After waiting for my order for more than 2weeks, I get an email that my order has been delivered. Guess what, there's no orderđŸ˜„đŸ˜„. I am so disappointed since I was really looking forward to wear one of the outfits this weekend and the other on Christmas eve. I emailed them my complain but nobody has reached out to me and it's been 4days😹

I ordered a dress with fashion nova after waiting more than a week they give me back the money because it is not available, I do not recommend that you buy here, I hope my money returned and never again

They don't pay back what they owe their costumers!! And they stop answer mail after tree weeks!! It's a BIG FRAUD COMPANY!! Nothong more nothing less!!

Fashion Nova is by far one of the shittest places to order from giving you the heads up. They steal your money, you don’t get your items for at least three weeks when they say it will be 2 to 3 days. They do not give refunds only store credit. Do not purchase from them you can’t even contact customer service and if you do find the number for customer service good luck because you’ll be waiting two hours on hold for a representative and if you email them as I did three times in regards to my order I still haven’t gotten a response so don’t hold your breath waiting for them to email you back in regards to anything to do with your order but they can send you coupons to your email every day. Good luck to anyone that orders from this company they are horrible WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Poor communication & very slow with processing, shipping & refunds. I ordered 3 items on the 29th of November & on December 6, they said all of the items didnt ship & I would get a separate email stating which items. Still waiting for that refund. On the 11th I took a chance & tried to purchase 1 of the items I previously tried to order, only to find out today it was cancelled because it's out of stock. It takes awhile to get a response whether from email or phone & you get a generic response like holiday times & well, sometimes refunds take longer. I understand it's the holidays, but that's no excuse for poor communication & inefficient practices. Everyone else that I've ordered from is also dealing with the same business of the holidays, but I have never had any of the issues I've experienced with this company. Frankly, there's no excuse & the systems in place need improvement. They always offer a coupon after a mishap, but who wants to deal with a company that fails to communicate, doesn't ship on time, always out of stock & is slow with processing & refunds. There are far more online companies to choose from that do not produce this much of a hassle & are way better at communucating, so never again...

If I could give a zero I would!!!! I don’t know if it’s because of the lawsuit against them or if it’s just the holidays. But I placed an order on December 5 and got an email confirmation. Days went by and I never got an email showing my ordered shipped like I normally do. Finally I emailed them 3times each time no reply. I called and stayed on hold to talk to someone, the phone mysteriously hung up on me. Then I get an email today stating they have refunded my money but with no explanation as to why this was done!!! Very unprofessional!!! Don’t order from them. Hot Miami Styles is my go to place from now on!!!!!!!!!!! Get it together Fashion Nova. Money isn’t everything stop being greedy!! Then I wouldn’t have bad luck. Good day

First time ordering from them during their 50% off. I ordered a nice jacket for my daughter for Christmas since she and her sister shop on the site. I got a confirmation saying my order was on the way and then 2 weeks later my order was canceled and I still have not received my reply very disappointed. I feel like the site is a scam when it comes to getting 50 to 90% off items because they really don't want you to pay half the price of the item. And they are still advertising the coat for sale on the website. False advertising. WILL NEVER SHOP ON TGE AITW AGAIN!!

I’ve only ever tried to make two purchases on here ever and BOTH times the purchases were confirmed and then days later I receive an email saying that the order was cancelled with NO explanation. I’m already a person who is weary of online purchases and sites like Fashion Nova validate my suspicions. I don’t see the purpose of advertising sells if you can’t handle the volume of customers that come as a result of your sales. And the saddest part is, I had JUST received an email saying the item that I wanted was back in stock so I placed the order received a confirmation email immediately after. Just to last night (an entire week later) receive an email saying your order cancelled and you’ll receive a refund again with NO explanation of why my order was cancelled. Don’t believe all the hype this site is garbage. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied and I will make it my business to go on Every site I can think of to share my experience, apparently all the other reviews were given some type of incentive to leave a positive review.

On Dec 11, I ordered a coat from their Website. After placing the order, I got confirmation that it wouldn't ship until Dec 23 which was too late. I never got a confirmation email or order number. I called their "fabulous" customer service several times but got a message that no one was available. I emailed them and direct messaged them through social media with no answer. Finally got an email after mentioning BBB stating that I can't cancel the order. The only recourse is to wait until the product ships and then return it and then I will get a Fashion Nova gift card.

Will never order from them again. They put my order on my Visa but never delivered the product. I am now out $80 after waiting 30 days. They will not respond to my email. I requested they provide me with a 1-800# so I can talk with someone and they still have not responded.

I ordered from FN since 2017; decent quality and jeans are true to size, and their delivery time from order was always very quick. I could order Monday and had my stuff by Friday. If I ever had issues, id just return the items & within 2-3 days, I got an email and a credit. Now.... fast forward Nov/Dec 2019....I ordered some clothes, they didn't fit. They have this new return process, u pay a flat free of about $8...and apparently takes 2 weeks before they even get the return. ALso, I ordered stuff over two weeks ago, and still haven't received it. Never had issues before, but based on the last 3 orders, I wont be ordering from them. quality is good, overall, but not knowing when im going to receive my items where in the past it was always quick, isn't ideal.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received the wrong package not for my address nor my name. I've sent multiple pictures of the WRONG package and they continue to tell me its correct when it is not. Not only did i get the wrong package i never received the items i got and their system shows delivered, Not sure where to i never got anything. They're rep wrote me on twitter stating i did get the correct package when i can assure you I did not. I even spent extra for rush shipping 2 day and not only never got my package it was never sent out when it was supposed to be sent out. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Wish I could leave 0 stars. They are basically calling me a liar and refused to refund me my money without sending the items back how can I send items back that i never got!!!!!!!!!!. I had to contact my bank and inform them to dispute the charge, Terrible customer service

Poor quality jeans.. I just got my jeans a couple weeks ago and haven't even worn them and they are already falling apart. I also wish that they had a short option when ordering jeans they are way to long for short people.

Always ordered from fashion nova, and it was always sent to the same P.O. Box, I ordered probably on Black Friday,cyber Monday and everything was going fine but I noticed I got an email that said (“oops we missed you”) so I was thinking they are backed up on orders yeah it’s fine. I went to go check my tracking and it says “undeliverable”, by reading their policies there are no refunds, they put your items you have purchased back on the shelves they don’t even care to send it back. They won’t give you your money back, but they’ll put it in a gift card. What if I don’t want to use that money on fashion nova. I bought everything with a good price yanno their sales was killer ain’t gunna lie but not having what I had with those discounted prices. Like really what’s the point in shopping again. I’m just saying it isn’t the customers fault that the postal service made a mistake.

They waited almost two weeks after I placed my order to tell me that they were out of stock of the item I ordered. Then, they never responded to my email. There are plenty other stores with better service. Fashion Nova is TOO expensive Not to have great service. Businesses make mistakes, however, it should have been compensated for. I received my refund and a loudly $10 gift card, nothing on their site is $10 or under!! Not too mention, risking the chance they may not have that item weeks later.
