THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN FASHION NOVA AND THE SHIPPING COMPANY THEY USE WHO ARE JUST AS RUDE AND UNWILLING TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/STOLEN WHILE IN TRANSIT NOBODY AT FASHION NOVA OR LASERSHIP THE SHIPPING THEY USE IS WILLING TO HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE YOU CANT EVEN SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON AT FASHION NOVA I PAID FOR PRODUCTS AND GOT NOTHING IN RETURN NO ONE WILL EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAIL ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS....CLOTHES ARE CUTE BUT NOT WORTH THIS STRESS ESPECIALLY WITH THE HOLIDAYS EVERY FASHION SITE YOU VISIT WILL HAVE THE SAME ITEMS AS FASHION NOVA BUT WITH MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered from fashion nova on 3rd November.On the 20th November,I got a call from courier office to pay for custom fees .. I was quite shocked coz I didn’t order that much which was gonna charge custom fees so I call at the courier service to clear things up and the main reason of problem and after talking with them I found out that this company put the wrong information( I paid 223$ and they put 372$)on the shipping bill because of that I am going to pay extra money to the courier.. I emailed them so many times but no reply .. they scammed their loyal customer 😡😡

I wish i could give fashionova negative star. Customer service is the WORST!!!. I order a package November 16,2020 it is now December 1 and there is no update on what’s going on with the package. The phone contact does not work I’ve sent multiple emails but no response. Its a shame a big company like that has suck a disgusting customer service.

Do not buy from Fashionnova, many of their clothes are not made to the usual sizes. If you return any of the items you bought from them, they will not refund you nor give you their store credit. They will hold your money. I have not received my refund/storecredit and its over 1month they received the items which I returned to them

delivery was supposed to be the 21st of November. it's December 1, and still no movement on the tracking since the 23rd

Placed a order November 26 and received tracking number with Usps the same day and the link hasn’t updated since , today is November 30 .. I ordered using quad pay .. being charged for order never received and number doesn’t work or chat 💬 service , stop giving fashion nova your money .. never got my clothes

True, they have stylish clothing, the quality is okay and so are the prices. But..the customer service is horrible!! There is no live person to speak with. It will give you multiple choice problems to choose from, forcing you to fill out a form that might not even have the reason you need on it. Then, the live chat box that is offered is robotic, if you get a live person, consider yourself lucky. My package was delivered to the wrong address, it was confirmed to me by the shipping carrier, I notified FN & was told that they would have to submit a claim to see what happened, to allow 7-10 business days for this to happen. Well, its been almost 20 business days, I have yet to hear from anyone! There are no phone# that customers can call to get an update on the process, only the same BS that you have to go thru originally. Also, if you send something back, instead of them crediting your account the full price of what you paid, if any discounts were given perhaps 50% off, they will deduct that from the one item that you send back, causing it to be pointless to send back! If the total order of 5 items were $100.00, & you send back one item that would have been $20.00 normally, instead you would only be credited $10.00, because they will take off the complete discount from any item returned. I hate to send anything back. but the size chart is not accurate at all...some items are true to size and follows the size chart, while some items do not. I used to love FN, but now I have decided not to do any more business with them, because it does not value its customers once they have made your hard earned money!

Big company like this has no customer service everyone that ordered in November has yet to receive their order. It’s time to report this company to the better business bureau. If you email them they say hey we are not responsible for the clothes you purchased that never came once it leaves to be shipped it’s on the customer. If you don’t address the customers that spent over 300$ and got nothing. I will continue to post bc this business is too big for you all to not have customer service. It’s 19 days since I ordered bs n I never had this issue b4 it even said it’s in my neighborhood I’m like ok tf where?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER SH** SITE !!!!! DONT WASTING YOUR MONEY!!! Honestly, I’m surprised there isn’t as many bad reviews out there for Fashion Nova as I’d anticipated. their sizing is completely off (I’m convinced they don’t know how to size clothes) 1. Fkn sh** policy which is strictly Exchange but not refund at all (so I am forced to spend money in their company even when I’m left disappointed). 2. Charged for exchange label (I’m pretty sure they can afford free returns like every other online store. 3. The shocking quality, I bought 8 items and all is very terrible quality. ( I imagine the mark up of their items would be tremendous, considering the low rate quality of their stuff).

For a company that’s says they have 24/7 customer service that’s a lie.. you call them and they say they are not open and direct you to a website where u will enter your inquiry but ntn is done about it..

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Customer service does NOT exist here!!! The phone number doesn't work, they either ignore your emails or send you one back that doesn't even deal with your subject. Submitted two forms online....nothing. Customer service "rep" is a bot that in the end directs you back to the site. I figure my money is gone. How do they get away with this????

Dear FN, CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS!!!!! Long time customer (5yrs) never had a issue with FN until recently, they starting using “Lasership” late/missing packages. Placed an order, shipped the next day but it’s been 12 days for a small package to be delivered. No shipping updates or link. The most information I got was my package is in NJ waiting for next delivery step. (I live in Long Island NY). I have significantly have ordered less from FN because of this and this last order is my final straw.

I have placed an order with the company early given that I wanted the clothes for an event and waited until the stated delivery date. My delivery did not come even though I paid for shipping. I continued to wait several days because their tracker stated "on its way" despite it not moving anywhere. The tracking number apparently doesn't exist when I look it up, I have emailed the company several times through their "contact support system" and have not received any response. I tried chatting on their site with a "expert" which is just a bot but all it does it end the chat and say to contact their support system, which I have several times already! I asked for a refund, no response. This is a joke, don't waste your money. Now I have to find a new outfit.

Have been ordering from Fashionnova for a year or two and have been a happy, loyal customer until now. Placed my order 10 days ago and it surprisingly shipped very quickly. Then after my expected delivery, I was waiting and no sign of my package. Tried tracking through usps and it’s as if the tracking number didn’t exist. Went to usps store and they told me they couldn’t help me. Also, I emailed them everyday and have not heard anything back. They are an absolute scam! They even blocked my number as I couldn’t get in contact with them but when I called from a different phone it went through and was in line to be connected to the next available agent. Horrible. Would not recommend. Never buying from Fashionnova ever again. You lost a repeated customer!

I ordered a few dresses from this company, I contacted them for an exchange. I emailed them, dm them on Facebook, Instagram and every possible platform to see exchange policy as they website wasn’t very well explained on how to go about it from Australia. It’s been over 3 months and no reply. One of the dresses looks nothing like the picture, poor quality. I feel like they are too busy with their influencers, providing them the best customer service and not their actual customers. Very disappointed. Now I’m stuck with 3 dresses because it did not fit and got cero customer service from them. Very dissatisfied. Maybe if you invest more on your customer that are paying for your actual products instead of paying millions on influencers, this company could run the long term, the fame got to their heads.
