“I'm not happy. I placed order of items ranging from $19.99 -$44.99. I was given a 40% off coupon code in which I was so happy I used. 2 items seemed defective and 2 didn't fit well and I want to keep the rest. Well I cant return because of the price they ended up costing after the discount. Thats ridiculous. The coupon should come off of the total and I've emailed FN 2x and they won't even respond. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....BB BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”

“After seeing that Fashion Nova no longer ships to the Caribbean, I will no longer be shopping with them. It makes no sense ordering clothes, send them to my mom in the US whereas she has to pay to send them to the Caribbean. Then I have to pay at my local post office to receive them. Also, Fashion Nova is fastly becoming porn site and I'm not interested in their clothes anymore.”

“I am leaving a review because I had a TERRIBLE experience shopping on Fashion Nova. This would be my first time shopping with them and let me just say I am very disappointed, to say the least. For the last 2 days, I was selecting items that I'd like to buy because there was a BIG sale and I was doing a clothing haul so this means I took 2 days out of MY TIME to look for clothes that I really wanted. Let me just tell you that I wasn't even able to make a purchase! I tried using the app and it was glitching/freezing! Then, I tried using the website and it was doing the same thing. I tried very hard to make the purchase and even called customer service to help with troubleshooting but this wasn't helpful. The lady gave me a bunch of tips and was nice enough to give me a 25% discount but I don't know if it's worth it if I can't even use it. :/ I'm very frustrated because I really wanted the items. I'm a plus size girl and it's hard to find clothes my size especially clothes that are "cheap". I would've gotten these clothes on sale but we all know that didn't happen. :( To anybody struggling to make a purchase using their shitty app/website, just know you aren't alone. This is very shocking coming from a well-renowned brand like Fashion Nova. I honestly think this is ridiculous...I guess they won't be getting my money.”

“I wouldn’t recommend this site to everyone after I order from them several times just to use my credit. The first time I ordered 6 items and only one was worth keeping for the price, the rest of the items were the poorest quality you could find and smell extremely like mold. I returned it BUT they DON’T want to return your money, they “only give you a gift card”. The second time I ordered just to expend the $204 they kept. I ordered 5 items ended up keeping 2 items. Again I ordered 4 items for the last time I thought, I just pay the shipping through Amazon-pay as I didn’t want to give them my credit card again. And, Do you know what they did? They charged the whole amount to Amazon. I immediately call them and after waiting for around 45 minutes I spoke to a guy who said: “Sorry to hear that but we can’t reverse it, but if I order the same items it will show as a double order then we will cancel an order and we will refund it to Amazon.” IT NEVER HAPPENED! They are beyond dishonest!!! I still have credit but they reduced $17 from it and of course when I called they hung up after 40minutes. I ordered one more time just to finish those $50 and they send me to pair of bikinis that are NOT AS IT WAS DESCRIBED. Absolutely thrash and I got a receipt saying “FINAL SALE.” Ya think? Obviously, they are very aware of what’s going on. Therefore I can’t return it. There are more reasons you should consider before purchasing from Fashion Nova: 1- While Fashion Nova does not work with factories directly BUT, its clothes have been made in sweatshops that paid sewers as little as $2.77 an hour and owed workers $3.8 million in back wages, the paper reported, citing federal documents and other sources. 2- They removed their negative reviews from their website. 3- They filter their bad ratings from the web. 4- Fashion Nova declined to comment about their company was based in China BUT the retailer recently said that it works with about 1,000 vendors, mostly in Los Angeles and China, who together manufacture enough products for it to release 600 to 900 new items per week. Where do you think they will get away paying $2.77/hour? Not here in LA. Do not support a company that is dishonest, violates human rights, and takes advantage of the ones that have no voice. If you have doubts just Google them is all there.”

“My packaged was supposed to Arrive August 10th and I hasn’t arrived yet . I emailed them 5-6 times asking them questions and trying to see what’s going on . I ordered my clothes 2 weeks before hand because I knew I needed it way before my birthday . Tomorrow is my birthday and now I have nothing to wear”

“After shopping filling up my cart to over $200 ready to check out, Fashion Nova tells me they have no shipping methods for me..not even standard. I’m tired of being disappointed by them and I’m over supporting them! Sometimes I’ll pay for express shipping and place my order in the right time frame, but my package won’t come overnight and I DONT get a refund !”

“I ordered $200 worth of clothes and boots. So the day i recieved my package i got everything but my boots which were worth $50. I emailed them 4 times and still havent recieved my boots or refund/store credit. i wanna cry so bad!!!”

“My order was refunded without me initiating it, placed another order using the gift card + more of my own money because the Discount Code was no longer valid. It has been 3 weeks even after using the AU$24 Express Shipping and Customer Service either doesn’t answer or sends me the automated reply. AU$650 GONE.”

“Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! You Will be waiting on hold for at least 15+ minutes to speak with someone you’ll be lucky if they don’t hang up on you. Also if you speak with a supervisor expect to wait another 15 minutes. Will send you your order but the bag will be ripped items will be missing and it will take at least three weeks to get a store credit because they don’t give your money back. If items are missing they will want a picture of the packing receipt or a picture of the items that you received. Even email correspondence is slow I emailed them and it took them a week to get back with a response.”

“Order 28 June 2020 I didn't receive the product as of August 6th, 2020. I e-mailed them how long the international shipping would take. I never got a reply. “Terrible company and terrible service! I placed an order with the discount code they provided, at first it applied and showed the discount, but once you click paid, they removed the discount and you pay full price. I thought it might be just a computer issue, so I ignored it until the second time I ordered, it happened again. It almost feel like they scam you to buy it and take off the discount. When I try to contact someone via email they won’t cancel my order. I tried to call, I was on a hold for hours. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company!!”
