“Fashion nova your service is pathetic...i have ordered ladies overall which has never reached me yet i have paid..the most annoying thing about you guys is that you not responding to our emails...i have paid can you deliver...it is so very annoying and frustrating If you cant deliver bring back my money”

“I ordered some swim suits that didn’t fit me. I returned them and they won’t give me my money back, only an in store credit which I don’t care about because I did not like their clothes. Terrible experience !! Do not buy anything here !”

“I place an order at Fashionnova on 08-11-2020. I suppose to get it on August 17. I haven’t received my package nor any update on the status. I contacted customer service twice which I didn’t get any response. I should have read the reviews before I place my order. Such a terrible experience and I will never shop with them again.”

“Terrible customer service. Atrocious. Argumentative and refusing to give my money back even after reporting them to better businesses bureau. For months I been getting stupid automated messages whenever I try to reach out to them. None of them knows what's going on. I paid for items I never received. Their clothing quality is absolutely terrible and cheap. I will never do business with them again. Do not support this scamming company”

“I'm not happy. I placed order of items ranging from $19.99 -$44.99. I was given a 40% off coupon code in which I was so happy I used. 2 items seemed defective and 2 didn't fit well and I want to keep the rest. Well I cant return because of the price they ended up costing after the discount. Thats ridiculous. The coupon should come off of the total and I've emailed FN 2x and they won't even respond. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....BB BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”

“After seeing that Fashion Nova no longer ships to the Caribbean, I will no longer be shopping with them. It makes no sense ordering clothes, send them to my mom in the US whereas she has to pay to send them to the Caribbean. Then I have to pay at my local post office to receive them. Also, Fashion Nova is fastly becoming porn site and I'm not interested in their clothes anymore.”
