“My sister got me white Sunday dresses here as a random present. It didn't quite fit my size so I tried to contact fashion nova's support care team. Luckily, they have this return policy, and I was able to exchange the dresses for a size that actually fits me!”

“I bought three jeans on sale this weekend and it arrived on my door around 9 in the morning on Monday. At first I was so happy for the fast delivery, but then I noticed the package contained only two pair of jeans. I contacted customer support and they said they'll ship the last pair of jean I purchased by Friday. And true enough, it arrived on my porch Friday morning. Soooo great!”
