ill start by saying this is my 4th and probably last time ordering from fashion nova. my total is CA$445.28 + $20 express shipping = CA$465.28 SUMMER code (30%) gave me 133.68$ OFF total = CA$331.60 however.. my credit card got charged 465.28 so im conveniently missing 133.68$$ ... the exact amount of the SUMMER coupon.. I called their customer Service waited 22 minutes to get through, was on the phone for an hour 1 minute, she repeatedly put me on hold while she "spoke" with the support team who was not helpful one bit. They blamed it on the currency change, blamed it on my bank and told me to call them to fix the amount??? finally blamed it on not seeing the Canadian amount on their end so they couldn't help I was only charged @00 and something she said.. I have literal proof and screenshots of the bank, the Invoice, the completed transaction stating my credit card is getting charged 465 when the total was 331 ... the end of it they couldn't do anything. They did offer finally to try and cancel my order but i would need to sit on hold for a long time again for a maybe, i figured whats 133 to the 465 i already spent lets get the order and hope for the fkn best and most likely (depending how in love with the clothes i turn to be) never ever order from them again. I order the 28th of June and I received and email saying it should be here July 8th clearly my package hasn't shown up since today is July 9th. I also checked my tracking order and it shows that my package hasn't even been sent. This is my first and last time ever ordering from fashionnova, it's a terrible company. I gotten no customer service help and I can't receive my money back.

I order the 30th of June and and 3 days later I received my order has been confirm and got my UPS tracking number now it said it was gonna come on July 8 which was yesterday and then it change to today so I was expecting for it to arrive today but I open my phone today and go on to the fashionnova app and I see that my order is coming until next Friday, I can’t keep waiting, it’s been a week already now I have to wait for another week, this is bad customer service and If i dont receive It before the follwoing week Im going to cancel because Im leaving for vacation and if it arrives when Im away, Im so going to be mad 😠

I ordered on 6th of July and now it says order paid and unfulfilled! I need my money refunded if the order is cancelled. I sent them several emails but I haven't received any replies. I'm so disappointed in their service.

Ordered something on June 28 , showed they process it June 30th. Before I placed the order it said delivery date was July 9th . So i said perfect . 3 days before my bday . They posted a tracking number which said delivery date July 6. Nothing . I went on fashionova website it now says delivery date July 16, hours later it says July 17. Out of you go on UPS no details ,It’s now July 7, and it’s saying waiting for UPS to pickup . I leave July 11th . Bought shoes n all for that dress n I don’t think it will be delivered on time . I ll never shop with them n best believe I will dispute everything

I places a order on June 26th and have been receiving updates from UPS (which is joke and worst shipping company ever) about when my package will be delivered. Both Fashion Nova and UPS need to do better when comes to servicing customer. I will not EVER order from Fashion Nova again and I will return all items because of this bad service.

I placed an order in the 9th of June. It’s now 7th of July and it still has not arrived and I stopped receiving updates. I am due to fly away in 10 days and I worry it will not arrive on time which I’m furious about because I needed to take some of the outfits with me. I will never use them again.

If I could give it minus 1000 stars I would , received belt that didn't look at all like pictures, like someone who did not know what they were doing sewed, it was completely lopsided, and had a hole in it, and they will only return your hard earned cash with garbage clothes, other clothes also had holes and made badly

Bad quality, things always come broken or dirty.. contacted suport 3 times until they answered to say I had to complain within 7 days order arrive wich I did but they dont care. Better to burn money than to make a order from that place again..

I should’ve researched this place more. My order still says ready for pick up. I’m not going to waste my time and just going straight to BBB. I have a billable rate and an hour on this would be 2 times more than product ordered. If it’s too good to be true; then it is...

I’ve always ordered from them and I would receive it in 3 days tops. I’ve messaged customer service and normally they reply in hours they said 24 to 48 hours wtf. But it’s been a week and the more I see these reviews I’m freaking out. Y’all please go on Twitter and @ them and pop off like y’all are on here. They’re so quick to reply because it’s hurts them on their social media plat form and they can’t take it down like they would on Instagram lol.

Terrible service!!! I tried to cancel the order or contact customer service to add a discount that some how disappear when I check out....but its impossible apparently if the coupon didn't go through then u could use it next time.....whattttt!!!!??? Plus no returns only store credit never ever I will order again!!!!!!!

MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT SIZE!... I placed an order, literally after 2 minutes realized XS was the size and I need a LARGE. I know the Return/Exchange Policy but come on guys you haven't even processed the order you could have changed the size. So now I have to wait for my item to come in, generate a return label, send it back, wait to get credit then reorder the correct size. Ridiculous!!

The jeans are for short girls only. I’m 5’8 and all there jeans expose my ankles. I inform fashion nova about this and they said this is impossible because there models are 5’10 which is a lie because there models are NOT 5’10. The jeans expose about 3-4 inches of ankle it’s very ugly and disappointing

Wrong shipping code, lost in transit. I ordered a week ago, standard shipping, was advised it's on it's way, then was told it was delivered in the wrong city that for a date in "September 26th" we are in June. Not impressed.
