isn’t even mine. So I still don’t know what is going on with my order.”

“Missing a $200 package. I was excited to get the email saying it had been delivered but it was no where to be found. The company recommended checking with neighbors, friends or porch and still no where to be found. Sent an email about not seeing the order anywhere and no response. It’s past the 3-4 wait that is also recommended without a response which is super convenient considering you have to file a dispute within 10 days. If I could give a half star I would, such a bummer.”

“This is the first time I had an issue with my package being missed. I don’t know if my package was ever delivered, it say it did but still haven’t received it. Don’t know if my neighbor took it or the delivery person drop it wrong apt door. No follow up who was the person to drop my package or who was responsible. Fashion Nova just decided to void my claim with no evidence or prove that it was delivered by who, where package was left and last person to handle my package. Very disappointed about the system and technology fashion Nova provide for ONLINE shopper.”

“Well I purchase an order and it was literally almost $300 and I accidentally picked the wrong shipment called customer service to have it shipped right away was willing to pay an extra fee and was denied of it and was told that they Couldn’t change the shipment is what I was told because it’s already been processed poor customer service horrible staff and I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them”

“I have ordered from fashion nova last year and years before . But it has been around a year they became really bad . Customer service is terrible they will never answer you just wasting time . Also if you are in UK do not order you have to pay for delivery from US to UK plus UK to your house ! And it’s £18 ... not worth it Waste of money . The worst is fashion nova don’t communicate .only automatic emails.”

“I ordered 4 shirts and 2 pairs of jeans from FashionNova. They came, but the sizes were WAY off and my shirts looked like dresses. I then return my shirts and order them again but in different sizes, but they havent been delivered yet. (and I ordered them like a week ago)...”

“I’m so angry I ordered my package 14 days ago. The tracking is a joke. It was supposed to be here on day6 & day 9, then it hasn’t moved I’ve called I’ve email multiple times you cannot get through to nobody on the phone,finally got through for me to be on hold for 25 minutes for an operator to answer and say oh no one can answer the phone & disconnect me. I reached out to the company that supposed to be shipping from they don’t know what’s going on either. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! it’s a joke. Celebrities make it look good, it’s so much endorsing of celebrities that make it look good for other people but nobody gets there stuff. WASTE SOO ANGRY. How could they make so much money and have such a crappy system?”

“let’s start by saying if i could give you 0stars i would but they make you put a star.🙄 this is by far the worst online store ever. they took a week to give me a tracking number and when they did it was the wrong tracking number and the wrong delivery service . like damn you had one job and you can’t do that right. i will never order from them again. period!”

“I paid for express shipping and I still have not received my order. On their website is said that I was going to get it by Wednesday, September 9th and still not even an email telling me the order was process. I called several times and their customer service was the worst. I get an email telling me the order is late but will still arrive as the promise date. I still don’t know the promise date. Worst customer service, shopping policies and overall worst shopping company.”

“Tracker says delivered but I have yet to receive my orders. It’s been more than 2 weeks they also love to not reply to your concerns. Stay away from this scamming company. They’ve already been sued by the FTC this year for misleading advertising shipping and not giving refunds other than in store gift cards.”
