“This shipping is absolutely horrible. I ordered this on the freaking 10th. It said I will receive it on Christmas Eve. I received no updates throughout the time it was shipped until today (when it was supposed to be delivered). I have not received it and the date it will be delivered is now the 26th. I promise I will never order from this website again, nor will I allow anyone I know to. This is ridiculous, these are Christmas presents and now they are going to be here 16 days after I ordered them. I know it's not UPS either because I have been ordering other things for Christmas and have received them in a reasonable timeframe. I'm sure the clothes will be shitty if I ever even receive them. So unorganized and so horrible.”

“If I was able to rate them no stars I would. I ordered over $250.00 of clothes and never received anything. I ordered on 11/30/19, and it is now 12/23/19. They state OnTrac delivered items, but they never did. Filed a claim with OnTrac and FashionNova, and no one answers, no help. These were Christmas presents, and I will not be able to give them away. Will NEVER order from FashionNova again. I am now dealing with my bank to have charges reversed.”

“If I was able to rate them no stars I would. I ordered over $300 of clothes and have no received anything it’s been over 2 weeks past my delivery date. I emailed them and they’re responds was that my order had been delivered. It was never delivered I was home all day the day it was “delivered” I never received anything. I tried reaching out to them several times and haven’t got a response since them. Never ordering from fashion nova again.”

“Unfortunately I have to say that I must have got the cheapest MADE IN CHINA version of a couple of dresses I ordered as none of the pictures or reviews read match the dresses I received. The colour of product “Grow with the flow tropical” is so much darker, it looks like a brown, black and very dark purple. The strips do not align, they are side ways and the L size is more like an XXL. Plus, there is a defect in one of the bust sides that leaves extra fabric sticking out, not talking about the poor finishing with countless strings hanging everywhere. It’s is so disappointing!!! I had ordered to wear at a wedding but won’t even dare to wear at home, it’s awful!!!! The other dress I ordered was the “More than enough tropical dress”. It’s also very bad and defective. The left strap is way longer than the right one and the right strap is poorly finished and came with a little hole on it. Plus the dress is totally see through on the breasts, leaving the nipples exposed. The picture does show see through on the legs but not on the upper body. And the L size is more like and XXL. It looks worse than a potato sac. Both dresses are going straight in the bin as I won’t waste any money trying to fix them and also refuse to go through the hassle of returning all the way from Australia to California even though postage only came from Sydney. I’d not risk to get a store credit only to get disappointed again. HUGE fail Fashion Nova! HUGE fail!!!!! Not sure if I’d buy fashion nova again even though some items are ok and don’t disappoint but will be very careful when choosing them if I do! Especially knowing that isn’t any customer care and your emails get ignored!!! YOUR products are faulty!!!! At least have some respect for your customers and act in good faith. Don’t rip people off!!! GRRRRRRRR!!!!!”

“I ordered jeans and a sweater. The sweater came to me with a hole and the jeans they sent were the wrong size. Not what I ordered. I have sent multiple emails and it has been 2 weeks and no response. Will never order again.”

“I made a order on dec 18 using express shipping paying 14.99 for my order to come in early and fashion nova sends me a tracking number showing my order not going to arrive until Jan 4 smh so it defeated the purpose for me paying for expedited shipping because it’s arriving two weeks from the date purchase and I needed it in time for my birthday dec 27 that’s why I payed expedited shipping They also didn’t want to give me my money back only store credit. I’m never ordering from them again”

“I ordered 2 items to wear for Christmas and New Years on the 3rd of dec . It is now the 22nd of dec and I haven’t received anything ! I got an email on the 16th that I would get my clothes on the 17th but nothing has arrived . This has ruined my Christmas outfit now because Christmas is in 3 days and I have no time to spend $$ on a new outfit. This is ridiculous”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. They send you wrong sizes and low-quality clothes and when you ask for your money back, they don’t give it back by original form of payment. They strictly do store credit and you still have to pay for returns shipment. This is very silly.”

“Worst experience of my life. I placed an order on December 2nd for my Christmas and New Years outfits that were due to arrive on the 17th of December according to the UPS tracking number they gave me and the email that was sent on the 16th from fashion nova stating my order was arriving the next day. Come to find out when I track it they transferred it to USPS on the 17th now the package is lost and usps says they are due to receive it on the 27th!! Had I known they were going to cheap their way with my shipping and I wouldn’t be receiving my items on time I would have never ordered it. Had they been honest about their crappy customer service I would either expedited my shipping or not ordered at all. Such a fraud”

“Fashion Nova sucks - both their customer service and their clothing quality. I guess I shouldn't be surprised of this considering their main way of advertising is through influencers that will peddel anything for a quick buck. I live in Canada and every time I order I have to pay a ridiculous amount in duties and taxes (I've never paid this much from any other clothing website). The most recent time I ordered I selected the option to pay for duties and taxes NOW, so that they were included in my fashion Nova order so at delivery I don't have to pay anything. Well, I still got charged for duties and taxes by DHL (the shipping company) and when I contacted them, they informed me that the error was on Fashion Nova's end (what a shocker), they didn't properly communicate with the shipping company that I did already pay my duties and taxes. I contacted Fashion Nova on Facebook and their website with all the information they asked for, and I got an automated response asking for the information that I literally just gave them, and once I gave that information AGAIN, it's been 5 days and I still have not recieved a response. This is completely unacceptable that I had to pay 106$ CAD in duties and taxes on a 140$CAD order. And the cherry on top of this awful experience is that the jeans I ordered fit absolutely horribly, maybe that's not Fashion Nova's fault because all body types are different but considering how little they care about the consumer I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they falsely advertise the way their clothing looks and fits. Such a terrible experience, I'll absolutely never be ordering again. If anyone here lives in Canada, please just order from literally anywhere else. This company is such a mess, stay away.”

“By far one of the worst companies to deal with ever! I purchased a pair of boots with a block heel and went to wear them two days after delivery. Without even stepping foot outside my house the heel falls off of one of the boots. Yes just literally fell off. At 1:58 am eastern time (when I returned home that evening) I sent them an email letting them know what happened and attached pictures to the email. It is beyond my realm of understanding how they repeatedly denied giving me any type of credit for this. They clearly do not stand behind their products and customer service is something that is not a top priority for this company. I mean the heel fell off the shoe for goodness sake!! Stay away from this company at all costs.”

“One word terrible do you not order anything from fashion nova! Of course they only put the good reviews for you to view at first so you don’t see the bad reviews. I’ve never in my life ordered anything online cause I’m afraid of getting the wrong size. I went ahead and ordered the size I always wear their sizes were not true to their size they fit everywhere except for the Waste is already two sizes too small. They should put their sizes or not for everyone shape they only cater to a certain body type and of course it’s not mine. They took forever to email me back by the time they did I’m not able to ship the stuff back are you serious so what I’m stuck with all this stuff now. Horrible horrible customer service and the way they do things I do not recommend anybody shopping from there”

“I am very disappointed with fashion nova. I spent a good amount of money there and their sizes were not true to size. I got a size 3 but was more like a size 0. Pants fit everywhere but the waste was xtra small. So now I need to ship them all back and get bigger sizes and I didn’t know how so I emailed And by the time they got back to me they said I had 30 days to return it and the 30 days was up the next day. Now what I have all these clothes and I can’t even exchange for an accurate size or for something else. Maybe the pants that they sell or not for everyone shape but I would at least like to exchange it for something I could wear. I would never shop there again and I would not recommend to anyone it’s a pain in the butt to try to return something once you got it”

“I returned a dress back in October. I was told I cannot get a refund, but that they will issue a store credit for me to use. It is now, December and I am still waiting. I called them this morning and was told I should be getting an email 2-3 hours after I hang up. It has been over 4 hours and still no store credit. I will never order from them again.”
