Fashion nova is the ABSOLUTE WORST They will ruin your plans if your waiting on shipment for an important occasion. I placed an order on November 6th, order number #61998770, and paid for 3 day shipping. My order didn’t reach in 3 days and I called them and they said to wait until November 11th because sometimes it takes 7 days and so I waited like what they said. So I called the shipping company which is Laser Shipping and was told that fashionnova CREATES a shipping label but DOESNT actually ship the items and when you call they blow you off by telling you that you have to wait because the items are already shipped and when you cancel your item they charge you $7.99 out of your own money. Then turn around and give you store credit because they don’t return people money. What am I supposed to order from you again after the unethical behavior. They seriously need to shut down. I think I’ll just stick to Amazon Prime. I’m done with Fashionnova.

Firstly I ordered a package on November 9th 16:30 (order number: 62299374) and payed next day delivery. Next day got a message that it is delayed and if it won’t get shipped it will be canceled by fashion nova automatically even if I won’t do it. I was hopeful and waited until 12th of November but didn’t got any updates!! Realized it’s a big chance by now it won’t get shipped and simply be canceled. So I reordered the items that I wanted that was still left in stock on Thursday at 1pm and payed for next day delivery. Order number 62500137. I was expecting for it to arrive on Friday since it was written if you order by 1PM you guarantee next day delivery!!! This time I didn’t got any email about any delays. But only Friday 19:30 got a tracking number which is not even activated until now (now is already Saturday 04:30) because because it haven’t arrived to FedEx.... and it shows that estimated delivery time is Monday. Me and my friends are flying on Sunday and I need my package before that. The most frustrating part that all my friends that was ordering TO THE SAME ADDRESS and paying next day shipping got the packages in 19-24 hours from the moment they placed the order!! Why it’s me who didn’t manage to get it on time both times??? And plus I was not able to choose to change the address if it arrives after Sunday morning (especially since I payed for next day delivery!!!!!) or I won’t be able to return and get my money back... only store credit!!!! That’s the worst experience I have ever gotten from any online shopping!!!

Shipping and customer service are terrible. I had 4 packages mis-delivered by the company that they use, Laser Ship. My complex uses package lockers and the delivery person entered the incorrect apartment number for my deliveries. I was able to intercept the first 3 packages that were delivered to the wrong address, and I retrieved my packages. I wasn't able to intercept the 4th package, and the people in the apartment that they delivered to incorrectly retrieved my package before I could get to it. So when I filed a claim, Fashion Nova denied my claim. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.

Ordered, paid, wait for days! Because every time I entered in contact they told me to wait a bit more. I entered in contact multiple times until they inform me that DHL had lost my pack, then contacted DHL and they told me that they could not use the code fashion nova had gave to me to track my pack. And because they had told me to wait was even "too late" to ask for refund according to them. So problems with: Delivery, refund, trust and service.

Ordered on 17 September 2020. According to their online tracking, it is at Frankfurt. No response to emails. Tel number discontinued or something. Feel robbed

Extremely unethical. They provided a discount code, we placed an order an it didn't work. Contacted them (sorry their phone is temporarily turned off so email only) and they provided another code, but then would not apply it to the order already placed. Instead, they sent a message saying "but you can use this code the next time you buy from us". Like here's going to be a next time...

Did order some stuff (200$), chose DHL express delivery 2-3days. It’s been 12 days, the flow tracking site don’t update and it seems like the costumer service send out the same answers every time I try contact them. I got no package and tracking info so what now??? Will I ever receive the package at all or get the money back??? I’m literally so done with this company. This should be straight illegal and reported somewhere. I’ve read hundreds of people experiences, and they literally all the same. Fashion nova is gonna experience some real bad karma soon.

I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I was loyal customer, but my last 2 orders have been terrible!!! The one before this last one, I selected 2 day shipping to have my items for a party and it came in 9 days.. not 2. If I paid for 2 day shipping, I expect my items in 2 days. This is not even it! So me trying to give them another chance, decided to order again from them because previously before the last time I never had issues with them. So today I received my order and I’m still SMFH! I ordered 21 items and only received 10.. TEN!!!!!! Then I’m trying to submit a dispute it says it needs the packing slip but coincidentally it doesn’t even have a packing slip in my bag. I’m so done with them! I wish I could rate them zero honestly!

By far the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I returned an order on 3rd August, within 14 days of receipt and was entitled, by law, to a refund onto my original payment method. I have been completely ignored and they have essentially stolen my money - giving me a credit note as if I’ll ever shop with them again! Please, please stay away from this absolute scam of a company

I ordered clothes for my 17th birthday and my package is a week late.Fashion Nova uses a cheap shipping company and when I call they keep telling me they will deliver my package the next day and never do.Fashion Nova also doesn’t take any calls on there number which is very unprofessional.Highly don’t recommend.

PLEASE REPORT THEM IF YOU'VE BEEN SCAMMED!! I filed a complaint against this company with the California attorney general's office. They scammed me and apparently a lot of other people. Please report them to the AG - maybe if enough people report, something will be done!

Scam!!! I never received my order even though they claim it was delivered. I was home at the date and time they claim it was delivered so I know it’s a lie. I’ve emailed and messaged several times and they will not respond. These people are criminals stealing people’s money!!!!

Not only does it sell cheap clothes it has terrible customer service! You can't get a hold of anybody! For a company that big they should have people who actually pick up or even get back to you! I received the wrong size and now I have to pay to return it when it was their fault! I spent 430! and now I have to spend more money to return it so they can send me the correct size!?!?! Fashion Nova is a SCAM!

I am still waiting on my order. For the past two weeks the status says label made but no other shipping details. I emailed customer care and 3 days later still have not heard back from anyone.
