I won't be shopping with Fashion Nova again. Clothes can be lovely but if they don't fit it's not easy to return them. I was charged a hefty Customs Charge of £85 for a £149 order. It's an extortionate amount, especially for clothes that don't fit.

I would leave zero stars if possible... I ordered over $300 dollars in product, they only sent me a quarter of my package. I called them to have it sorted out, they said that I have to file a theft with the carrier, so I tried to do that I had to go in CIRCLES! After calling again, customer service finally emailed me and told me that I need to circle everything that was missing from my package off of the shipping slip so I did that. They emailed me back and said that it was not their fault that it was stolen and that I would have to file a report with the carrier again. Mind you, the package that I ordered came in a small PLASTIC BAG not a BOX like it needed to because I ordered so much stuff! NEVER ORDERING FROM FASHION NOVA AGAIN!

Fashion Nova is starting to become trash. They claim to have an easy return system but they don’t. Also the supposed customer service email is 24/7. Nope!! And then they state someone will email you back within 23/48 hrs. Nope!!! These people sent me the wrong size and it’s taking the act of God to get it returned.

I ordered from FashionNova and never received a confirmation,I email them because non of their numbers is going through they reply and told me they have not received any other yet they took my 328.63 pounds from my account.i have sent several email but they never replied

False advertising cheap clothes Instagram fail 💯I have yet to receive orders placed Over a month ago . Customer service is so horrible. Long story short big scam and rip off . I’ll take my loss over $150 never will I buy from this site and I hate shopping online. Also no contact number 🙄this business whack !!

I have been waiting almost over two months, and they can not locate my order. I paid via PayPal and have my proof that I have not received the item. It is impossible to deal with these people. I have sent several emails, and gave all my information and the requested information. But they decided to asked me for an invoice that they have never sent it to prolong this matter. They only can be contact by email , and take more than 48 hour to respond if they do. They responded after several emails.To this day nothing has been solve or done. Just asking back and forward frustrating a customer instead of making this a smooth process. I will do everything possible to get my money back. Please beware, do not buy from these people if you do not want to be upset and frustrated.

My wife bought something from fashion Nova and by accident she ordered the wrong size and called immediately to tell them of the issue but all they could do was say pretty much tough luck we can give you store credit but that's it so we will never be ordering from them again

Ordered a package on April the 4th still hasn't arrived Customer service is not the best contacted numerous amount of times they ignored my emails They definitely need to change their delivery courier they can't deliver items on time I emailed them as well they did not respond and I never heard the name of the courier ever in my life

Items were extremely smaller than expected. I paid 7.99 to return expecting to get $24 in store credit. Ultimately received $13 with only automated responses to my questioning of the lesser refund.

Clothes are as described, and sizing is great. Materials are similar to any other fast fashion stores like F21. Items arrived later than expected but it's corona time so that's understandable but their communication about it could be better. Tracking said it had arrived 2 days ago, i was worried so i cobtacted them - no answer- but it showed up today so that's good. Glad they delivered. All good!

I order clothes they come different then they appear on the website. I have a dress never worn and zipper broke. The shipping is fast but the cheap clothes I don’t like.

I’m so over this company and they’re cheap clothes I gave it one star because I had to but if I could a gave it a -5 that’s what it really deserves. Their clothes either show up ripped threads pulling or just falling apart. If you want a wear once outfit then this is the place because ones you wash their clothes that’s it :( my Main concern is when you return items to them they don’t give you a refund only store credit ...it has now been a month and a half and I still have gotten my credit even though I have a tracking number proving it was received and it’s posted on their website that it was received. They don’t have a phone number only email that they don’t respond to. Save your money and spend it somewhere else ..this company is tacky and just a headache to deal with .

I recently ordered from fashion nova. I paid for express shipping which stated on their website was 2-3 business days. It was a week and a half after a placed my order and it was still waiting to be sent out. I ask for a refund on my shipping which they actually gave me. However I then got an email saying my order was refunded. The email did not exclaim what on my order was refunded it just showed all the items in my order. I then sent and email asking what was going on. I didn’t get a straight answer it was just an automated reply saying that shipping takes 14-30 business days. I then sent another email where I got a reply saying that my order was on its way. But then another reply from Someone else saying that something I ordered was out of stock and they had refunded my item(s). I have not received any refund or anything. I keep emailing to figure out what’s going on with my order and keep getting different answers. And still no refund for my clothes. They have the worst customer service set up ever. Un organized and they don’t know what they are taking about. It would be nice if I could talk to an actual person on the phone. Or get my 400 dollars back on the clothes I bought but never received.

Worst customer service ever. My last ordered was shipped incomplete, I had ordered 4 items and only received 2, they won’t give me refund, credit or send me the 2 missing pieces. Needless to say I won’t be shopping with them anymore.

I’ve been ordering from them for a year and a half and normally everything fits perfectly and my package comes quick. this time the package is 2 days late (so far) and I leave to go across the country soon and everything is closed so this is very inconvenient.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DONT CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER OR TRY TO PRETEND AS IF THEIR CONCERNED. BUYER BE AWARE!!!! EVERYTHING THAT LOOKS GOOD IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD FOR YOU!!! tried to return item. Return policy is very deceiving. you have to purchase a shipping label ( which is impossible to do on their site). EASY RETURN is a total lie.
